Abstract

The phenomenon of technological development is growing rapidly based on digital information system technology in Indonesia today. Some financial products and exchange rates commonly used in electronic payments have now become an unavoidable paradigm in trade or services. Objective This research aims to determine the condition of digital marketing variables, service quality and customer satisfaction at Brits Hotel Karawang. This research is a sample study conducted by consumers as respondents in the research, data collection using a questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents consisting of consumers and visitors to Café and Resto Karawang. The analytical method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis and verification analysis. To process the data the author used the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS 22 For Windows programs. The results of the research that has been carried out state that digital marketing is at quite good criteria, service quality is at quite good criteria and customer satisfaction is also at quite good criteria. The T test results show that digital marketing partially influences customer satisfaction, service quality partially influences customer satisfaction. The F test results show that digital marketing and service quality simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. To get better customer satisfaction, Brits Hotel Karawang must pay more attention to digital marketing and service quality simultaneously. Because these two variables play an important role in customer satisfaction. This implication reflects the need for organizations to continue to adapt to technological trends and focus on developing these aspects to win competition in an increasingly digital market. Additionally, the findings of this research also underscore the importance of understanding customer perceptions and preferences in the context of digital marketing to improve their impact on overall customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to discover, describe, and analyze the implementation process of population administration service innovation policy at the Population and Civil Registration Department of Pontianak City from a dynamic governance perspective. The problems in the implementation of this service innovation policy are interesting to study because there are still problems such as the unavailability of official standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical problems with down servers on online service media, and reductions in the services number to anticipate the technical problem of online services. This study used the descriptive qualitative research method by describing the phenomenon according to the data obtained from the results of interviews, observations, literature studies, and data deemed relevant. The results of this study showed that the population administration service innovation in organizing activities was still constrained by the limited quantity of implementing resources in the field of information technology (IT) for service facilities and infrastructure that already supported the implementation of online services. In interpreting activities, the understanding of the implementers regarding the substance of the policy could be said to be good, it was just the lack of socialization to the community. Then, the application activities explained how these activities were still rigid and lacking in prevention, so the technical problem solving was less anticipatory even to routine organizational activities. The conclusion is that the process of implementing the Service Innovation Policy at the Population and Civil Registration Department of Pontianak City can be stated to be sufficient to be said to be dynamic in work governance, both in terms of organizational activities, interpretation, and application/implementation. The researcher suggests to make official SOPs and socialize them by empowering them through District to Neighborhood/Hamlet, recruit IT implementers, provide IT training for existing employees, as well as do consistent monitoring, evaluation, regular website server maintenance, and increase the Office internet speed if necessary.

Abstract

Laws are a type of legislation whose formation process takes a long time with lengthy procedures. This study aims to examine the mechanism for the formation of laws and regulations in Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive normative approach, namely by explaining or legislation, legal theories, the teachings of the science of law as well as the opinions of leading scholars. The result of this study show that the process of forming laws and regulations in Indonesia is still facing various obstacles so that to finalize a product of the legislative body's law together with the government requires a relatively long time. The draft bill queues according to the priority scale in the National Legislation Program. The normal procedure for forming laws in Indonesia starts from the stages of planning, drafting, discussing, ratifying or enacting until promulgation is a process that takes quite a long time to go through discussions and debates in the legislature to find common ground and agreement. It is not always possible to predict when the process will end at the enactment stage. Meanwhile, the community's need for legal certainty is a more important matter to be fulfilled immediately.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are; (1) the meaning of the graund sign in the novel Ceroz Batozar by Tere Liye. (2) the meaning of the sign of the object in the novel Ceroz Batozar by Tere Liye. (3) the meaning of the interpretant sign in the novel Ceroz Batozar by Tere Liye. (4) implications for satra learning in vocational schools. This type of research is qualitative research with a description method. The data of this study is in the form of words, sentences, in the novel Ceroz Batozar which contain signs in the form of graunds, objects, interpretations. The source of the data in this study is the text of the novel Ceroz Batozar by Tere Liye. Data collection techniques used through reading or reading technology, observation and recording, analysis techniques. The technique of validity, which is used trianggulation theory. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model with three components of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there are three signs of semiotics according to pierce in the novels of Ceroz and Batozar, namely graund, object, and interpretant. There are three forms of graund signs, namely 1) qualisignt is a sign marked based on the nature of the word hard, meek, color, animal, and flower, 2) the singsign is a sign that displays reality like a pale face which means fear, 3) legisignt is a sign that an agreement (convention) could be a code/regulation such as a greeting. Objects are distinguished by three forms of signs, namely 1) icons are signs that bear the resemblance of 'rupa' to their reference like wolves, 2) an index that performs the function of a marker that hints at its appearance on the basis of causality relationships, while symbols are signs determined by societal conventions such as the culprit symbolized by the person who always makes trouble. While the interpretation is distinguished by three, namely 1) rheme is a sign related to the possibility of understanding (multi-interpretation) such as wide yawning containing meaning sleepiness, boredom, or disdain for speech, 2) dicent sign is a marker that displays information about its map according to reality such as a fire truck siren informing about a fire, 3) an argument sign a sign containing a reason for something like a boading pass is a requirement to board a plane. the results of the analysis will be implemented and used as reading material or reference to literary learning by making the material of Ceroz Batozar's novel as a medium for learning literature, especially regarding graunds, objects, and interpretations.

