Abstract

Employee discipline can be seen as a kind of training intended to shape and improve employee knowledge, attitudes, and behavior to encourage other staff members to take an active role in raising their performance standards. The purpose of this research is to determine the leadership approach used by the head of the KUA Office of Religious Affairs in Napa Village, Batangtoru District in improving employee discipline. This research is qualitative in descriptive form. What this means is that the research conducted seeks to understand phenomena such as motivation, behavior, and perceptions encountered by study participants. The motivation for this research stems from the researcher's interest in the leadership approach of the head of the KUA in improving the discipline of employees at the Napa Village Religious Affairs Office, Batangtoru District. Research results: The Head of the KUA of Napa Village, Batangtoru District, uses three strategies to improve employee discipline, namely by giving instructions to employees, giving them examples, and holding sharing sessions. The first three supporting criteria are: (1) effective leadership; (2) receive compensation; and (3) punishment. The first two barriers are a lack of personal awareness and work procrastination.

Abstract

The background of this study is the lack of understanding regarding cyber Islamic education technology. To overcome this, Islamic education technology can be used which contains official related internet sites. The formulation of the problem in this study is what are the benefits of cyber Islamic education technology. Therefore, this study is intended to explain the benefits of cyber Islamic education technology. This is a qualitative descriptive research on library research. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the benefits of cyber Islamic education technology can improve the quality of Islamic religious education.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to reveal Islamic therapy in forming a strawberry generation that is strong in character and faith with good morals. The method used in this research is the literature study method, which is a series of activities related to the methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and managing research materials. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Parenting Therapy which is used to strengthen the character of the Strawberry generation can be used with 4 forms of therapy models, namely Exemplary Parenting Patterns, Advisory Parenting Patterns, Parenting with Attention or Supervision as well as custom and habit education.Keywords: parenting; strawberry generation; characterAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap terapi islami dalam membentuk generasi stroberi yang kuat akan karakter dan keimanan dengan akhlak yang baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi literatur yakni serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat, serta mengelolah bahan penelitian. Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the religious culture in the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan environment, and to describe the strategic management of the madrasa head in building religious culture in the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan environment. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The primary data for this research was obtained directly from interviews with the head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan, for secondary data in this research in the form of photos, documents and videos during the research. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this research is by data reduction. The triangulation method was used to check the validity of this research data. Data validity checking method that uses something different from the data for checking or comparison. According to the results of the research, religious culture in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan includes holding morning assembly, reading prayers and verses from the Koran before starting lessons, getting used to praying Dhuha and midday prayers in congregation, and carrying out Islamic activities. And the strategic management of the madrasa head in developing religious culture at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan is by having planning, partnership, habituation, organizing, directing, monitoring and evaluating

Abstract

From the perspective of the sociology of education, this magazine examines how globalization has affected the education system. Many aspects of human existence have been affected by globalization, including the education system. Through the rapid exchange of information and technical advances, globalization has made the world more interconnected. Globalization has created new opportunities and difficulties for education. The influence of globalization on the education system. One result is the requirement to create curricula that are more inclusive and relevant to the world as a whole. To equip students to become capable global citizens, education systems must adapt to changing global demands. In addition, the movement of students and teachers is affected by globalization.This phenomenon affects socio-economic inequality within a country as well as the educational gap between industrialized countries and developing countries. Inequality in access to technology, resources, and educational opportunities is a barrier to reducing this gap. In this study, literature is used as a research method. Globalization has led to many cultural exchanges on a global scale. In an educational context, this can result in diversification in curriculum, instruction and assessment

Abstract

Islam sebenarnya lebih dari sekedar agama tetapi peradaban yang sempurna. Islam mengajarkan bagaimana membentuk budaya dan proses menuju pembentukan peradaban lebih lanjut dalamperkembangan kehidupan manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan yang mengandalkan sumber kepustakaan dari buku dan artikel di jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, antara lain: 1) Pengaruh Islam sebagai agama yang memiliki konsep aturan sehingga harus diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan manusia untuk mencapai peradaban yang sempurna. 2) Faktor perkembangan suatu peradaban a) pandangan hidup Islam sebagai landasan bagi membangun peradaban Islam, b) Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, c) Stabilitas sosial dan politik. Kemudian beberapa faktor kemunduran suatu peradaban a) Ketidakadilan dan ketidakadilan, b) Perpecahan dan perselisihan, c) Kebobrokan moral.

