Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literasi keuangan, motivasi investasi, dan pengetahuan investasi, terhadap minat investasi digital pada generasi Z di masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah generasi Z di wilayah Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dan disesuaikan dengan teknik Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE). Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 152 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yakni kuesioner sebagai data primer dan data sekunder berupa studi kepustakaan dari jurnal, buku, dan internet. Data dari responden diolah dengan metode SEM-PLS dengan software SmartPLS 3. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi digital generasi Z, motivasi investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi digital generasi Z, dan pengetahuan investasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat investasi digital generasi Z.

Abstract

The thesis entitled "The Influence of Product Quality, Price, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions for Honda Beat Matic Motorcycles During the Covid 19 Pandemic" is the result of quantitative research that aims to answer questions about the Influence of Product Quality, Price, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions on Matic Motorcycles. Honda Beat. The population in this study is addressed to buyers of Matic Honda Beat Motorcycles at Honda Prima Dealers. All populations are included in the research subject with a total of 125 people. Methods of data collection using a survey method, with a questionnaire research instrument. Data analysis method using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). This study proves that Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, Price has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, and Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Based on the Original Sample Estimate value, Product Quality is 0.235, Price 0.355, Promotion 0.348 with a significant under 0.5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Rasio Aktivitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode Tahun 2015-2020. Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang membatasi pemilihan 11 sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang dilakukan adalah metode analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan software Eviews 10. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Return On Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh dan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Dan Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) berpengaruh positif terhadap terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the factors that influence the decision to purchase Paid Features on the Canva Application. The independent variables obtained from the results of the preliminary survey are Perceptions of Price, Promotion, and Security. While the dependent variable to be obtained is the Purchase Decision. Methods of data analysis using Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (PLS) and Statistical Product andService Solutions (SPSS). The sample that will be used in this study are students who live in the DKI Jakarta area as many as 200 respondents. The sampling technique used is the Stuctural Equation Model (SEM). By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that Price Perception has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, Promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and Security has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

PT Indra Cipta Sentosa Lestari is a company engaged in the manufacture of electrical panel box. To maintain customer satisfaction, the company strives to produce the highest quality products. Competition that occurs in the industrial sector makes us always have to maintain the quality of the products produced. Because a good product quality will be able to fulfill the desires and needs of consumers, so it is very important for companies to always maintain product quality so that they can compete with other companies in order to maintain customer satisfaction. Therefore, companies must carry out continuous quality control activities for the products they produce. One of the causes of not achieving company goals is the quality of the products produced are not good. Less optimal use of production factors can lead to a decrease in the quality of the product produced. Data were collected by interview and observation methods, then analyzed using Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools. The results showed that based on the pareto diagram (pareto chart) made, it can be concluded that the highest level of damage was in the painting section, followed by the damage level in the bending section, welding section, and lastly in the assembling section of the total production of 726. From the fishbone diagram ) found that the material factors of machines, humans (employees), environment, and methods, are the causes of product defects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Return On Asset (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan sub sektor Otomotif dan Komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2017-2019. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Otomotif dan Komponen di BEI tahun 2017-2019 berjumlah 13 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dari 36 sampel perusahaan Otomotif dan Komponen. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dari software Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji t-statistik menunjukkan bahwa Return On Asset (ROA) tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh positif  dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif  dan signifikan terhadap harga saham.Kata kunci: Return On Asset (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Harga Saham

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi, komunikasi organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (Studi pada Karyawan PT. Industrial Multi Fan). Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Industrial Multi fan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian asosiatif kausal. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Keadilan Organisasi, Komunikasi Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup Republik Indonesia. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif kausal yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable lingkungan kerja fisik, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Alat pengumpulan data mengunakan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya yang disebarkan kepada pegawai di Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia. Populasi yang diteliti pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang menjadikan semua populasi sebagai sampel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Disiplin Kerja berpengairuh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, sedangkan Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengairuh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup Republik Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Return on equity (ROE), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on firm value of companies in the cement sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2020 period. The population in this study was 6 cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was 6 companies. The data collection technique used is a documentation method by collecting materials or data related to the object of discussion. Sample selection in the study using the saturated sampling method. This research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study was panel data regression analysis with Eviews 9 software. This study proves that the Current Ratio (CR) has an insignificant negative effect on the company's value (PBV). Return on equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on company value (PBV). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has an insignificant positive effect on the value of the company (PBV)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of religiosity, brand image and consumer behavior on the repurchase intention of Wardah halal cosmetic products. The population in this study was the people of DKI Jakarta with a sample size of 150 which was determined using purposive sampling method. The data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and data analysis method using SPSS version 2.5 software. The results of this study found that religiosity had no effect on buying interest, brand image and consumer satisfaction had an effect on repurchasing interest in Wardah Cosmetics products.
