Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori kajian etnopragmatik. Sumber data penelitian diambil dari acara merabatin ‘menyambut tamu dari pihak calon pengantin laki-laki’ yang diadakan di Natar, Lampung Selatan. Data penelitian berupa rekaman suara tuturan tetua adat Lampung dialek A dan Lampung dialek O. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara merekam tuturan yang dikemukakan tetua adat pada acara inti. Pelaku tuturan tersebut yaitu tetua adat dari Desa Natar, Lampung Selatan dan tetua adat dari Desa Rajabasa Batanghari, Lampung Timur. Langkah konkret dalam menganalisis data adalah teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah (a) mentranskripsi data rekaman suara, (b) menerjemahkan hasil transkripsi, (c) mengidentifikasi data sesuai dengan prinsip kesantunan berbahasa, (d) menginterpretasi temuan yang mengambil komponen utamanya dari tuturan, dan (e) menyimpulkan hasil analisis. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan (1) wujud kesantunan berbahasa yang digunakan oleh tetua adat dalam acara merabatin dan (2) wujud fenomena etnopragmatik dalam tuturan tetua adat dalam acara merabatin. Temuan penelitian adalah bahwa wujud kesantunan berbahasa pada tuturan maksim kerendahan hati 27%, maksim kedermawanan 19%, maksim pemufakatan 17%, maksim pujian 14%, maksim kebijaksanaan 13%, dan maksim kesimpatian 10%.

Abstract

Saat ini layanan kesehatan menjadi isu penting dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Kehadiran perusahaan yang menawarkan berbagai produk di bidang pembiayaan kesehatan menjadi pilihan bagi masyarakat yang ingin menggunakan layanan kesehatan secara mandiri. Dalam memilih perusahaan pembiayaan kesehatan, masyarakat harus memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup dan citra yang baik tentang perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menguji pengaruh pengetahuan produk dan citra merek terhadap kepercayaan konsumen serta dampaknya pada minat beli. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden usia produktif (15-64 tahun) yang merupakan masyarakat Kota Bandung yang mengenal produk dan layanan Prudential Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei kemudian dilakukan pengolahan dengan menggunakan metode analisis berupa analisis jalur di mana diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan produk dan citra merek terhadap terhadap minat beli yang dimediasi oleh kepercayaan konsumen. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini diharapkan Prudential Indonesia dapat terus melakukan inovasi dari produk dan layanan serta mampu memberikan pelayanan dengan sepenuh hati.

Abstract

Lindu Lake in Lore Lindu National Park, Sigi Regency, spatially has characteristics and potential as a coastal area that migrants enter along with the culture it inhabits and there are socio-cultural changes in the local community. From the background of the aforementioned problems, the objectives of the study are as follows: 1) to see the relationship between financiers (Patrons) and local fishermen (clients) in Lindu Lake; 2) fishermen's support for the arrangement of their settlements as homestays; and 3) a model of integration of fishing settlement space with ecological-based coastal tourism. This research uses a qualitative research approach (phenomenological paradigm) with analytical descriptive methods. The results showed, as follows: (1) The relationship between financiers and local fishermen in Lindu Lake is nothing more than borrowing business capital; (2) Fishermen's support for the arrangement of their settlement as a homestay, this is due to the large number of tourists at the festival but the benefits are not felt; (3) The integration model of fishing settlement space with ecological-based coastal tourism with consideration of the development of marine tourism in Lindu Lake is integrated between mountain and lake panoramas with customs into one unit.

Abstract

Poverty and inequality are the main problems faced by a country including Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the comparison of poverty and inequality levels on the islands of Sumatra and Java and to analyze the effect of the human development index (HDI), gross regional domestic product (GRDP), the level of open unemployment (TPT) and total population on poverty and income distribution inequality in Sumatra and Java. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with multiple regression analysis using panel data with provincial research objects on the islands of Sumatra and Java. Based on the results of the study, if you look at the comparison of the poverty rate on the island of Sumatra and Java, based on the data, it can be seen that the average poverty rate on the island of Sumatra is 10.6%, which is higher than the average poverty rate on the island of Java, which is 8.8%. while the level of inequality in income distribution on average in Sumatra is 0.327, lower than the average income distribution inequality in Java, which is 0.393. The regression results show that on the island of Sumatra the HDI variable has a significant negative effect on poverty and inequality, GRDP has a significant negative effect on poverty and poverty has a positive effect on inequality. TPT has a significant positive effect on poverty and not significant on inequality. Total population is not significant to poverty and inequality. While the regression results on the island of Java show that the HDI variable has a significant negative effect on poverty and not significant on inequality. GRDP has no significant effect on poverty and inequality. TPT has a significant positive effect on poverty and not significant on inequality. And population has no significant effect on poverty and inequality.