Abstract

A lack of discipline in certain children was the impetus for the study, which found that instructors and classmates were not greeted with sufficient morality. Of all the learning strategies, the fourth grade teacher at SD Negeri 200119 Batang Ayumi Julu, Padangsidimpuan City uses a narrative approach in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) to help students develop high morals. The questions asked in this research are how to use narrative techniques to help children develop high moral standards and what those standards should look like. The purpose of this research is to ascertain the moral picture of students and learn how to use narrative techniques to influence students' moral development. A qualitative descriptive research design was used. Interviews and observations function as data collection tools. Reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions are components of data analysis. Three methods were used to assess the validity of the data: triangulation, time extension, and persistence of observation. The findings of this research, accompanied by the use of narrative techniques with appropriate planning, implementation and assessment procedures, will form students' high moral standards towards Allah SWT, their teachers and other students.

Abstract

This research explores the use of learning media based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) at MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan. By involving 36 teachers as respondents, this research analyzed the type of learning media used, the intensity of use of AI-based media, teachers' understanding of the technology, and the perceived benefits. The research results show that the majority of teachers still use conventional media, although 94.4% have used AI-based media. Canva and Quizizz are favorite media, but their intensity of use is limited. Teachers' understanding of AI varies, with around 16.6% having a very good understanding. Perceived benefits ranged from limited to very large, with approximately 44.4% experiencing moderate benefits. Even though the intensity of using AI-based media is quite high, there are still limitations in the type of media used, influenced by the teacher's level of understanding. In conclusion, the use of AI-based media at MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan is common, but further efforts are needed to increase understanding and optimize its potential in learning. Suggestions for future research include focusing on strategies for developing learning with AI-based media in the classroom

Abstract

Abstract Family is the first place for children to get an education. Person parents act as educators in the family so that their daily attitude and actions days provide a stimulus to the child’s behaviour. Economic education in a family environment given by parents provides understanding and application of economic concept for children. The existence of financial education in the family is expected to be able to improve the family economy. This study contains how economic education is crucial to be taught and instilled in children to become individuals who behave economically in a rational, independent, and care for others. The research method used is the research method qualitative descriptive in a literature study with data sources derived from books or existing literature. This study indicates that attitudes and the behaviour that the child forms will influence their mindset deeply arrange and design its future.Keywords: economic education, family education, and future expectations AbstrakKeluarga merupakan tempat pertama bagi anak untuk mendapatkan pendidikan. Orang tua berperan sebagai pendidik dalam keluarga sehingga sikap dan tindakan sehari-harinya memberikan rangsangan terhadap perilaku anak. Pendidikan ekonomi di lingkungan keluarga yang diberikan oleh orang tua memberikan pemahaman dan penerapan konsep ekonomi kepada anak. Adanya pendidikan keuangan dalam keluarga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Kajian ini berisi bagaimana pendidikan ekonomi sangat penting untuk diajarkan dan ditanamkan kepada anak-anak agar menjadi individu yang berperilaku ekonomi secara rasional, mandiri, dan peduli terhadap sesama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dalam studi pustaka dengan sumber data berasal dari buku-buku atau literatur yang ada. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap dan perilaku yang dibentuk anak akan mempengaruhi pola pikirnya secara mendalam dalam mengatur dan merancang masa depannya.Kata kunci: Pendidikan ekonomi; pendidikan keluarga; dan harapan masa depan.

Abstract

The application of Sufism in forming noble morals is an approach based on spiritual and ethical values in Islam. Sufism, or Sufism, is a branch of Islamic religious knowledge that focuses on inner aspects and spirituality, with the main aim of achieving closeness to Allah and forming a nobler character. The science of Sufism, in this case, contributes significantly in forming noble morals. This research aims to investigate the system of applying Sufism in forming noble morals at the Darul Hadits Huta Baringin Islamic Boarding School, Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency, as well as identifying factors that can support or hinder its application by students. A qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation is the approach used in this research. By combining observations, interviews and document analysis, this is able to achieve a more holistic understanding of the system of applying Sufism in forming noble morals. The results of this research show that it is still less effective in its implementation, because there is a barrier factor in the form of students' laziness in studying their lessons, especially in their application, and supporting factors can be applied in the form of a teacher's approach by explaining the importance of Sufism and the threat approach. The implementation of classroom management by teachers at the Darul Hadits Huta Baringin Islamic Boarding School is still less effective
