Abstract

The use of educational game-based media in general has not been implemented in schools in Ambon city. Even though in the digital era 4.0 educators are required to be able to use educational game-based media in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, it is necessary to provide German teachers in Ambon City at the SMA / SMK level with training on the use of technology in the learning process, one of which is the "Kahoot" Application Training as Media in Learning Process and Evaluation for German Language Teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Ambon. The community service team carries out training activities with the aim of training the use of educational game-based media in the learning process and evaluation. Community service activities are carried out through demonstration methods and direct practice in making learning media using the kahoot application. This activity was attended by German teachers in Ambon City. The end result of this service activity is the production of an educational game-based media (Kahoot) in the learning process and evaluation. This media can be used as an alternative in improving the skills of teachers in the process and evaluation of learning

Abstract

Learning is a very important activity in education. Teachers must also understand and master the knowledge of learning management both inside and outside the classroom. Teachers must be able to choose and apply learning methods based on the complexity of the material and the personality of each student. This will be realized if teachers, as learning designers, have learning management competencies. The teachers at SD Negeri 6 Dobo are not yet able to manage learning effectively and efficiently. The existing teachers still have many deficiencies in teaching competencies, the implication of which is that active, innovative, creative, effective, and enjoyable learning activities have not been realized. In connection with the description above, the teacher capacity strengthening program based on learning management established as a Community Service Program of the Education Administration Study Program, Faculty of Education and Teaching Sciences, Pattimura University is an effort to produce strong teachers in realizing the expected student quality of being active, innovative, creative, effective, and enjoyable in the learning process

Abstract

Currently public education can be done through the use of video. This is done so that activities run smoothly and save time, as well as benefit people who are not familiar with the potential of pigeon pea. Pigeon pea as a functional plant for the Kisar people can be processed into functional food products such as sweet soy sauce, jam, sweetened condensed milk, pigeon pea extract, gude crackers, and cajanus bar. For this reason, this video is very important to do to explain the tools and materials that need to be prepared and how to make these food products to Science/Biology and Craft teachers. This educational activity method is carried out through preparation and implementation activities for one month. The results obtained are that science/biology and craft teachers can get to know pigeon pea, understand tools and materials and how to make functional food products. Recommendations for this educational activity can be implemented in the curriculum for crafts at the junior and senior high school levels

Abstract

The community service activities carried out aim to train educators so they can utilize and apply the use of the Google sites in creating web-based learning media. The training, which was carried out through community service activities, was centered on teachers at SMP Negeri 85 Central Maluku, Hatu Village, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku. The training is a form of effort to support the government in education units in improving the quality of human resources in the era of Society 5.0. Activities were carried out using lecture, demonstration, and question and answer methods with the number of participants involved as many as 14 people who were then used as respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire that aims to determine the level of an understanding or initial and final knowledge of the teacher regarding the training material provided. The results of the activities carried out show that before the training, it was found that on average 53% of the training participants did not understand, 34% had understood, and 13% were known to have understood the Google sites and its use. On the other hand, after the training, the average lack of understanding decreased by 51% to 2% and as many as 85% of the training participants became familiar with the Google sites and its use as a web-based learning medium. These results indicate that the training carried out has increased understanding and has had a good and positive impact on the trainees

Abstract

Language Studies Centre (called as PSB) of Pattimura University (Unpatti) organized community service activities (PkM), with the theme "A Day in Foreign Languages as a Learning Strategy to Understand the Potential of Local Tourism". This PkM activity has two goals: (a) students' motivation to learn English in the field of local tourism potential, based on understanding and practicing learning to become a tour guide in Nuniali congregation (Jemaat GPM Nuniali), and (b) try out of online foreign language courses (Dutch and English) through ZOOM. With a descriptive analysis approach through a questionnaire instrument, it was found that all participants liked English (a total of 36 participants or 100%), while the themes most liked by participants were: (1) waterfall tourism with 33 responses yes or like; (2) the history of the origin of the village (24 responses); (3) travelling in West Seram (SBB) with a total response yes of 23 people. Meanwhile, the most preferred learning activity by participants was direct practice in tourist spot as 25 responses (69.4%) and if it is interpreted according to the professional experience of the PkM Team in relation to tourist guiding, shown that there was already a potential of almost 70% of the number of responses liked the tourist guide profession. Meanwhile, the trial of an online foreign language course via Zoom at the Nuniali congregation showed that the church (the priest of congregational) could play an active role in finding solutions for the absence of an English teacher at the Christian Schools (called as YPPK) by means of providing an English language course/solution via ZOOM

