Among other things, this task was carried out by Squadron 31, namely by providing heavy and long-distance transportation equipment. Preparedness in humanitarian operations by providing 130 Hercules aircraft is an important aspect that supports the success of humanitarian operations. Research purposes. <![CDATA[The maintenance Depot 40 or what so-called Depohar 40 is a unit having the responsibility to conduct the middle and heavy-level maintenance for communication, navigation tool, computer, simulator and specified electronic devices. In recent days, the task implementation, and the professionalism of Depohar personnel still could not be fully achieved as it is expected, so it requires research to study it. The research also describes the condition of the personnel capability, infrastructure and supporting equipment and also the integrity of the Depohar Personnel. Professionalism according to Longman (in Hasanah,2019) can also be interpreted as the behaviour, skills or qualities of a professional person. The research applies the qualitative and SWOT analysis, which has been formulated to be the selected called as diversification strategy as the result to implement the professionalism of the Depohar 40 Personnel. The result of the analysis is Strategy Diversification, meaning that the Depohar 40 organization is in a stable condition but faces a number of formidable challenges, so it is predicted that the institution will experience difficulties in carrying out daily activities if it only sticks to the previous strategy. Therefore Depohar 40 is advised to immediately expand its tactical strategy; so that the strategy will focus on using force to overcome the threats it faces. It is hoped that if this strategy is implemented, the professionalism of Depohar 40 soldiers can be realized soon]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of PT. GMF AeroAsia Tbk and PT. Dirgantara Indonesia is an important pillar in the national defense industry that can support the interests of the Indonesian Air Force, especially in the process of maintaining and modernizing the C-130 Hercules aircraft. On this basis, this study aims to identify and analyze the synergy of PT. GMF AeroAsia Tbk and PT. Dirgantara Indonesia in the maintenance and modernization of the C-130 Hercules aircraft. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data analysis technique used is an interactive data analysis technique. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, as well as literature studies and documentation studies. The data validity technique used is source triangulation. The results showed the synergy of PT. GMF AeroAsia Tbk and PT. Dirgantara Indonesia in the maintenance and modernization of the C-130 Hercules aircraft is carried out by establishing three main pillars of synergy which include sharing, flexibility/stability (error compensation), and task-dependence. First, the sharing pillar is implemented by sharing tasks based on the company's core business and capabilities. The two pillars of flexibility/stability are implemented by complementing each other's capabilities that neither company has. The three pillars of task dependence are carried out based on a memorandum of understanding that has been agreed upon by both parties]]>

<![CDATA[The main task of the Adisutjipto Air Base is to organize aerospace education, training and development. Maintenance, readiness and allocation of aircraft flight hours are important tasks. The objectives of this study were 1) to analyse the factual conditions of the maintenance process, readiness and flight hours for the G 120 TP-A Grob aircraft and 2) to analyse the dominant factors affecting the maintenance process. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. Quantitative methods in this study were used to see the most influential factors on maintenance. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatarbekalangi oleh adanya permasalahan pada kemampuan pemeliharaan pesawat VIP/VVIP Koopsudnas dalam rangka mendukung kesiapan operasional penerbangan pesawat TNI. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dirumuskan permasalahan yaitu bagaimana mengoptimalkan kemampuan pemeliharaan pesawat VIP/VVIP Koopsudnas dalam rangka mendukung kesiapan operasional penerbangan pesawat TNI. Adapun teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori Manajemen, Pemeliharaan, dan Kompetensi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, penelitian ini lebih sesuai jika menggunakan penelitian kualitatif sebagai metode dalam pelaksanaan penelitian hal ini dikarenakan penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian tentang riset yang bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa; Pertama, Kualitas personel, material, dan sarana prasarana dalam sistem pemeliharaan pesawat VIP/VVIP sangat penting untuk menciptakan kesiapan operasional penerbangan OMSP dan mendukung tugas TNI. <![CDATA[Operasi dukungan udara merupakan bagian integral dari strategi pertahanan nasional, yang melibatkan koordinasi efektif antara pasukan darat, laut, dan udara. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji urgensi bantuan tembakan udara sebagai elemen kunci dalam operasi dukungan udara. Tembakan udara memiliki peran vital dalam memberikan keunggulan taktis, mengatasi ancaman, dan memastikan keberhasilan misi. Melalui analisis literatur review, artikel ini mendemonstrasikan bagaimana bantuan tembakan udara mampu meningkatkan respons cepat terhadap situasi darurat, mengefektifkan penggunaan sumber daya, dan meningkatkan mobilitas pasukan. Selain itu, pembahasan akan mencakup perkembangan teknologi terbaru dalam sistem tembakan udara, memperkuat argumen tentang relevansinya dalam konteks modern. Keberhasilan operasi militer sering kali tergantung pada kemampuan untuk mengendalikan dan memanfaatkan ruang udara. