Abstract

Towards quality citizenship education and integrity: revitalizing the professional ethics of PKN teachers to prepare a moral and responsible young generation. This means that the author focuses the research of this article on the importance of citizenship education, overcoming the moral and ethical crisis and solutions for PKN teachers to overcome the moral and ethical crisis for students. The aim of this research is to improve the quality of citizenship education for PKN students and teachers as agents of educational change to reduce the moral and ethical crisis for students. The research method used is descriptive research. The focus of the research is on the importance of citizenship education for students and the moral and ethical crisis of PKN teachers becoming agents of educational change who will reduce the moral and ethical crisis. The solution to this problem is the existence of socialization regarding the importance of citizenship education and the dangers of a moral and ethical crisis for students, the continued existence of professional and qualified teachers in order to advance Indonesian education while at the same time making the lives of the Indonesian people more intelligent.

Abstract

Factors that can influence customer loyalty are customer trust and satisfaction when shopping at Shopee. Shopee carries out an online marketing strategy by providing several promotional programs for customers, for example vouchers, free shipping, flash sales and cashback. Good experiences received by consumers will foster trust, if this continues, it will lead to satisfaction which will build customer loyalty. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze how much influence trust and satisfaction have on customer loyalty among Shopee marketplace users, both partially and simultaneously. The research was carried out using quantitative methods, as well as a causal relationship research design. The sample method was nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling, using SPSS version 23 software. The sample in this study was 80 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results prove that the t test shows that the trust variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. And the satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on the results of the f test, it can be concluded that the variables of trust and satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception and location on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. The object of research on McDonald's Cibinong with the number of population or customers who have made purchases more than twice. Data collection techniques, purposive sampling methods and data processing with SmartPls on a total of 200 respondents. The results of this study show that product quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction and purchasing decisions have a significant impact on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. Price perception has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, purchasing decisions have a significant impact on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, and location is not significant on customer satisfaction but has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and has a significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, purchasing decisions have a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of insurance in Financing Credit for Affordable Housing Ownership (KPR FLPP) by PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Branch Office of Trade Auxiliary. The objectives of this study are to identify the role of insurance in mitigating credit risks in FLPP KPR financing and to evaluate its effectiveness in the context of Islamic banking services. The method employed involves primary data collection through interviews with bank officials and insurance policyholders, as well as secondary data analysis of historical insurance claim data and credit performance. The research findings indicate that the application of insurance in FLPP KPR financing can enhance the bank's confidence in credit risk management, provide financial protection for the bank, and ensure smooth installment payments for customers. In conclusion, insurance in FLPP KPR financing plays a strategic role in supporting the sustainability of Islamic banking business by effectively managing credit risks.

Abstract

During the Japanese occupation of Indonesia, there was the formation of a semi-military organization which greatly influenced social and political dynamics in the Indonesian region. Semi-military organizations emerged as an instrument of Japanese control to secure colonial interests and also strengthen their domination over the local population and. With its semi-military organized structure, this organization curbed individual freedom and encouraged dependence on the Japanese government. Factors such as violence, intimidation and propaganda were used to maintain Japanese power in Indonesia. In general, this semi-military organization consists of young men aged 17 years and over who are healthy and strong so they can help them in the war. Despite claiming to bring stability and security, this semi-military organization often exacerbated tensions between the local population and the Japanese occupation.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the insurance and guarantee mechanisms in the implementation of iB Serbaguna financing at PT Bank Sumut Sharia Business Unit. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, gathering data through interviews, observations, and related document studies. The results indicate that the application of insurance and guarantees in iB Serbaguna financing is conducted to reduce credit risk and ensure the continuity of customer payments. The insurance used includes life insurance and loss insurance, while the guarantees involve guarantee institutions to enhance confidence in the customers' repayment abilities. This implementation has proven effective in minimizing financing risks and increasing customer trust in the offered Sharia banking products.