Abstract

Abstrak : Penguatan kapasitas Pelatih sepak bola dan guru penjas lewat kegiatan Coaching clinic merupakan program pelatihan sepak bola singkat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bermain sepak bola, masih rendahnya pengetahuan pelatih SSB terhadap pemberian latihan kemampuan teknik dasar bermain sepak bola. Inspire Indonesia merupakan sebuah Yayasan Pelayanan Sepak Bola Dunia yang mempunyai tujuan adalah menjadikan pelatih sepak bola yang berkarakter, berkualitas dn mampu untuk membina sepak bola baik di lingkungan masyarakat ataupun di lingkungan sepak bola prestasi dalam hal ini turnament-turnament nasional maupun internasional. Inspire terus menyediakan lingkungan di mana pelatih dan pemain dapat belajar dan berkembang. Inspire mencoba membuat pemimpin di dalam dan di luar lapangan dan itulah sebabnya fokus utama inspire adalah mengembangkan karakter para pelatih dan pemain. Inspire membangung mitra kerja dengan organisasi sepak bola dunia lainnya seperti KNVB (Belanda), CBF (Brasil) dan lainnya juga. Kata Kunci: Pelatih Sepak Bola, Coaching Klinik Abstrac : Strengthening the capacity of football coaches and physical education teachers through Coaching clinic activities is a short football training program which aims to increase knowledge and skills in playing football, SSB coaches still have low knowledge of providing training in basic technical skills for playing football. Inspire Indonesia is a World Football Service Foundation whose aim is to produce football coaches who have character, quality and are able to develop football both in the community and in football achievements, in this case national and international tournaments. Inspire continues to provide an environment where coaches and players can learn and develop. Inspire tries to create leaders on and off the field and that is why Inspire's main focus is developing the character of coaches and players. Abstract

Abstract Foreign languages have become a necessity that must be mastered for a career. German as a foreign language taught at the high school/vocational school level provides opportunities to develop careers at an international level. This is proven by the increasing number of resources who have pursued careers in Germany with the skills or competencies they possess. Unfortunately, not everyone has and understands this. This activity from the German Language Education Study Program aims to provide knowledge and assistance to German language teachers to understand the importance of mastering German to develop their skills. The methods used in this activity are surveys, lectures, questions and answers, and interactive dialogue concerning predetermined themes. The results obtained from this activity are that teachers and students understand career-oriented German language learning. Teachers can adapt learning themes to students' future work needs. Teachers can make variations in German language learning in the classroom. Besides that, students can gain insight into the theme as well as hear direct experiences from alumni who currently live in Germany. Keywords: German language, career oriented, SMKN 6

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan syarat utama dalam pembangunan di era 4.0. yang mana segala system informasi sangat mudah diperoleh dan mudah diakses. Salah satunya melalui pendidikan. Kualitas pendidikan juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor guru. guru menjadi tiang pilar kemajuan pendidikan. Guru PJOK belum semuanya memiliki ketrampilan menyusun penilaian atau asessmen dengan benar. Penilaian pun hanya masih pada pengetahuan saja ataupun aspek psikomotor saja. Padahal sesuai penilaian pada kurikulum 2013 sudah harus mencakup 3 aspek penilaian, yaitu aspek pengetahuan, aspek sikap, dan aspek ketrampilan. Jumlah peserta kegiatan ini sebanyak 20 guru PJOK. Berbagai tahapan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan asessment dalam pembelajaran PJOK dilakukan melaui: 1) identifikasi permasalahan, 2) Persiapan Dan Pelaksanaan, 3) Rencana keberlanjutan Program. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dimaksudkan maka adapun berbagai metode digunakan untuk mencapai keberhasilan, yaitu menggunakan a) Metode, b) Metode Diskusi, c) Metode Tanya Jawab. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatn maka dapat disampaikan bahwa; 1) Guru PJOK sudah mengetahui langkah-langkah penyusunan sola tes pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan; 2) Guru PJOK Kabupaten SBT dalam penyusunan butir soal untuk penilaian pengetahuan sudah mencapai 40% atau sebanyak 8 guru; 3) Guru PJOK Kabupaten SBT dalam penyusunan penilaian sikap sudah mencapai 70% atau 14 guru; 4) Guru PJOK Kabupaten SBT dalam penyusunan rubrik penilian ketrampilan sudah mencapai 55% atau sebanyak 11 guru.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk menguatkan kemampuan mengenali dan menyelesaikan soal Ujian Pengetahuan (UP) PPG berbasis HOTS yang dimiliki oleh guru PJOK di Kota Ambon sehingga kemampuannya meningkat dan mampu lulus pada pelaksanaan PPG. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ModelTechnical Assistance dalam bentuk Training. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah guru PJOK tingkat SD dan SMP di Kota Ambon sebanyak 20 orang. Instrumen evaluasi kegiatan ini adalah tes untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru terkait materi yang diberikan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil tes kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenali dan menyelesaiakan soal Ujian Pengetahuan (UP) PPG dari guru dapat meningkat. Nilai yang baik pada tes serta respon positif yang diberikan oleh guru menunjukkan keberhasilan kegiatan ini.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan panduan model penilaian diri sendiri dan teman sebaya yang dihasilkan melalui kegiatan penelitian.Dengan melaksanakan penilaian diri sendiri dapat menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri peserta didik, karena mereka diberi kepercayaan untuk menilai dirinya sendiri. Disampinng itu juga mereka menyadari kekuatan dan kelemahan dirinya, karena ketika mereka melakukan penilaian, harus melakukan introspeksi terhadap kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimilikinya. Sedangkan penilaian sejawat adalah penilaian yang melibatkan siswa untuk menilai temannya mengenai kualitas kerja mereka.Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Jerman tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Hasil yang dicapai melalui kegiatan ini adalah pengajar dapat menerapkan sistem penilaian baik penilaian diri sendiri mauoun teman sebaya dalam proses pembelajaran untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran yang optimal.