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman mendalam tentang urgensi bantuan tembakan udara menjadi krusial bagi perencanaan strategis dan taktis. Artikel ini juga membahas tantangan dan peluang yang terkait dengan penerapan tembakan udara dalam operasi dukungan udara, termasuk koordinasi lintas cabang dan integrasi teknologi canggih. <![CDATA[Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base plays a significant role in supporting personnel protocol service activities for securing VVIP/VIP individuals and serving VVIP/VIP guests. This research focuses on optimizing the training of Messing Cattering personnel at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base to enhance professionalism and service quality when facing complex VIP/VVIP guests. A qualitative method, including interviews, observations, and document analysis, was utilized to gather data from Messing Cattering personnel. The results revealed several challenges in personnel training, such as handling the complexity of VIP/VVIP guests' requests, adhering to strict protocol requirements, facing limited resource availability, and dealing with high-pressure situations. Recommendations for improvement include adopting a holistic approach to personnel training, involving all levels of staff, strengthening the service system, and establishing a dedicated mess for VIP/VVIP guests. Additionally, implementing training and educational programs are vital to elevate professionalism and service quality. By taking these steps, it is expected that the quality of service provided when encountering challenges from VIP/VVIP guests will significantly improve]]>

<![CDATA[Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat berdampak pada perubahan berupa ancaman yang akan dihadapi di masa depan. Berbagai bentuk ancaman udara di masa depan akan semakin kompleks. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya upaya inovasi dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dalam meningkatkan dukungannya, salah satunya adalah Teknologi Antariksa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis konsep penciptaan dan pengaruh satuan antariksa TNI AU. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah secara konseptual organisasi satuan antariksa nantinya berada di bawah TNI AU, bukan pada dimensi tersendiri. Hal yang menjadi pertimbangan adalah kemampuan personel dan kemudahan integrasi antara teknologi satelit dengan sistem persenjataan utama TNI AU dan artileri pertahanan udara dalam mendukung operasi dan mengantisipasi ancaman yang mungkin timbul. Ada beberapa pengaruh dari pembentukan satuan antariksa TNI AU antara lain pemetaan kondisi geografis wilayah lawan, menghalangi pemetaan wilayah Indonesia dari satelit, mencegah penyadap sistem komunikasi, menjaga kedaulatan udara pada ketinggian tertentu di atmosfer yang tidak dapat dijangkau. melalui pesawat tempur, meluncurkan rudal dari luar angkasa sehingga meningkatkan presisi tembakan, mengintegrasikan hasil pengintaian dan penentuan titik GPS ke dalam sistem pesawat tempur dan alutsista yang bersifat arhanud, TNI AU akan memiliki kemampuan anti satelit dan berbagi fasilitas link atau informasi. fasilitas dari alutsista antar dimensi]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the fact that apart from being used as a positive means, the waters of South Kalimantan also have great potential for various illegal activities and violations, such as illegal fishing, theft by weighting and also including the potential for related criminal acts. with transnational crime, this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical methods supported by interviews, literature studies, and observation as a method of tracing data and facts, where based on the results of the research it is known that based on the potential threats it can be assumed that the territorial waters have threats with a security dimension which will affect Kamtibmas. <![CDATA[Cooperation between countries in securing the national airspace of Indonesia is still not optimal, because there are still violations for various reasons related to flight permits, FIR control in the Riau Islands, the perspective of jurisdictional airspace (EEZ) and ASLs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the mechanism of cooperation between countries in identifying aircraft and analyzing the impact of such cooperation on violations of Indonesia’s national airspace. The study uses a qualitative method with a narrative design. Data were obtained by interview and observation techniques on the actors in the field. The results of the study show that cooperation between countries can be carried out in the form of multilateral cooperation in the form of violation prevention mechanisms under the auspices of the international organization ICAO or in the form of bilateral cooperation in the form of CMAC implementation between Indonesia - Singapore and Joint Integrated Exercise between Indonesia - US in EEZ and ASLs. The cooperation mechanism generally has an impact on reducing the intensity of violations that occur in Indonesia’s national airspace. The conclusion of this study states that cooperation between countries in identifying aircraft will have an impact on reducing violations of Indonesia’s national airspace.]]>
