Abstract

Kualitas guru sampai saat ini tetap menjadi persoalan yang penting, karena pada kenyataannya keberadaan guru di berbagai jenjang, dari Taman Kanak-kanak sampai Sekolah Menengah Atas oleh sebagian kalangan dinilai jauh dari kinerja yang distandarkan. Kinerja guru banyak disangkutpautkan dengan rendahnya mutu pendidikan. Guru sebagai makhluk sosial juga memerlukan kebutuhan yang lain untuk dapat bekerja dengan baik. Untuk dapat berpikir serta bekerja secara maksimal dalam kerjanya, guru sangat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja dimana mereka berada serta kepala sekolah yang profesionalTujuan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru di MTs 1 Negeri Situbondo. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja guru di MTs 1 Negeri Situbondo. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola kepemimpinan dan komitmen kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru di MTs 1 Negeri Situbondo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, Uji Prasyarat, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji determinasiBerdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pola kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MTs 1 Negeri Situbondo. 2) Komitmen kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MTs 1 Negeri Situbondo. 3) Pola kepemimpinan dan komitmen kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru di MTs 1 Negeri Situbondo

Abstract

The importance of the knowledge of Akidah Akhlak in human life, stimulates innovation and reform in the concept of teaching and learning in Akidah Akhlak subjects. The study analyzes and identifies Direct Instruction learning strategies in Akidah Akhlak subjects at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level. This study is a review of Direct Instruction-based learning in Madrasah Aliyah. This study involved various sources related to the concept of Akidah Akhlak learning that took place at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level based on the Direct Instruction strategy and Bandura's theory of behavior. This study resulted in a finding that the application of Direct Instruction (DI) in the Akidah Akhlak subject at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level could be carried out in three stages, namely (a) explaining the objectives; (b) preparing students by arranging the subject of the previous lesson or giving a number of questions to students; (c) presentations and introductions, in which the teacher delivers presentations and material for Akidah Akhlak lessons that have been prepared in accordance with a predetermined curriculum; (d) perform guided exercises; and (e) ensure and ensure student understanding and provide feedback. Thus, the indicator for the application of Direct Instruction is that the learning process in Akidah Akhlak subjects will effectively lead students to declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge.

Abstract

The objectives of this study can be formulated as follows: 1) Analyzing and understanding the procedures in implementing the principal's strategy in developing teacher pedagogic competencies to improve the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 2 Leces. 2) Analyze and understand the pattern of teacher pedagogic competence development that will be carried out to improve the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 2 Leces. 3) Analyze and understand the standard of learning quality that will be improved at SMP Negeri 2 Leces. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The instruments in this study are as follows: 1) Observation Sheets, 2) Archives and Documentation, and 3) Relevant literature. The principal uses the supervision technique as a general approach in the strategy used to determine the level of teacher pedagogic competence. This approach is being and will be used by school principals in the long term because it is in accordance with Permendikbud Number 22 of 2016 concerning Process Standards and Government Regulation Number 74 of 2008 concerning Teachers. The principal determines the pattern of teacher pedagogic competence development that will be carried out to improve the quality of the learning process at SMP Negeri 2 Leces which consists of: 1) Direct Coaching, 2) Indirect Coaching, and 3) Situational Coaching. The quality standards set by the Principal at SMP Negeri 2 Leces can be divided into 3 (three) aspects, namely 1) learning planning, 2) learning implementation, and 3) learning assessment Tujuan penulis artikel ini untuk mengetahui Trust Building Total Quality Management, Tujuan dalam penelitian ini dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut: 1) Menganalisis dan memahami prosedur dalam melaksanakan strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik guru untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 2 Leces. 2) Menganalisis dan memahami pola pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru yang akan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 2 Leces. 3) Menganalisis dan memahami standar mutu pembelajaran yang akan ditingkatkan di SMP Negeri 2 Leces. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Lembar Observasi, 2) Arsip dan Dokumentasi, dan 3) Literatur yang relevan. Kepala sekolah menggunakan teknik supervisi sebagai pendekatan umum dalam strategi yang digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kompetensi pedagogik guru. Pendekatan ini sedang dan akan digunakan kepala sekolah dalam jangka panjang karena sesuai dengan Permendikbud Nomor 22 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Proses dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 74 Tahun 2008 tentang Guru. Kepala sekolah menentukan pola pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru yang akan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 2 Leces yang terdiri dari: 1) Pembinaan Langsung, 2) Pembinaan Tidak Langsung, dan 3) Pembinaan Situasional. Standar mutu yang ditetapkan Kepala Sekolah di SMP Negeri 2 Leces dapat dibagi menjadi 3 (tiga) aspek yakni: 1) perencanaan pembelajaran, 2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan 3) penilaian pembelajaran

