Abstract

AbstractThis paper aims to determine the public's perception of the quality of the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school. This study uses a type of field research with a qualitative research design. This study used field research. This research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the community rated the quality of the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school as very good, this was based on the increasing number of students who entered and the level of trust and satisfaction of the community as an external customer (service user) of the pesantren.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi manajemen mutu pendidikan dalam pengelolaan madrasah berdasarkan Qs. Ar-Ra’du ayat 11. Kandungan dalam Qs. Ar-Ra’du ayat 11 yang berbunyi: “Allah tidak mengubah keadaan sesuatu kaum sehingga mereka mengubah keadaan yang ada pada diri mereka sendiri.” Kebanyakan orang berpendapat bahwa “mengubah keadaan” kerap dimaknai berubahnya nasib buruk menjadi baik. Padahal kenyataanya Allah telah menganugerahkan kenikmatan kepada manusia, namun karena perbuatan manusia yang kurang baik, maka kenikmatan itu berubah menjadi suatu keburukan bagi manusia. Terlepas dari kontroversi tafsir ayat tersebut yang kerap ditafsirkan salah oleh orang awam, maka penulis mencoba mengkaji lebih dalam tentang keterkaitan Qs. Ar-Ra’du ayat 11 dengan manajemen mutu pendidikan. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan library reaserch dalam mengkaji Qs. Ar-Ra’du ayat 11 dalam kaitannya dengan manajemen mutu pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan Qs. Ar-Ra’du ayat 11 dan manajemen mutu terdapat keterkaitan. Dalam Qs. Ar-Ra’du ayat 11, manusia dituntut untuk melakukan suatu pekerjaan secara optimal, karena setiap proses adalah gambaran dari suatu hasil yang diperoleh. Begitupun dalam peningkatan mutu madrasah atau lembaga pendidikan Islam, sebuah madrasah tidak dapat dikatakan berkualitas jika tidak didasari dengan manajemen yang baik. Adapun manajemen yang baik didapatkan dari kontrol mutu yang senantiasa dilakukan oleh organisasi-organisasi pendidikan didalam lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Keberadaan organisasi pendidikan sangat penting dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan karena semakin baik manajemen yang dihasilkan dari sebuah organisasi pendidikan, dapat semakin baik pula kualitas lembaga pendidikannya.Kata kunci: Manajemen Mutu Pendidikan, Qs. Abstract

This study aims to discover teacher strategies for making learning effective through calendar games in early childhood at RA Bustanul Ulum Liprak Wetan, Probolinggo Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of Classroom Action Research, which consists of three cycles. Each cycle includes planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that the teacher's strategy in making learning effective through calendar games in early childhood at RA Bustanul Ulum Liprak Wetan, Probolinggo Regency, could improve the cognitive ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children at RA Bustanul Ulum Liprak Wetan, Probolinggo. Learning through the media of counting trees can improve cognitive abilities in recognizing children's numbers marked by an increase in each cycle, namely Cycle I, 55%, and Cycle II, 86%.

Abstract

Quality is currently a 'flagship' and becomes a competition arena in all higher education institutions and is maintained with the aim of being recognized more widely by the world of education, and quality itself becomes world competition. At this time, there are many different opinions that tend to be more towards quality competition, to be more recognized by the world, one must have a license that is recognized by the world, which seems to want that quality or (Quality) is to be made into a medium or a very accurate method. from various higher education institutions in order to compete in a very tight event. It can be seen from the current reality, there are still many higher education institutions as if they are "required" to be labeled "international quality," even though an organization must be registered beforehand in order to have an ISO (International Organization for Standardization) license. The same goes for higher education institutions. Higher education institutions, both in basic, medium educational institutions and higher education institutions, are currently competing in implementing a way to ensure the quality of a product produced can meet the highest desires of consumers, so that the provisions carried out by domestic licensed ISOs can owned. Abstract

The development of technology and information brings progress in all lines of life, including education. Lecturers must be able to keep up with the times by changing conventional learning strategies with innovative learning strategies. Several choices of innovative learning strategies based on the student centered learning approach include small group discussions, roleplay and simulation, discovery learning, cooperative learning, contextual learning, problem based learning, collaborative learning, and so on. The overall learning strategy places students or students at the center of learning, who are independent and active in finding learning resources, and are able to identify their own learning needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami tentang bagaimana cara upaya kepala sekolah  dalam membangun kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di TK 1 PGRI SUMBERMALANG, dengan memfokuskan upaya kepala sekolah dalam membangun kinerja pendidikan dan tenaga kepedidikan menerapkan pola kepemimpinan yang tidak biasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus, di mana peneliti berusaha untuk memahami fenomena yang terjadi di lembaga tersebut, melalui interview, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa banyak yang bisa dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam membangun kinerja pendidik dan tenaga pendidikan di TK 1 PGRI  Sumbermalang yaitu dengan hal berikut: Kepala sekolah berperilaku terbuka kepada bawahan, Kepala sekolah bersikap adil dalam memberikan tugas, Kepala sekolah sigap dalam mengambil keputusan, Kepala sekolah menerapkan pengawasan, Meningkatkan pengembangan kinerja, Kepala sekolah mampu membangun komunikasi, Kepala sekolah mampu memberikan motivasi terhadap bawahan.

