Abstract

Changes in software development are unavoidable and can occur due to changing needs of users, stakeholders, and the presence of new technologies. Analysis of the impact of changes greatly affects the cost and time of project work that can affect the success of the project. With the analysis, can help reduce the impact caused. Therefore, proper change management in software development projects is required. In this paper we present a review of the need for change management in software development. The writing of this paper is done to answer the problems that arise based on the discussion of the journals studied. The problems include: 1. what are the causes of change management, 2. What is the impact of change? 3. What methods can be used to cope with change? 4. What tools can be used to cope with change? The method used in writing this review is to draw conclusions based on the discussion obtained from the grouping of journals related to change management and the need for change management sourced from ScienceDirect and IEEE. The results obtained from this review are to answer four questions that arise and draw conclusions about the methods and tools that are often used in large case studies in change management. The method that is often used to support the management of requirements change is Requirements Change Management (RCM). RCM consists of 3 stages (1) Understanding changes (2) Analysis of changes and (3) Finalizing changes to this method can be assisted with web tools. The web is often used to support change management needs because it can be used to manage quantitative and qualitative data. Abstract

Abstract Central government agencies until the current local government have started to implement an electronic-based governance system (SPBE). SPBE is a government organization that utilizes information and communication technology to provide services to SPBE Users. The government has established SPBE guidelines stipulated in Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 on SPBE and to ensure the implementation of SPBE can run to achieve its objectives to realize an integrated and comprehensive government set forth The Ministerial Regulation of PAN-RB No. 5 of 2018 concerning SPBE Evaluation Guidelines. In 2019, the Ministry of PAN-RB conducted SPBE evaluation activities through the SPBE self-assessment method and obtained SPBE index results worth 3.14 on a scale of 0-5 and entered into the GOOD predicate. From these results, the Gresik district government needs to improve the quality of SPBE. In September 2020 the Government again established The Ministerial Regulation of PAN-RB No. 59 of 2020 concerning the monitoring and evaluation of SPBE. The regulation has been listed 4 Domains, 8 Aspects, and 47 indicators to assess the maturity level of SPBE. The result of the evaluation maturity level of SPBE evaluation of Gresik district government based on Regulation of the Minister of PAN-RB Number 59 of 2020 is 2.54. Interpretation of the value of maturity level is included in the Predicate Enough is the level of maturity of the process capability occupied level 2 (managed) and the level of service capability occupied level 2 (Interaction). Abstract

Analysis of the factors that influence customer satisfaction using Eastman Company Tow Matrix analysis, External Factor Evaluation analysis is used to determine the company's external factors related to opportunities and threats. This analysis aims to find out and analyze what factors are opportunities and threats that will be faced by the company using Tows, EFE, IFE analysis. The method used in the analysis process is the Tows, EFE, IFE process by using a predetermined table. The results show that sequentially the analysis used affects the company using Tows analysis, EFE, IFE are Opportunities, Threads, Strengths, Weaknesses. Abstract

Lehman Bank is one of the largest banks in America that went bankrupt. This study aims to analyze the causes of the bankruptcy of Lehman Brother Bank, to perform external and internal analysis and analyze the SWOT and PESTEL strategies for the Lehman Brother company. This research method is to analyze SWOT and PESTEL using qualitative research. information or data from search results on the internet or from literature studies. The results of this study indicate that an analysis using SWOT and PESTEL has been carried out and has an impact on Lehman Brother, but Lehman Brother is still not advanced enough to advance technology, so Lehman Brother went bankrupt. Abstract

The purpose of this study is twofold: first, to examine how PT Unilever utilizes analytical tools to enhance its strategic planning; second, to provide an overview of PT Unilever's approach to designing successful business strategies. The research methodology used in this study involves qualitative research methods, specifically SWOT and PESTEL analyses. The findings of the study reveal that PT Unilever is a highly reputable and diversified company, with a presence in various sectors and markets. This diversification has enabled PT Unilever to maintain its market share and profitability despite intense competition.