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the leadership of Khodimul Majlis Syubbanul Muslimin with qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. In traditional leadership authority when obtaining legitimacy based on established beliefs in a tradition in society. On the other hand, it has also received legitimacy from those who exercise authority according to this tradition. In other words, traditional authority is based on traditional claims that there are virtues put forward by the leader and gains the trust of the followers based on the structural factors of the leader's heredity. Meanwhile, charismatic leadership authority has extraordinary charm, energy and character to influence others, so that it has an extraordinary number of followers (quantity) and bodyguards (followers) who are very loyal and dutifully devoted to it without reserve (quality).  From the research that has been done, the research results obtained are: by using Max Weber's Mobility theory, researchers found that the khodimul majlis syubbanul muslimin has Traditional Authority and Charismatic Authority.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the Anger Management applied by leaders to all academics in Ma'had Aly Nurul Jadid, where its application has its own role for a leader, especially in develops the quality of employee performance, so that it has the ability to stabilize and improve employee performance in bearing their respective burdens. Anger management as an iron for a leader in stepping up and doing something to avoid mistakes that cause something negative. This research uses a qualitative approach of this type of case study, with a research site at ma'had aly Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo. The results of this study show that anger management in improving the quality of employee performance in ma'had aly has its own form. Anger management is tapped by the leader ma'had aly nurul jadid in improving the quality of employee performance through first self-control emotions, so that with the control can think about the impact that will occur. Both drivers of discipline, because by managing anger the leader will be able to control feelings and clear minds so that the things conveyed to employees will have an effect. Third as a nuance of Sufism in collaboration with the work of imam al-ghozali in his book Ihyak Ulumuddin. Fourth as a policy brake, so that in setting policy is not in a state of anger.

Abstract

Curriculum management is a curriculum management system that is cooperative, understood, systemic and systematic to achieve curriculum goals. A good curriculum is a curriculum that follows the development of community-based science and technology. Curriculum management determines success and failure in education. Therefore, the responsibility of educational institutions and all education stakeholders must have the same vision in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating curriculum. And in the higher education curriculum management dimension, to ensure that the adoption or implementation of a well-designed curriculum model that can be continued according to plan, management readiness and organizational behavior are needed to ensure smooth implementation, coherence between curriculum and learning. also needed in educational institutions. First, the curriculum rests on curriculum goals or objectives - the curriculum goals to be achieved. When the curriculum is conceptualized as a development tool for students' reflective thinking (the development of reflective thinking on the part of students), the curriculum must be interpreted as a development tool to reflect reflective young people. Likewise, when the curriculum is conceptualized as transmitting cultural heritage, the curriculum must be interpreted as an instrument to attach cultural heritage to the next young generation. Abstract

This review plans to dissect the Vital's Authority and Islamic Live-in School Culture on Educator Work Inspiration at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Middle School Kraksaan Probolinggo. This sort of examination is a quantitative exploration. In this review, essential information was utilized and completed by perception and polls at Darul Lughah Wal Karamah Center School, Kraksaan Probolinggo. Abstract

Management Curriculum Development In Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Al-Istiqomah Bandung. This research aims to know how Curriculum Development Management at DTA Al-Istiqomah because it is interesting for us researchers to research DTA Al-Istiqomah which is DTA is simple but in the shade Ministry of Religion and has its curriculum collaborated with curriculum from the Ministry of Religion. This research uses a qualitative approach. The method used for data collection is a descriptive-analytical method developed for obtaining Management data Curriculum Development Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Al-Istiqomah. This study collects data from the Observation Method, Interview, and Documentation. The headmaster and Madrasah DTA Teachers conduct curriculum development planning activities. Curriculum development in learning is using the curriculum from the inception of DTA and collaborating with the curriculum provided by the Ministry of Religion. The curriculum used by DTA Al Istiqomah, namely three lessons of the curriculum used alone from its inception DTA Al Istiqomah: Fiqh Safinah (Yellow Book), Sharaf, Tasrifan. The six lessons from the Ministry of Religion are the Qur'an, Hadith, creed, morals, History of Islam, Fiqh, and Arabic. Implementation process curriculum development DTA Al Istiqomah is currently under development. During the evaluation process, Diniya Takmilyah Awaliya Al Istiqomah does not do activities to evaluate curriculum development. But DTA Al Istiqomah only assesses learning outcomes every day

Abstract

The Wafa method is a comprehensive, easy and fun learning Al-Qur'an in learning the Qur'an. The learning context aims to simplify and at the same time accelerate the students 'learning method of the Qur'an. The focus of this research is how to implement the Wafa method in improving the students' ability to memorize Al-Qur'an at MI Fathania Sumberanyar Paiton Probolinggo This study used a qualitative approach with a multicasus study design. documentation. Abstract

, Dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan, kompetensi sosial guru merupakan salah satu faktor yang amat penting. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi social guru dapat dilakukan melalui optimalisasi peran kepala sekolah, sebagai: educator, manajer, supervisor, leader, pencipta iklim kerja dan wirausahawan. Permasalahan yang menjadi pokok pembahasaan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana usaha dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi social guru. Pembahasan penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research), data diperoleh dengan teknik: observasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan masukan bagi kepala sekolah terhadap usaha dan upaya dalam meningkatkan kompetensi social guru di sekolah, bagimana mana mengatasi kendala yang paling mendasar yang di hadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi social guru. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa usaha yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi social guru di sekolah dilakukan dengan cara 1). membuat pertemuan, memberikan motivasi serta mengikutsertakan para guru dalam Diklat. 2). Memberikan pengalaman baru seperti makan bersama, mengajak liburan, berziyaroh ketempat para wali – wali Allah, Hal ini terlihat dari hasi pentingnya pengaruh penilaian dan bentuk social dari kepala sekolah terhadap guru, guru harus selalu dimotivasi oleh kepala sekolah agar selalu meningkatkan kompetensinya sebagai guru.