Abstract

Abstract: The existence of this paper is to analyze the leadership of the kiai figure in building the quality of the performance of formal diniyah education teachers at the Nurul Qodim Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative approach to examine the condition of natural objects. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and document studies which are directly related to the characteristics of KH's charismatic leadership. Nuruddin Musyiri and KH. Hasan Abdul Jalal at the Nurul Qadim Islamic Boarding School Kalikajar kulon Probolinggo. The focus of this research is how is charismatic leadership in building the quality of the performance of Ulya Nurul Qadim Probolinggo formal diniyah education teachers? Charismatic leadership can be the right choice in improving teacher performance. The results of his research show that charismatic leadership at the Nurul Qadim Islamic Boarding School is leadership that promotes exemplary caregivers, character building, improving the quality of education, evaluating as a whole, and having the spirit of Al-Jihad spirit, and remaining patient.

Abstract

Quality education is an expensive investment. Public awareness to bear the cost of education in essence will give a power to the community to be responsible for the delivery of education. Quality costs are costs that if there were no such costs, then an educational institution that we live will continue to run but will not be in accordance with what we expect or are expected by the community. The 1945 Constitution and Law No.20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System are legally binding, the Indonesian State mandates the government to set an education budget of 20 percent of the State budget as stipulated in article 31 paragraph 4.The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that affect the cost of education, types of education costs and models of education financing that are effective and efficient. This study was conducted by conducting a descriptive analysis of documents relating to education costs. The results of the study indicate that factors affecting the cost of education include: a) increases in prices b) changes in teacher salaries c) changes in population and increases in the percentage of children in public schools d) increases in education standards e) increases in guidance for higher education. Types of education costs include: a) direct costs b) indirect costs c) personal costs d) community costs, an effective and efficient educational funding model that is a human capital model where aspects of financing can affect the level of productivity that can affect the level of income of a person or group so can ultimately contribute to the speed of economic growth and development.Keywords : Quality Costs, Educational Institutions, competitiveness

Abstract

The Wafa method is a comprehensive, easy and fun learning Al-Qur'an in learning the Qur'an. The learning context aims to simplify and at the same time accelerate the students 'learning method of the Qur'an. The focus of this research is how to implement the Wafa method in improving the students' ability to memorize Al-Qur'an at MI Fathania Sumberanyar Paiton Probolinggo This study used a qualitative approach with a multicasus study design. documentation. Data analysis techniques include data  reduction, data  presentation, drawing conclusions, checking the validity of the findings carried out by extension of participation: tringulation  techniques  and  observation  persistence.  Research information is the principal, wafa coordinator, teachers and students. Abstract

Tujuan dari pendidikan adalah menjadikan peserta didik tidak hanya cerdas dalam intelektual tetapi juga memiliki karakter karakter yang baik dan Sistem pendidikan juga harus mengikuti perkembangan jaman. Sistem pendidikan harus dapat menghasilkan peserta didik milenial yang mampu bersaing dalam menghadapi era industri 4.0. Di era industri 4.0 semua berbasis digital, oleh karena itu sistem pendidikan di Indonesia selalu mengalami perbaikan dan perubahan. Perubahan dalam pendidikan diawali dengan pidato Mendikbud Nadiem Makarim yang mengusulkan tentang gerakan “ Merdeka Belajar “. Dalam merdeka belajar ada empat kebijakan yang diusulkan oleh Mendikbud yaitu pertama USBN diganti ujian (asesmen), kedua 2021 UN diganti dengan Asessment Kompetensi Minimum ( AKM ), dan Survey Karakter (SK ), ketiga RPP dipersingkat, keempat Zonasi PPDB lebih fleksibel. Usulan Mendikbud ini adalah untuk mengubah pola lama dalam pendidika yang hanya mementingkan penguasaan materi saja. Sehingga peserta didik tidak dapat berfikir kritis dan inovatif. Merdeka belajar usulan Nadiem, memiliki maksud bahwa guru merdeka memiliki makna unit pendidikan atau sekolah guru dan muridnya mempunyai kebebasan untuk berinovasi, belajar dengan mandiri, dan kreatif.