Abstract

Most central banks are exploring central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), and their work continues apace amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Central banks are moving into more advanced stages of CBDC engagement, progressing from conceptual research to practical experimentation. The CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) has certain benefits: it is account-based, interest-bearing and universally acceptable. CBDC is a monetary value stored electronically that represents the central bank's obligations and can be used by its users to make payments. This study aims to analyse Garuda's monetary impact, technology readiness and security threats (Indonesian CBDC) based on a systematic literature review conducted from 2020-2022. Publish and Perish are used for collecting articles data, and VosViewer is used for analyzing data that is further to be discussed. This research is expected to contribute knowledge about the state readiness of the CBDC implementation plan based on monetary, technological readiness and banking security perspectives.

Abstract

Information technology in the current era of globalization has a significant and positive impact on several business actors to produce and market halal lifestyle goods and services for a wider scale and market reach. The presence of information technology has created many business opportunities to introduce a halal lifestyle. In fact, the internet is very instrumental in these significant changes, especially in the process of transforming business towards digitalization. This condition decreases the cost of interaction and transformation and increases the amount of revenue. Interaction activities become easier because there is no need to be physically present or in person. In addition, it will bring up more alternative and cheaper options for achievement and wider opportunities. Online platforms such as sharia e-commerce can be used to meet sharia-based needs as well as achieve the goals of maqashid sharia and as a means of education to find out about the world's economy. Therefore, the researcher made a topic about sharia e-commerce innovation with halal products and education on the international level so that they can compete fairly with sharia principles. There is an e-commerce regulatory body so that nothing happens, such as selling goods that are not allowed. religion and do not commit criminal acts such as usury, cheating and hoarding. With a solution to every problem faced by sharia e-commerce from the seller and buyer side, the maqashid sharia approach will hedge the value of religion, soul, mind, descent, and property. Apart from the specialities, buyers and sellers are entitled to education about the Islamic economy, and updated news around the world is the subject of this qualitative research methodology.

Abstract

Sampang District is the only area in Cilacap Regency where citizens of Chinese descent are not allowed to have their own business to protect native traders from the monopoly of citizens of Chinese descent. The purpose of this study was to determine the trade protection model applied by Sampang residents in dealing with trade monopoly efforts from residents of Chinese descent. The research methodology used is the mix method. Collecting data by conducting surveys, observations, and interviews. The research location is Sampang District. Withdrawal of samples using purposive sampling method by interviewing people who know the trading system that applies in Sampang District. Analysis and processing of data using descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the non-involvement of citizens of Chinese descent in the Sampang economy has been going on for a long time, namely when Sampang residents tried to protect their territory from the direct involvement of citizens of Chinese descent in economic activities. Sampang residents allow a business collaboration system between residents of Chinese descent and indigenous residents but using the names of indigenous people. With this strategy, the people of Sampang can develop the economy of the indigenous people without being dependent on people of Chinese descent.

Abstract

The digital era has brought about a shift in consumer behaviour. This study offers an explanation for the purchasing decisions made by online shoppers using the ZALORA e-commerce platform. Exposure served to employ descriptive qualitative data collection to technique, observation, interview, and documentation. As a consequence of this, both internal and external factors have something to do with the effectiveness of consumer spending and the convenience of access. The desire and lifestyle of a person is the next factor, followed by the contribution of social media and a trend, the quality of the service, and the activities of marketing on a platform.

Abstract

This article aims to elaborate on the impact of social media on socio-economic changes in citizenship. This is because the existence of social media has contributed to influencing the joints of civic life, especially in Pandeglang Regency. Moreover, the majority of citizens who come from various backgrounds use social media for various daily activities. The impact is that until now, there has been a fundamental change at the citizenship level due to the presence of social media. These socio-economic changes were created due to the adaptation of new habits to the presence of social media, resulting in new patterns in all aspects of social life. This study used a qualitative descriptive, explanatory method using in-depth interviews with residents who use social media in Pandeglang Regency. This study states that social media significantly affects socioeconomic changes in citizenship. These changes include changes in behaviour, mindset, communication, dealing with citizenship and creating a digital entrepreneurship ecosystem in Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province.
