Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAMIK) adalah platform yang digunakan oleh institusi pendidikan untuk mengelola dan menyampaikan informasi terkait kegiatan akademik kepada mahasiswa, dosen, dan staf administrasi. Dalam lingkungan pendidikan yang semakin terhubung secara digital, penting untuk memahami penggunaan dan efektivitas website SIAMIK. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan website SIAMIK menggunakan Metode Delone and Mclean. Metode Delone and Mclean adalah kerangka kerja evaluasi kualitas sistem informasi yang mencakup enam dimensi, yaitu kualitas sistem informasi, kualitas informasi, kualitas pelayanan, kualitas penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan dampak pengguna. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menerapkan metode tersebut untuk menganalisis penggunaan website SIAMIK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa yang menggunakan website SIAMIK. Kuesioner mengukur persepsi pengguna terhadap kualitas sistem informasi, kualitas informasi, kualitas pelayanan, kualitas penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan dampak penggunaan website SIAMIK. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan yang lebih baik tentang penggunaan website SIAMIK dalam konteks pendidikan. Temuan penelitian ini akan memberikan masukan bagi pengembang website SIAMIK untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem informasi, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas pelayanan yang disediakan kepada pengguna. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi pada teori dan penelitian dalam bidang sistem informasi dengan menerapkan metode Delone and Mclean pada konteks penggunaan website SIAMIK.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi E-Coklit dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan gambar, diagram, dan diagram alur untuk menjelaskan solusi untuk masalah ini. Pemilihan populasi sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dimana peneliti telah menentukan responden menjadi sampel penelitiannya dengan anggapan atau menurut pendapatnya sendiri dengan suatu argumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa aksesibilitas (AC) aplikasi E-Coklit memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesan akan manfaat (PU) dan kemudahan penggunaan (EOU). Kemudahan penggunaan (EOU) berdampak positif terhadap kesan akan manfaat (PU) dan reaksi terhadap penggunaan (ATU). Kesan akan manfaat (PU) tidak berpengaruh terhadap reaksi terhadap penggunaan (ATU) dan niat perilaku (BI). Terakhir, niat perilaku (BI) berdampak positif terhadap penggunaan sistem (ASU). Selama pengumpulan data,kami menghadapi bebereapa kesulitan seperti penolakan. Responden penelitian awalnya menolak berpartisipasi dalam penelitian karena kontrak Pantarlih telah berakhir. Setelah meyakinkan mereka kembali, kami dapat menghadirkan seluruh responden pada penelitian ini. Hasil Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar pengembangan dan perbaikan E-Coklit serta implementasi metode yang lebih baik di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Decision Support System or DSS is a computer system designed to help make complex and problem-oriented decisions. SAW method is one of the methods used in multi-criteria decision making to sort and select alternatives based on an assessment of several criteria. The SAW method uses a simple summation approach of weighted weights assigned to each criterion. Rank sum weighting is one method used in decision support systems to sort alternatives based on assessments on specific criteria. The results of this study are the selection of the best suppliers using the simple additive weighting method and applying the rank sum weighting model in determining the weight of the criteria used, namely price, product quality, delivery time, packaging form, and the number of shipments. Ranking results for rank 1 were obtained by Supplier B with a value of 0.846, for rank 2 were obtained by Supplier E with a value of 0.837, for rank 3 were obtained by Supplier C with a value of 0.787, for rank 4 were obtained by Supplier A with a value of 0.723, for rank 5 were obtained by Supplier B with a value of 0.698.

Abstract

Pulau-pulau kecil terluar di Sulawesi Utara memiliki potensi ekonomi maritim yang besar namun belum termanfaatkan sepenuhnya karena kurangnya informasi mengenai lokasi geografis, aktivitas ekonomi, dan infrastruktur di pulau-pulau tersebut. Dalam upaya untuk mengatasi masalah ini, Tinorso akan menyajikan sebuah website yang melakukan pemetaan terhadap 12 pulau terkecil terluar di Sulawesi Utara. Pemetaan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi yang akurat mengenai lokasi geografis pulau-pulau tersebut, memudahkan akses dan pengembangan potensi ekonomi di sektor perikanan dan pariwisata, serta memberikan informasi tentang infrastruktur seperti pelabuhan, dermaga, dan sekolah di pulau-pulau kecil terluar. Diharapkan pemetaan ini membuka peluang baru bagi pengembangan ekonomi di wilayah Sulawesi Utara, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal, dan memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia secara keseluruhan. Website pemetaan ini diharapkan menjadi sumber informasi terpercaya yang dapat diakses oleh semua pihak yang berkepentingan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang membuat aplikasi Sistem Rekomendasi Kelayakan Pemberian Kredit Menggunakan Metode Promethee Pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat ABC. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memudahkan pihak Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Nustria Mitra Abadi Palu menentukan rekomendasi calon debitur yang layak di berikan kredit usaha micro. Dalam aplikasi ini terdapat tiga proses utama yakni proses penentuan alternatif, penentuan kriteria, menghitung Leaving Flow dan Entering Flow dan menhitung nilai Net Flow / Perengkingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan sistem. Secara singkat proses waterfall dimulai dari proses analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode program (implementasi program), pengujian program. Adapun untuk metode pengujian program mengacu pada perhitungan manual metode promethee sebagai uji hasil rancangan yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini dapat merekomendasikan calon debitur yang layak untuk diberikan kredit usaha micro. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat merekomendasikan calon debitur dari rangking tertinggi sampai terendah dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Adapun metode pengujian sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian analisis komparatif dengan persamaan hasil perhitungan manual dan perhitungan sistem yaitu 100% tingkat keberhasilan dengan hasil yang sangat baik