Abstract

A researched 10 clones of Eucalypts were done in Toba Pulp Forest in 2 sectors of Aek Nauli and Tele as the representative plots. The main objective of the study was to determine the relationship between the number of trees and the average diameter, average branch-free height and average volume of 10 IND clones currently cultivated. in the plantation forest area of PT Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk and compared the volume of wood from 10 IND clones and determined the 3 candidate species recommended for cultivation in the next period. Research method of inventory of stand by circle radius plot of 11.28 m (0.04 ha) with 3 replications summarized plot broaded about 1.2 ha. Based on the wood analysis volume analysis can be resumed that 3 IND eucalypts clones are recommended for planting the next period, namely IND 61, IND 60 and IND 11.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty on the Shopee e-commerce platform, by considering consumer satisfaction as a moderating variable. This study uses a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to active Shopee customers who have made transactions carried out in January-June 2023. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling involving 250 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis and data was processed using Smart PLS 3. The results of this study show that service quality has a significant positive effect on Shopee customer loyalty. In addition, brand image also has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty. This finding shows that the quality of service and Shopee's brand image are important factors in building customer loyalty. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction has also proven to be a significant moderating variable in the relationship between service quality brand image, and customer loyalty. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is a key factor in building customer loyalty, and good service quality can increase the level of customer satisfaction. When customers receive good services, such as prompt responses, effective assistance, and timely delivery, they will have a positive experience.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the relationship between workplace spirituality, work effectiveness, and employees’ contextual performance with mediation mechanisms. Data were collected from 430 employees in private companies across three provinces in Indonesia. The results from structural equation modeling (SEM) showed that workplace spirituality, directly and indirectly, enhances employees’ contextual performance through work effectiveness. Furthermore, work effectiveness had a stronger direct influence on contextual performance than workplace spirituality. Work effectiveness is an essential mediator in translating workplace spirituality into heightened employee contextual performance. This evidence provides a theoretical contribution to the development of a study on the relationship between workplace spirituality and employee contextual performance through work effectiveness. It also has practical implications for company management in improving employee performance through the perspective of workplace spirituality and work effectiveness. Therefore, before being embraced, adjusted, and adapted to help research and practice in the future, it merits being utilized as material for critical discussion among scholars and practitioners.

Abstract

Olahraga, sebagai elemen penting dalam perkembangan fisik dan mental manusia, memegang peran sentral dalam pencapaian prestasi, baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah evaluasi kinerja Pengurus Persatuan Bolabasket Seluruh Indonesia (PERBASI) di empat kabupaten dan kota di daerah X. Latar belakang penelitian ini muncul dari kebutuhan untuk memahami sejauh mana program pembinaan prestasi olahraga bola basket dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Pengurus PERBASI dalam konteks kontinuitas pembinaan olahraga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif evaluasi dengan  menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product)   yang melibatkan empat responden dari kabupaten dan kota yang berbeda di daerah X, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa simple random sampling. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa, meskipun aspek Context telah mencapai kategori baik, terdapat kekurangan pada evaluasi Input terutama terkait dengan perekrutan pelatih dan atlet serta keterbatasan pendanaan. Evaluasi Proses menunjukkan keaktifan anggota yang cukup baik, namun perlu optimalisasi dalam pelaksanaan program pembinaan. Evaluasi Product menunjukkan kategori cukup, dengan perluasan kerjasama dan peningkatan evaluasi input sebagai rekomendasi. Metode evaluasi CIPP memberikan wawasan menyeluruh tentang kinerja Pengurus PERBASI, dengan identifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam pelaksanaan program. Rekomendasi termasuk penerapan evaluasi CIPP secara berkala, perbaikan dalam perekrutan pelatih dan atlet, serta upaya pengembangan kerjasama dengan sponsor. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan program pembinaan prestasi olahraga bola basket di Daerah X

Abstract

Sebagian besar UMKM di Indonesia saat ini menghadapi masalah mendasar terkait praktik pengelolaan keuangan UMKM yang tidak mematuhi standar akuntansi, kurangnya keterampilan menyusun laporan keuangan, dan rendahnya literasi keuangan sehingga menghambat pengembangan dan kinerja keuangan UMKM itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan, literasi keuangan, dan inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM, baik pengaruh langsung maupun pengaruh tidak langsung melalui perilaku pengelolaan keuangan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 100 orang pelaku UMKM di kota Medan. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis jalur (path analisys). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan, literasi keuangan, dan inklusi keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan UMKM. Kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan dan literasi keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Sementara itu, inklusi keuangan dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Temuan menarik lainnya adalah perilaku pengelolaan keuangan memediasi pengaruh kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Perilaku pengelolaan keuangan juga memediasi pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Sementara itu, perilaku pengelolaan keuangan tidak memediasi pengaruh inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Implikasi pada penelitian ini mendorong pengembangan strategi dan kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan literasi keuangan, mengoptimalkan inklusi keuangan, dan memperbaiki perilaku pengelolaan keuangan UMKM, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pertumbuhan berkelanjutan sektor UMKM.

Abstract

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a tool used by businesses to understand customer demands and behavior in order to deliver the best possible customer service, preserve current relationships, and boost business success. In order to understand how customer engagement and customer relationship management affect business success in digital banks, a study was done. The research population consists of 3.9 million digital bank users in total. 400 samples were acquired after simple random sampling, which was then used to calculate the Slovin formula at an acceptable level of 5%, and multiple linear regression analysis was performed. In this study, there are two independent variables: customer engagement and customer relationship management. The dependent variable is business performance. The results of this study suggest a tight connection between customer relationship management and customer engagement and the operational success of digital banks. The purpose of this research is to present data that the management of digital banks can utilize to make various decisions.
