Abstract

Kampoeng Sinaoe Siwalanpanji Buduran Sidoarjo is a non-formal institution that has implemented a contextual learning model with the aim of improving English language skills by relating it to everyday life so that students feel not burdened in learning English which for some people is a difficult subject. This study aims to:  find out the application of contextual learning models, to find out the improvement of English skills using contextual learning models, and  to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of contextual learning in improving English skills in Kampoeng Sinaoe Siwalanpanji Buduran Sidoarjo. The research method used is a phenomenological approach, a type of field research that is descriptive qualitative in nature. The research objects were elementary school students participating in Bronze I and Bronze II from January to February 2020. The results of the study stated that: 1) The application of Contextual Teaching and Learning refers to the main vision of the institution, namely creating a dignified learning society to build national civilization by based on lifelong education (Lifelong Education Based), the application of Contextual Learning does not require large costs and special media is not only related to learning in class, but is related to student experiences that are seen, heard, and felt by students who can change behavior and student learning outcomes. In this case the forms of Contextual Learning that are applied include: a) Providing examples or role models, b) Habituation, c) Motivation, and c) Punishment.  Improving English Proficiency through Contextual Learning through techniques: 1) Field Study (Case Study/direct object) 2) Songs and Games / Teaching English by using song, 3) The Reading Method, 4) Teaching English by using games, 5) Conversation Method. Supporting factors, namely: internal factors consisting of: the existence of social activities, the presence of foreign teachers, schools require teachers to interact with students, and teachers are able to master every school subject and become professional teachers. The external factors are: the existence of a study club, and the support of student guardians

Abstract

Your successtowards quality education, one of the assessments can be seen from the success in the learning process. Learning success can be seen from student motivation and learning outcomes. Most students feel saturated when in the middle of the learning process which results in a decrease in learning motivation. In order not to be boring, teachers should need to provide clinical learning activities using the moving class model so that students can be motivated in learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the application of clinical learning through the moving class model on the motivation and learning outcomes of grade IV MINU Waru 1 Sidoarjo students. The method in this study is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used are sngket (questionnaire) and documentation. Based on the results of the study proved that: There is no influence of the application of clinical learning through the moving class model on learning outcomes. The interpretation results have no correlation and there is no influence between clinical learning through the moving class model on learning outcomes.  this is in accordance with the results of the analysis using pearson correlation analysis, namely- 0.009 which means that there is no correlation between the application of clinical learning through the moving class (X) model to learning outcomes (Y2). Then the interpretation results are at an average below 0.00 which means that it shows no correlation

Abstract

The image of educational institutions, formed based on various components, including academic or academic reputation can be done by improving the professional performance of school principals, teachers and related staff in schools, having a good organizational network for teachers and parents, as well as a clear curriculum to create graduates. which is good too. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The data sources that can be used in research are based on data sources, while the research results show that: 1) The role of public relations in improving the quality of education through internal and external activities. Public relations is always assisted by teachers and principals, because public relations cannot stand alone. 2) Supporting factors in building the school's image through public relations performance planning, public relations performance implementation and public relations performance evaluation.

Abstract

This research explains the strategy carried out by SD Al-Muqoddasah in shaping the Character of Global Diversity of students into a Pancasila Student Profile.  This study used the Descriptive Qualitative Method of phenomenology with primary data sources of Vice Principals, Arabic Language Teachers, and Students of SD Al-Muqoddasah Ponorogo and Secondary data in the form of school document archives. Data Retrieval Techniques through Observation, Interviews, and Documentation, and Data Validity Techniques using source Triangulation Techniques. The results of the research obtained  in the strategy in developing the character  of pancasila students  are carried out in the form of guidance, coaching and introduction to traditions, traditional culture and others, and fostering mutual respect or tolerance for fellow students in forming students who have the characteristics of a pancasila student profile, such as loving traditional traditions and culture, being able to respect the traditions and culture of others,  can communicate and work well together when interacting with other people from any place or circle

Abstract

Madrasah principals have so far been too focused on developing their own professionalism at work, by slightly ignoring the personality factor as an important part of the success of the teacher's work. This study aims to examine the personality competencies of madrasah principals and the influencing factors in managing work culture at MTs N Jambi Luar Kota. Research subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation and verification/drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the personality competence of the head of madrasa in managing work culture at MTs N Jambi Luar Kota of Muaro Jambi Regency has not been maximized because the attention and responsibility of the head of madrasa towards various management of work culture is still dominated by integrity, namely the value of discipline in work, besides the principal upholds an open attitude in its leadership both to teachers, staff, and users. Meanwhile, in self-development, self-control ability, and interests and talents as a leader do not appear to be actually carried out in managing and naming a professional and quality work culture. Other findings related to the influence of madrasah principals in managing work culture at MTs N Jambi Luar Kota are intensive communication with teachers and fostering teacher discipline by compiling work rules and giving warnings to teachers who have made mistakes. The conclusion of this study is that the aspect of personality competence in managing a productive work culture, the madrasa principal is not proactive in cultivating, familiarizing or managing work culture in MTs N Jambi Luar Kota

