Abstract

The problems in this study are the decrease in the share price and the increase in the volume of stock transactions in BUMN listed in LQ45 as well as the number of positive confirmed cases of fluctuating COVID-19 affected by the spread of COVID-19 which is increasingly widespread, causing a higher level of panic in the capital market. This research uses quantitative research methods with comparative and associative research types. This data collection is by observation and documentation with a span of 60 days. Based on the results of the paired t-test, it shows that the comparison between the share price before and after the national announcement of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia has a value (sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the wilcoxon signed rank test, it shows that the comparison between the volume of transactions before and after the national announcement of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia has a value (sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the Regression Weights in path analysis, it shows that the Stock Price variable has a standardized Regression Weights value of -0.438, and the transaction volume variable has a value of 0.650. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the share price and volume in BUMN registered in LQ45 before and after the national announcement of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia, and there is a significant influence between the number of positive confirmed cases of COVID-19 on the share price and the volume of transactions in BUMN registered in LQ45 during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of factors that influence VAT receipts from various aspects, including the VAT rate itself, economic factors, tax administration factors, and legal factors. The VAT rate factor is explained by the standard rate and implicit rate variables. Economic factors are explained by the variables of imports, the service sector, and the fiscal deficit. Administrative factors are explained by the variable c-efficiency and government effectiveness. The legal factor is explained by the variables of controlling corruption and law enforcement. This study uses secondary data with the object of research being countries in the Asian continent from 2015 to 2019. The sample countries were selected with certain considerations so that 19 sample countries were obtained. The results of this study indicate that implicit tariffs, the service sector, and government effectiveness have a significant positive effect on VAT receipts, while imports have a significant negative effect on VAT receipts. Meanwhile, standard rates, fiscal deficits, c-efficiency, corruption control, and the rule of law have no significant effect on VAT revenues.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the acculturation process through the hymn I will sing of my Redeemer, which became Hymn MasamperI Want To Celebrate. I will use a qualitative approach to explore the perspective of ethnomusicology and hymnology through observation, interviews, and literature review. Observations have been made for a long time because the researcher is also the artist of Masamper Art. But the focus of observation from 2008 until now has been Observations were made on various Masamper performances in the Sangihe community in the Sangihe Islands and the Sangihe diaspora community on the mainland of North Sulawesi in the city of Manado. The results of the analysis found that the existence of the song "I want to be grateful," Masamper's singing in the Sangihe community, is the result of acculturation from the Hymn. songI will sing of my Redeemer works by Philip Paul Bliss. The results of this acculturation found that there was a change in form from a 3 stanza strophic form to a 1 stanza strophic form, but it is done repeatedly. The bars have also changed from 9/8 bars for the original song to bars for mourning (Masamper Sabuah) and 4/4 bars during party performances or competitions (Mebawalase). The tempo changes from fast to slow but uses stress on each word. Meanwhile, the meter still uses the 8.7.8.7 CM (Common Meter) pattern except for the refrain. The syllabic pattern, or singing with one note for one syllable, is still carried out, but new developments have emerged in the Sangihe community, namely the Manahola singing style, or singing before the main song word, the Mamaranca style of singing repeating words in the verse that are currently being sung, and the Yora style of singing while singing. Do word stresses on the refrain or repetition of the song, which is usually done while dancing.

Abstract

Execution of a fiduciary guarantee is a transfer of control of an object of collateral based on agreed terms as a return of the loan value. Based on Law Number 42 of 1999, Islamic banks as holders of fiduciary guarantee certificates have the right to execute the actions of debtors who have breached their promises through the implementation of executive titles, auction sales and underhand sales. Constitutional Court Decision No. 18/2019 had a positive impact on various interested parties directly and indirectly. Thus creating a fair legal relationship between the creditor (fiduciary recipient) and the debtor (fiduciary giver). Execution conflicts over fiduciary guarantees arise due to debtors objecting to executions carried out without prior agreement, either in the form of notification or decision from the court. This research is juridical normative with a discussion of the conditions when the executive title cannot be carried out directly unless there is a decision on execution from the court. The results of this study indicate that the Constitutional Court Decision No. 18/2019 provides a new interpretation of several phrases in Article 15 and their explanations in the Fiduciary Law. The fiduciary recipient can execute if there is an agreement with the debtor.
