Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and work stress on employee performance at the Jakarta Operational Office of PT. Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia. The sampling technique used is saturated non-probability sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 60 employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis in this study used the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, determination test, t test and f test with the SPSS22 program. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant effect on performance. Job stress has no significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, work environment and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Maju Kemuliaan Bersama Jaya in sampling using non-probability sampling saturated, with the number of respondents as many as 55 employees. This study uses quantitative methods. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis in this study uses classical assumption test and hypothesis test using multiple linear regression test, determination test, T test and F test with SPSS22 program. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Leadership Style have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, distribution, and promotion on purchase intention Hydro Coco isotonic drinks. And also want to know the influence of purchase interntion on customer satisfaction. This study used a quantitative approach through survey of 85 respondents. The sample population was the 2015 class of Management Faculty Kalbis Institute students who were active in the even semester semester 2019. Using the Slovin formula with margin error of 5%. Hypothesis test results (t test) which show that the product, price, distribution, and promotion partially have a positive and significant influence on purchasing intention. And there is a positive and significant influence between purchase intention on customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that price is the most dominant variable for purchase intention. This can be interpreted that the price is the only element of the marketing mix that is often used as consideration in making a purchase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of the work environment and compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a variable between pt Sinar Surya Matahari Motor. This study uses validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, and path analysis tests with the help of the SPSS version 20 program. Samples were taken by 110 respondents. The research uses quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique method. Data collection is done by disseminating questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure each statement. The results showed that there was a separate positive and significant influence between the work environment and compensation for the performance of employees directly. While the significance of the influence of the work environment and compensation through job satisfaction is not greater than the direct influence.

Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has a fairly large impact on the operations of a company, one of which is affected by PT. Wahana Pendawa Bakti. This study aims to determine the effect of Supportive Leadership Style, Compensation and Competence on employee performance at PT. Wahana Pendawa Bakti. The distribution of the questionnaire was 71 respondents using google form. This research uses a quantitative study with multiple regression analysis method and uses the SPSS25 program. The results of the study show that the Supportive Leadership Style, Compensation, and Competence partially influence the performance of the employees of PT. Bakti Pendawa Wahana. The findings of this study can be used as a reference for PT. Wahan Pendawa Bakti to evaluate the performance of its employees

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and service quality on ZARA's consumer satisfaction in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method which is processed using SPSS 25 through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents using a purposive sampling method. The test results show that partially there is an influence of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously the influence of brand image and service quality on consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted to provide an understanding for ZARA in Jakarta to pay attention to brand image, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of Brand Reputation and Service Quality on Buying Interests in Blibli.com This study uses validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests both partial and simultaneous with the help of spss version 20 program. The sample was taken by 95 respondents. The research uses quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique method. Data collection is done by disseminating questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure each statement. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between price perception and service quality on the decision to purchase electronic products in XYZ stores.

Abstract

This study to determine the effect of the marketing mix purchasing decisions at Tjan Harapan Indah Coffee Shop Bekasi. The type of research used in this research is to use quantitative methods. In this research, sampling technique is purposive. The target sample in this study was 235 respondents who had come and saw the promotion of Tjan’s Coffee Shop on Instagram. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling which is part of non-probability sampling. The research data analyzed using SPSS 25 shows that the results on the marketing mix variable have a significant effect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of brand image, product quality, price on purchase intention partially. The research method used is a quantitative method with nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method to determine the research sample. The number of samples used was 304 respondents with the Heir method. Hypothesis testing used in this study includes the t test, f test, determination test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) brand image has a significant effect on purchase intention; 2) product quality has a significant effect on purchase intention; 3) price has a significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

Almost in every company always trying to improve the performance of its human resources in order to survive and develop this also applies at PT Manggala Gita Karya This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership, Workload and Organizational Culture on employee performance at the head office of PT. Mangala Gita Karya. The distribution of the questionnaire was 63 respondents using google form. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis method and uses the SPSS25 program. The results showed that Leadership and Workload had a negative and insignificant effect, on the contrary, Organizational Culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The findings of this study can be used as a reference for PT. Manggala Gita Karya to evaluate the performance of its employees.