Abstract

Artikel ditulis dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan secara analitik hal-hal terkait implementasi kebijakan pendidikan dasar, terkait dengan definisi, pelaksana, konteks, jenis, dan langkahnya. Sebagai kajian literatur, artikel ini ditulis dengan metode policy riset, dengan analisis konten. Disimpulkan bahwa: a) kebijakan pendidikan dasar di Indonesia termasuk kebijakan publik dan menjadi otoritas pemerintah pada berbagai level. b) terjadi ambigu dalam implementasi kebijakan pendidikan dasar sebagai kebijakan publik, yang cenderung sebagai kebijakan kesejahteraan sosial. c) efektivitas implementasi kebijakan publik bidang pendidikan dasar ditentukan oleh aspek-aspek konseptual-metodologis, paradigma dan pola relasi pemerintah-masyarakat, yang cenderung diabaikan oleh pengampu kebijakan pada berbagai level

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fraud hexagons on fraudulent financial statements. The objects of this research are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 13 companies. The data analysis techniques are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analyses. The results of this study indicate that financial targets, financial stability, changes in directors, and ineffective monitoring have not proven to have a positive effect on fraudulent financial reporting. Political Connection, Total Accruals, and CEO Duality have positively affected fraudulent financial statements. So that in this way, the company can provide financial reporting information properly, follow field conditions, and comply with the ethics and standards set by the relevant authorities.

Abstract

Entrepreneurs are economic heroes for the country, entrepreneurs not only help provide jobs for the unemployed but entrepreneurs also pay taxes to the state as a source of state revenue. Therefore, the state really needs the presence of entrepreneurs to encourage the development and progress of the nation. This study aims to describe and how the influence of entrepreneurial education (EE) variables, skills of marketing (SM), in growing entrepreneurial intention (EI) through motivation towards entrepreneurship (ME). The population of this research is students participating in the July 2021 graduation from all existing faculties at Jambi University, especially undergraduate study programs. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire adapted from previous researchers. The collected data were analyzed using a structural model approach with hypotheses to be tested with the help of the SPPS and SmartPLS programs. The results of the study show that all the variables studied influence entrepreneurial intentions, both direct and indirect through entrepreneurial motivation. The implication is that entrepreneurship education not only strengthens entrepreneurial motivation but also strengthens entrepreneurial skills because both will strengthen motivation and ultimately foster entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

The difference in treatment between women and men affects the lives of women and men themselves, either directly or indirectly in society, is a source of gender problems. Discussing gender issues is not a problem for women facing men, but gender issues are a common community problem, which requires a process of mutual awareness in the division of roles and positions that does not ignore the rights and obligations of women and men in the family, community and other lives. This study aims to produce an analysis of gender problems in people's lives in various fields of development. The method used is to conduct a qualitative analysis of the gender profile data contained in regional apparatus organizations in Donggala Regency. The results of the study indicate that gender issues are an important issue in the implementation of development in Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, this can be seen from the gender profile data so that an analysis of this is needed. The results of this analysis are expected to be the basis for the preparation of development programs in the fields of health, economy and employment, as well as in the fields of politics and decision-making. It is concluded that the high maternal mortality rate, the large number of poor female family heads and the low political participation of women are the main problems that are difficult to resolve.

Abstract

This research aims to expand the triple helix strategy by involving various elements of society and non-profit institutions in order to realize innovation in the Development of Agrotourism Areas in Karo Regency.The Penta helix model in the development of agrotourism in Karo Regency are academics, society, government, media and business. The method of determining the sample was determined purposively (deliberately) in the agrotourism area in Karo Regency, North Sumatera Province. This sampling method using purposive sampling is a technique that is not based on random, regional or start but based on considerations that focus on certain goals. This study uses a qualitative approach, which means that research with its findings is not obtained from statistical procedures or forms of calculation that emphasize the essence of the phenomenon under study. The result of this study indicate that there are five institutions that play a role in the development of agrotourism in Karo Regency, namely: (1) Academics are University North Sumatera (USU), Indonesian Methodist University (UMI), Medan Area University (UMA), UMSU; (2) The community is a tourism-aware group; (3) The government is the village government, the agriculture office the tourism office; (4) Media, namely print media and online media; and (5) Banking (BRI, BNI).

Abstract

The school literacy movement is a social movement that combines various components. The government has launched that schools carry out reading and writing learning activities as a "School Literacy Movement" This study aims to determine the implementation of reading and writing learning activities for grade V students of SD Negeri 37 Kediri City. Study this use study qualitative descriptive. In the survey, qualitative data was collected character qualitative, which describes the research setting, the situation, and the informant/respondent. Both in terms of saying or writing words into complete sentences for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 37 Kendari City, from the results of observations in the Even Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year, it is known that the score The average daily test is only 65. Therefore, it is concluded that the reading ability in students' literacy learning activities is still relatively low or can be said to be below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) set at SD Negeri 37 Kendari City, which is 70.
