Abstract

This study aims to Assess the potential and activities that supports the Ngalian Empon-empon Village and also develop strategies needed for the development of the Empon-empon Kampung Program. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data validity using source triangulation. Data analysis techniques use interactive models, namely collecting data, reducing data, presenting data as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The result of this research are The potential that supports the Ngalian empon-empon village program includes physical and non-physical potential. Activities that have been carried out in the Empon-empon Village Program include planting empon-empon by utilizing the land in the yard of the house, planting empon-empon in demonstration plots for each RT and making processed empon-empon in the form of simplicia, pure powder, instant or syrup. The strategy needed for the development of the Empon-empon village program is the establishment of the Ngalian Empon-empon education village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengkaji pengelolaan Program Kampung Minapadi di Dusun Samberembe. (2) Mengkaji proses pemberdayaan Program Pemberdayaan Kampung Minapadi pada Kelompok Tani Ngudi Marem. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan berjenis studi kasus. Teknik penentuan informan secara purposive yaitu Ketua Kelompok Sadar Wisata Kampung Minapadi, Ketua Kelompok Tani Ngudi Marem, Anggota Kelompok Tani, dan Anggota Pokdarwis. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, triangulasi waktu, dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data dengan mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pengelolaan Program Kampung Minapadi meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi. (2) Proses pemberdayaan kelompok tani melalui Program Kampung Minapadi telah mencapai tahap pengkapasitan dan belum mencapai pemberian daya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Menganalisis peramalan volume penjualan beras organik (2) Menganalisis strategi pengembangan usaha beras organik pada Kelompok Tani Rukun di Dusun Padasan, Desa Pakembinangun, Kapanewon pakem, Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Macam data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, cara pengambilan data dengan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, studi kepustakaam, dan pencatatan. Responden pada penelitian ini meliputi pengurus dan anggota Kelompok Tani Rukun dengan jumlah 9 responden. Cara pengambilan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis trend, matrik IFE, Matrik EFE, Matrik I-E, Matrik SWOT, dan Matrik QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Volume penjualan beras organik (sembada merah, sembada hitam, dan menthik susu) Kelompok Tani Rukun selama 12 bulan kedepan cenderung meningkat (2) Prioritas alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan Kelompok Tani Rukun yaitu meningkatkan dan mengoptimalkan kegiatan promosi.Kata Kunci: Beras Organik, , Kelompok Tani ,Peramalan, Strategi Pengembaangan, Volume Penjualan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengidentifikasi kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal Usaha Rumah Makan Sambel Cowek. 2) Menganalisis alternatif strategi Usaha Rumah Makan Sambel Cowek dimasa pandemi COVID-19. 3) Menentukan prioritas strategi pada Usaha Rumah Makan Sambel Cowek dimasa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini    merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Metode pengambilan responden dilakukan secara purposive sampling berjumlah 5 orang. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode    pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Matriks EFI (Evaluasi Faktor Internal) dan EFE (Evaluasi Faktor Eksternal), Matriks IE (Internal Eksternal), Matriks SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat), Matriks QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 1) Usaha Rumah Makan Sambel Cowek memiliki faktor kekuatan utama yaitu harga produk yang relatif lebih murah, kelemahan utamanya penjualan menurun karena pandemi COVID-19, peluang utamanya Usaha ini berada di lingkungan mahasiswa, dan ancaman utamanya pemerintah membuat kebijakan PSBB dan PPKM akibat Pandemi COVID-19 2) Terdapat dua alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan yaitu strategi penetrasi pasar dan strategi pengembangan produk 3) Prioritas Strategi yang tepat untuk diterapkan adalah strategi penetrasi pasar. Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine respondents' evaluation of product, price, place, promotion, physical evidence, people, process and purchasing decisions at Tarumartani Coffee and Resto 1918. (2) to analyze the influence of the product marketing mix, price, place, promotions, people, physical evidence, the process of purchasing decisions at Tarumartani Coffee and Resto 1918. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research type using primary data and secondary data. The research implementation method uses the survey method with a questionnaire of 80 respondents. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that the research data is valid and reliable. Respondents' assessment of the product variable has an average score of 3.83, price has an average score of 3.81, place has an average score of 3.58, promotion has an average score of 3.59, people have an average score 3.75, physical facilities have an average score of 3.57, the process has an average score of 3.72 and the purchasing decision process has an average score of 3.8. The test results using multiple linear regression showed that the product, price, place, people, physical facilities, process variables partially influenced the purchasing decision process variables. While the promotion variable has no effect on the purchasing decision process.Keywords : Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical evidence, Process, Purchase Decision Process

Abstract

This research aims to 1 Examine the process of interactional change on community of Plosokuning Tourism Village 2 Examine the forms of interactional on community of Plosokuning Tourism Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a case of study approach. Determinantion of data sources was done purposive namely chairman of Plosokuning Tourism Village, the community of Plosokuning, and the staff of Plosokuning Tourism Villlage. The data used in this study are primary data and secondar data. Data collection tehcniques with observation, interviews and documentation by testing validity of data using triangulation sources. Data analysis technique with collecting data, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusion and verification. The result of the research are 1 the interactional changes that occur in the Plosokuning Tourism Village can be seen from the social contact and social communication that occur between the community of Plosokuning 2 The interactional changes that occur in the Plosokuning Tourism Village are associative changes.
