Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. ISS Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 77 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah tehnik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistik SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. ISS Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio), profitability (Return on assets), and liquidity (Current Ratio) on financial distress in the property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis, panel data regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis test that is processed using Eviews12. The sample used was 175 samples from 35 property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2022 period. The sample method uses purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio) has a significant negative effect on financial distress, profitability (Return on Asset) and Liquidity (Current Ratio) has a significant positive effect on financial distress.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah  diuji  validitas  dan  reliabilitasnya.  Teknik  analisis  data  yangdigunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persamaan regresi linear berganda yaitu persamaan regresi sebagai berikut : Y= 6,222 + 0,182 + 0,622+ 0,099 Uji t menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 10.675 X1 , 19,594 X2 dan 14,851 X3. Kemudian nilai Sig t sebesar 0,000 untuk variabel promosi, 0,000 untuk variabel harga dan 0,000 untuk variabel kualitas  produk.  dibandingkan  dengan  nilai  Sig  a  0,05,  sehingga hipotesis kerja (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (Ho)  ditolak.Nilai r (koefisien Korelasi ) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,733 (X1), 0,893 (X2) 0,832 (X3), dan nilai r2 (Koefisien Determinasi) sebesar 0,827. Uji f menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 152,971 > nilai F tabel  3,94  yang  artinya  terdapat  pengaruh  dari  ketiga  variabel independent (promosi, harga dan kualitas produk) terhadap variabel dependen (keputusan Pembelian).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas dan aktivitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Polupasi dalam penelitian ini adalah subsektor perusahaan hotel, resor dan kapal pelayaran yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2020 yang berjumlah 29. Jumlah perusahaan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti ada 8 perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sample didapatkan 8 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi data, dengan menggunakan data laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang di peroleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan website masing-masing perusahaan. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kausalitas dengan metode analisis data menggunakan analisi regresi data panel dengan pendekatan model yang terpilih yaitu Common Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas, solvabilitas, Aktivitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata Kunci: likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, nilai perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of e-service quality and price perception mediating customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty in ecommerce Lazada. The population in this study is millennial and gen z people who make online transactions more or less 2 times a month. The number of samples used in this study were 125 respondents with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). This study proves that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price perception has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. E-service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. price perception has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh sales promotion, brand image, dan perceived ease to use terhadap keputusan menggunakan ShopeePay di Jabodetabek. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berbasis online kepada 95 responden, menggunakan pengukuran dengan skala Likert. Pengolahan data responden dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.3. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sales promotion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan, Brand image berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan, dan Perceived ease to use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan.

Abstract

This study to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational communication and job satisfaction on teacher performance. This research design uses a quantitative approach. The sample used was 58 respondents. The sampling method used was sampling jenuh. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. The result showed that (1) organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. (2) Organizational communication variable has positive and insignificant. (3) variable showing that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMKN 48 Jakarta.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 58 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. (2) Variabel komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. (3) variabel kepuasan kerja menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMKN 48 Jakarta.Kata Kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Komunikasi Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality, promotion and brand awareness on saving interest on Rakyat Indonesia Bank (Study on Kantor Cabang Pembantu Batusari, Jakarta Barat) The data of this research are data taken from the company's secondary data and primary data obtained from the processing of questionnaire data filled out by out by prospective consumers with an interest in saving money on Simpedes Product. The number of samples used as many as 100 respondents and the analysis technique used in this study is to use Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it shows that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect, the promotion variable shows positive but not significant results, and the Brand Awareness variable shows positive and significant results on customer interest in saving.

Abstract

Abstract : PT. X Is a Trading Company that supplies promotional items such as glass, mugs, bowls, plates etc. Problems faced by PT. X is the condition of the pattern of preparation and storage of finished goods which are carried out randomly and less regularly resulting in difficulty in finding goods and the time taken to be longer. From these problems, this study discusses the planning of warehouse layout and storage of goods using the class based storage method. The study was conducted by examining 30 product items in order to find out the layout of goods based on ABC classification, the results show that of the 30 product items obtained grouping results into three classes, namely: 1) class A: 80% usage value with 11 items; 2) class B:use value of 15% with total items of 8 items and 3) class C:use value 5% with the number of item 11 items, the next stage classifying products using FSN analysis (Fast moving, Slow moving, Non moving) to find out and calculate the travel time carried out by warehouse workers in taking or storing goods. Based on research that has been done by comparing the initial layout and layout of proposal 1, it was found that the time reduction in the process of searching for goods storage locations was 529.3 minutes or 28.5% lower than the initial warehouse layout.

Abstract

Price On Online Product Purchase Decisions On The Lazada Application. The research method is quantitative research and the type of research is explanatory research which aims to determine the cause and effect between the variables through hypothesis testing. The population in this study were all consumers using the Lazada application where the total population in this study was unknown. The sample used in this study were consumers using the Lazada application using a margin of error max. Data collection is done by using the method of questionnaires, documentation, library studies. This study uses grouping data based on variables and types of respondents, tabulating data based on variables from all respondents, presenting data for each variable being studied, performing calculations to answer the formulation of the problem and performing calculations to test the hypotheses that have been proposed. This study proves that service quality has an effect on purchasing decisions, trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has an effect on purchasing decisions.
