Abstract

This study aims to carry out training on the use of digital marketing-based market places for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in the production and sale of salted eggs in Talok Sari Village, Bumiayu District. The aim of this training is to increase the understanding and skills of MSME actors in utilizing the market place platform to expand market reach and increase the competitiveness of their businesses. This research will use a participatory approach method, in which researchers will work with the village government and the local MSME community to design a training program that suits the needs of salted egg MSME actors. The training will include an introduction to digital marketing concepts, an understanding of the market place, effective online marketing strategies, and the use of social media as a product promotion tool. The Expected outcome of this training is an increase in the knowledge and skills of MSME players in utilizing the market place platform to increase market access, attract new consumers, and increase sales of salted egg products. With this training, it is hoped that MSME actors can expand their business network through the effective use of digital technology. In conclusion, training on the use of digital marketing-based market places for salted egg MSMEs in Talok Sari Village is an important step to improve their ability to utilize digital technology for product marketing.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman yang semakin maju, apalagi mulai memasuki era 5.0, masyarakat dapat menggunakan berbagai inovasi untuk mengatasi tantangan dan permasalahan sosial. Rumah produksi Jatwi Jaya Sari Dele adalah produsen yang memproduksi Tahu Pong di Desa Pakujati. Proses pengemasan dan pemasaran yang dilakukan produsen ini masih menggunakan cara tradisional sehingga perlu dilakukan inovasi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan  guna meningkatkan angka penjualan dan jangkauan pemasaran yang lebih luas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan, yakni mengenai kemasan produk, pembuatan stiker produk dan digital marketing.

Abstract

The focus of this service aims to increase sales of dried frozen meatballs which are located in the village of Dukuhturi rt01 RW 01 kec.bumiayu, kab. brebes. This service is carried out by accompanying and training a group of frozen dry meatball entrepreneurs in terms of brand management (labelling), use of digital marketing, and use of E-commers to increase business group sales during the Covid 19 pandemic. The service team provides training with material presented : 1). training inmaking marketing plans 2). training in good HR management so that motivation for performance increases 3) training and assistance in digital marketing and the use of social media and E-commerce 4) training and assistance in social media 5) training in Brand management (Labeling) so that the duplication of the brand or labeling by other parties to make it easier for consumers to recognize the product

The purpose of this service is to increase sales of bird cages andexpand marketing to businesses (Berkah Sangkar) by introducing them toonline marketing through social media which now makes the process easiersale.This Berkah Cage business is located in Kalisalak Hamlet, KarangbawangVillage, District Ajibarang, Banyumas Regency. The method used in this service is methodBINTEK (Technological Guidance) training and mentoring. Through the perpetrator's method Businesses can improvetheir sales process and increase revenue.

Abstract

Literacy and numeracy are central to quality learning in all phases of education and curricula. Literacy and numeracy skills contribute to developing the capacity of individuals as global citizens, so that they can contribute productively to society. Students' literacy and numeracy skills are still relatively low. This is caused by children's lack of motivation to learn and try to solve their own problems. The difficulties faced by children in solving problems include difficulties in finding the essence of a text, solving basic operation problems such as multiplication and division, and difficulties in making mathematical models to solve problems related to everyday life. The objectives of the PKM are (1) to provide assistance to students to have high learning motivation with interesting learning activities applied by teachers, (2) to provide assistance to students by applying game activities to learning activities so as to improve literacy and numeracy, (3) to provide socialization to teachers so that they can develop literacy and numeracy so that they can be applied to students optimally. The method used consists of the observation stage, program preparation, and core implementation. The results of the activity show that PKM activities regarding literacy and numeracy assistance to students and teachers have been carried out well, smoothly, and the objectives of the activity have been achieved.