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research is a field research that examines the development of educational ludo games as an alternative media for learning Islamic education for class VIII at SMPN 2 Perak Jombang. This study aims to: (1) develop learning media for educational ludo games on Islamic religious education learning materials. (2) Knowing the feasibility of learning media for educational ludo games. This research is a development research (R&D) with a 4-D model of S. Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, and Melvyn I. Sammmel which has 4 stages, namely: define, design, develop, and disseminate. (deployment). The feasibility of learning media for educational ludo games is seen from the average score of validator assessments and student responses. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the way to develop this educational Ludo game media is to use the 4-D stage. (2) The results of this study are the development of this educational Ludo game is suitable for use in learning. The feasibility of the product is based on the assessment of material experts and media experts with a percentage assessment of 85% in the very feasible category and 89% in the very feasible category and the results obtained from research on content quality aspects, the percentage of feasibility, are 95% in the very feasible / interesting category. Based on the table the significant value of the prites and posttests is 0.25, so it can be interpreted that the conclusion of H0 is rejected because there is no significant difference between learning using ludo-educational and non-educational learning media. Abstract

In this era, we must become more clever and critical in analyzing things. Especially we as Muslims, we have to be smarter than others, and be responsible for what we get. For this reason, in this article the author will convey about several methods that can be used in seeking science, especially in the development of study Islam The methods of bayani, burhani and 'irfani are methods that we can use in seeking science, especially in Islamic studies. Thesethree methods have their respective functions, but in the study of Islamic educational philosophy, the bayani and  burhani methods are more often applied because this method uses the collapse of logic and can be proven to be true through natural laws, while the 'irfani method is rare because the science obtained from this method cannot be proven to be true  scientifically, but in the emotional state in feelings and hearts (dzauq) this method is most appropriate and feels most fitting and touching

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are differences in the use of online-based mind media with other online-based visual media on problem-solving abilities, to find out the difference between high parental attention and low parental attention, and to find out the relationship between mind map media and parental attention. both high and low on the problem-solving ability of students at MTs Nurul Huda Leran Manyar Gresik. This study uses a quantitative experimental method using a True Experimental Design, with a Post-Test Only Control Design. This design uses 2 groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The population of all students was 206, the researcher chose 2 classes, class VIII A as the control class and VIII B as the experimental class. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the T-test. From the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing, conclusions can be drawn, 1) it can be seen from the output results using SPSS version 21 using the "Independent Sample T-Test" it is known that the value of Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.001 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus it can be said. that there is a difference in problem-solving abilities between using mind maps and using visual media. 2) based on the SPSS output "Independent Sample T-Test" it is known that the value of Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.034 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus it can be said "that there is a difference in problem-solving abilities between high parental attention and low parental attention.

Abstract

The article discusses the study of the unification of knowledge in the life of the world. A scientific process that aims to find benefits for all people in a good way. This discussion discusses the verses of the Quran and Kauniyah. This is because the integration of knowledge will not be separated from these various sources. Then the background is the integration of science with the study of science dchotomies. The integration of knowledge also contains how important it is for us to seek good and correct knowledge through the learning process. The importance of seeking knowledge, must also understand the models of integration of these sciences as well as through interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches.

Abstract

This article aims to find out, describe and analyze how the impact of the use of Tik-Tok social media on the Islamic behavior of students of the PAI Study Program at the Daruttaqwa Gresik Islamic College of Religion.  This article uses a case study approach, and is a type of qualitative research. The data collection method uses interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research are a) the use of Tik-Tok social media among students b) the impact of the use of TikTok social media on the form of Islamic behavior of students of the PAI Study Program of the Daruttaqwa Gresik Islamic College c) how to overcome the negative impact of the use of TikTok social media on the Islamic behavior of students of the PAI Study Program of the Daruttaqwa Gresik Islamic College. The use of Tik-Tok social media among students is that some students use it as a medium of entertainment and refreshing, looking for information quickly, a lot of scientific content, discussing events, voicing opinions, marketing products and for shopping online. The impact of using TikTok social media on students' Islamic behavior is a negative and positive impact. The positive impact is to make morals, attitudes, ways of communicating with people and manners well unaffected on Tik-Tok, make insights think broadly, provide many benefits for others, be able to manage time well and not waste productive time, TikTok also influences how to look fashionable but still follow Islamic law. Meanwhile, the negative impact of TikTok is that many students procrastinate the implementation of worship and are carried out at the end of time, for TikTok's new feature, namely TikTok Shop, students cannot control their appetite in shopping. The way to overcome the negative impact is that students must be able to have self-awareness in choosing and sorting out useful content, have self-control, manage time, restrain lust and manage money so as not to be wasteful in shopping.
