<![CDATA[Mantra is the oldest and oldest literature in Indonesia, spells appear and develop through oral traditions that cannot be separated from oral literature. Oral literature, namely literature which includes the literature of the people which is passed down from generation to generation and passed down orally. Mantras have different characteristics in each region and are subject to change. In the text of the spell there are some words that are difficult to understand and understand. The function of the mantra is that it contains noble values related to certain customs and religions. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study are traditional healing spells owned by shamans or psychics in Kragan, Rembang Regency. <![CDATA[Abstract This study aims for: (1) describe the lexical meaning in the lyrics of the song Irreplaceable by Yovie Widianto (2) describe the grammatical meaning in the lyrics of the song Irreplaceable by Yovie Widianto (3) describe the referential meaning in the lyrics of the song Irreplaceable by Yovie Widianto and (4) describes and explains non-referential meanings in the lyrics of the song Won't Be Replaced by Yovie Widianto. In this study the authors used the method of interpreting and parsing data. The collection of material for this research analysis uses the technique of reading literature, observing, and recording which results in four types of meaning, namely, lexical meaning, grammatical meaning, referential meaning, and nonreferential meaning. Semantic analysis is proven to be able to interpret the words used in the lyrics of the song Irreplaceable by Yovie Widianto, starting from the most basic thing, namely research on vocabulary to concluding the meaning of the song lyrics in each line. The lyrics of the song Irreplaceable by Yovie Widianto are about only one love forever. And can't be replaced by anything even if it's a hindrance. <![CDATA[This article is a study of spells for pregnant women, the process of childbirth, and convulsions for babies in Plumpang Village, Plumpang District, Tuban Regency. The study was carried out with three variants of the spell which aims to get the form of the spell, its function and meaning. The method used in this study is a descriptive method which aims to describe what happened and how it should have been when the research took place using a holistic folklore approach. Based on the analysis carried out, it was found that the structure of the three mantras consists of certain patterns which indicate that what is prioritized in the mantra is the aim of smooth running during pregnancy until the delivery process and health for the baby and mother, each mantra addressed to God who Almighty. The function of this mantra is as an educational tool and as cultural validation. The meaning of the three mantras is as a human request to God for health, smoothness, and safety for pregnant women and babies.]]>

This study aims to discuss the function of oral literature in Ngareng Hamlet, Jatimulyo Village. Oral literature that is still being preserved is folklore. Behind this oral story there are several functions. The function of oral literature is the function of oral literature as entertainment, the function of oral literature as cultural validation, the function of oral literature as a regulator of community norms and behavior, and the function of oral literature as disaster mitigation.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by problems, namely students find it difficult to develop ideas, ideas, creativity in writing negotiation texts into narrative form,, students do not understand the material to convert negotiation texts to narrative forms delivered Teachers, students still have many mistakes in writing negotiation texts into narrative form. This study aims to describe, whichaffects the use of the Write Around learning model on the ability to translate negotiation texts into narrative form for phase E students of SMA Negeri 3 Pariaman. This type of research is quantitative research using Pre-experimental methods. The design of this study is One Group Pretest-Posttest Desaign. The sample of this study was phase XE.1 students of SMA Negeri 3 Pariaman totaling 36 students. The data was analyzed and then a t-test was carried out to determine the effect of the Write Around learning model on the ability to translate negotiation texts into narrative form for phase E students. This research data is a worksheet of the ability to write narrative texts for phase E students of SMA Negeri 3 Pariaman before and after the use of the Write Around learning model. This study can be summed up as follows. First, the ability to translate negotiation texts into narrative form for phase E students before using the Write Around learning model obtained an average score of 65.74 in the range of 56-65% with qualifications that are sufficient (C). Second, the ability to translate negotiation texts into narrative form for phase E students after using the Write Around learning model obtained an average score of 76.38 in the range of 76-85% with good qualifications (B). Third, there is a significant influence on the use of the Write Around learning model on the ability to translate negotiation texts into narrative form for phase E students of SMA Negeri 3 Pariaman because tcount>ttable (4.05 >1.66).]]>

<![CDATA[The lyrics of the song written by Ebiet G. Ade entitled I Want to Go Home are very interesting to study because they contain aesthetic and stylistic values. This research aims to identify the aesthetic meaning and stylistic meaning in the lyrics of the song written by Ebiet G. Ade entitled I Want to Go Home. This research uses two methods, namely aesthetic model research and linguistic style research. The research results show that Ebiet G. Ade's songs contain ontological beauty and psychological aspects, stylistic definitions, and also aesthetic value. <![CDATA[The research entitled "The Personality of the Character Topan as a Single Parent in the Film Tampan Tailor" aims to describe the personality psychology of the character Topan as a single parent in the film Tampan Tailor and the personality of the character Topan as a single parent in the film Tampan Tailor. This study uses a review of literary psychology Abraham Maslow with an objective approach. Based on the results of data analysis, all the psychological needs of the topan character can be fulfilled, both basic needs, namely physiological and the highest needs, namely self-actualization. The personality of the topan character as a single parent has the characteristics of knowing himself, keeping promises, firm, forgiving, hardworking, efficient, patient, reckless, humorous, and compassionate.]]>