Abstract

Education is important for every human. Good education could bring great contribution and benefit in one quality improvement. Early education in PAUD, KB, and TK is the start of character building. Everyone have the right to have early education, including special needs children (ABK). Kurikulum merdeka has been implemented in teaching and learning process. The characteristic of kurikulum merdeka is suite the learning need of ABK that need flexibility in choosing learning tools, learning methods, learning strategy, learning media, and learning materials adjusted with competency and obstacles each special needs have. Teachers need to have deep understanding about those things so we can reach the purpose of special needs education. The education level in Indonesia starts from early childhood, family planning or kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school and high school. Education at the early childhood, family planning and kindergarten levels is the beginning of character building. At this level, it is also necessary to identify and early detect children with special needs. One of the efforts teachers can do to give the best educational service to ABK is to modified the learning tools of kurikulum merdeka in accordance with the needs and the capacity of each students. This efforts is needed so that each ABK could get suitable and good education. Partners in this PkM activity are PAUD, KB and TK teachers throughout Mojokerto. The problem faced by partners is the lack of understanding of learning tools in kurikulum merdeka for children with special needs at the level of PAUD, PG, and TK. This training and assistance was carried out online at gmeet which was held on June 3rd, 2023 from 14.00 to 17.00 WIB. In this PkM activity, the lecturers also involved 2 students from the Special Education Study Program. The conclusions of PkM activities are The conclusion of this PkM are: (1) The importance of deepening understanding about the needs and competencies of each special needs student; (2) The teacher must be able to decide which learning tools suite and fit each special needs student; (3) The importance the learning tools of kurikulum merdeka for ABK in PAUD level so that each student get the best education service that suite and fit their needs

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to find out how t use the Merdeka Teaching Platform which is addressed to the principal and all teachers at SDN Watesnegoro 3. The independent teaching curriculum suports many innovations in the world of education, especially progress in various educational instituitions including schools or madrasas, by building teacher competency. Therefore this study uses training and outreach methods. Where this research was carried out by socializing to the principal and teacher about the use of the independent teaching platform which was carried out at SDN Watesnegoro 3. The results showed that the socialized carried out to schol princials and teacher received a positive response in the form of enthusiasm from the school community regarding the indeendent teaching curriculum platform.

Abstract

In the context of preparation for the Wushu Puslatkot Surabaya Athletes program, it requires a lot of references on how to maximize the training program. Therefore, it is necessary to hold physical tests for athletes aimed at making a physical training program. The implementation of the Community Service Program activities by the Physical Education Lecturer Team at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya, went smoothly. The Wushu Trainers and Athletes are very enthusiastic about participating in every activity that has been scheduled. In the context of preparing Porprov, it is necessary to carry out an analysis and evaluation related to the physical training program and references on how to prepare the physical conditions and techniques used. Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada guru di pendidikan anak usia dini dalam memodifikasi media pembelajaran bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus pada jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini. Medote pelaksanaan yaitu a). perencanaan, b). pelaksanaan dan c). evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan tentang modifikasi media pembelajaran bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus pada jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini memberikan dampak yang baik bagi guru. Keberhasilan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta ditunjukan dengan nilai rata- rata hasil pre-test 61,75 meningkat menjadi 85,25 pada nilai rata- rata post-test.

Abstract

Wushu merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga unggulan dalam menghadapi PORPROV VIII Jawa Timur, dalam kejuaraan wushu salah satu aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan adalah berat badan, karena wushu memiliki kategori berat badan yang akan dipertandingkan. Atlet dan pelatih Wushu masih belum memahami sepenuhnya tentang asupan nutrisi yang baik sehingga dikhawatirkan dapat mengganggu program latihan dalam menghadapi kejuaraan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan metode diskusi eksplorasi dan pengukuran status nutrisi atlet. Hasil atlet wushu Surabaya memiliki rata-rata indeks massa tubuh dan persentase lemak tubuh yang normal, atlet dan pelatih memiliki pengetahuan tentang asupan nutrisi yang baik untuk menjaga performa olahraga