Abstract

The menu reservation management information system that can be accessed online using mobile is developed using extreme programming methods with stages such as planning, designing, coding, and testing the system. The results of functional suitability testing were carried out on 10 respondents consisting of admins and consumers with the answer categories Yes valued 1 and No valued 0, then the resulting percentage was 98.18% and it can be concluded that respondents rated the system built as successful or by its function. Based on the results of the usability aspect test, the percentage of the test questionnaire, which is 92.88%, can be concluded according to respondents Strongly Agree that the development is appropriate.

Abstract

E-commerce Furniture Sales Information System at Aisyah Meubel Jati Ukir Bandar Lampung is a research that aims to design and implement an e-commerce-based furniture sales information system that allows Aisyah Meubel Jati Ukir to expand market reach and increase efficiency in managing product sales their furniture. This research uses a software development method with stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation and testing. This information system allows customers to browse the furniture product catalogue, place orders online, and make payments via a secure e-commerce platform. Additionally, store owners can easily manage product stock, manage customer orders, and track sales in real-time. The results of this research show that the implementation of an E-commerce Based Furniture Sales Information System at Aisyah Meubel Jati Ukir Bandar Lampung provides significant benefits, such as increasing customer access and efficiency in the sales process. The tests that have been carried out for the experimental side of ISO 25010 obtained a score of 100% in the functional suitability test which went as expected. Meanwhile, usability testing in the case study achieved a score of 92% and usability for students was 92.5% based on the Strongly Agree criteria.

Abstract

At present the filing process in Mulyasari Village is still being done manually so that it experiences problems in its management, such as letters being tucked away and difficult to find when needed. In addition, mail archives will also take up space if it continues to be done manually, so an information system is needed that can help alleviate this. In carrying out its duties, this office is involved in a lot of correspondence. About 4 to 7 incoming letters are received in a month, while 15 to 10 outgoing letters. The purpose of this research is to develop a website-based archive management information system that can assist in managing electronic records better. The design of an archive system to help manage incoming and outgoing letters in Mulyasari sub-district using the prototype method. System testing is carried out using the ISO 25010 testing method covering 2 (two) main characteristics of ISO 25010, namely Functional Suitablity and Usability. System design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) with each diagram, namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. From the calculations performed using the Likert Scale, the results obtained were 89%. So it can be concluded that the design of this system is stated to be very good to use and feasible to implement.

Abstract

SD Dwi Warna is one of the elementary schools in the Bandar Lampung area, the process of processing student savings data is still done manually, recording and storing the data is written in report books and student savings books, and the calculations are still done conventionally using calculators and tools. Data is stored in archive form. The system development method uses extreme programming methods and system design uses UML. So that this research is not subjective, the author also used research methods in the form of observation, literature review and interviews. This system will be tested using ISO 25010 testing. The results achieved are an online-based student savings information system. It is hoped that with the system built, it is hoped that the system built will aim to help make processing student savings data easier. Providing complete information regarding the amount of student savings that have been made and assisting schools in reporting student savings. The results of the ISO 25010 test which was carried out involving 10 respondents showed that the conclusion of the quality of software suitability with an overall score of 90.59% was on a scale of Very Good.

Abstract

The selection of the best teachers is a crucial process in improving the quality of education because teachers have a central role in shaping and developing the potential of students. This study aims to select the best teachers by applying the ARAS method to provide recommendations to school management in determining the best teachers. The ranking results were obtained by the best teacher by teacher 8 with a final grade of 0.962952 getting rank 1, teacher 1 with a final grade of 0.929876 getting rank 2, and teacher 4 with a final grade of 0.925905 getting rank 3.
