Abstract

Non-cash payments or cashless payments are the latest and hottest issue in the pesantren world. The existence of cashless payment is the impact of increasingly rapid technological developments. Islamic boarding schools that have a characteristic of simplicity in building architecture, curriculum and operations are able to transmigrate to boarding schools that are able to collaborate with technological developments that do not violate the rules of the Qur'an and Hadish. This study analyzes the perceptions of santri at Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo Islamic Boarding School regarding the application of non-cash payments applied in the boarding school. The method used is a qualitative method using direct observation techniques and interviews. The results showed that the perceptions of the students of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School were safety oriented, lose financial, power hegemony, boarding moderation in the virtual era, and social stratification Pembayaran Non tunai atau cashless payment merupakan issu terbaru dan terhangat di dalam dunia pesantren. Keberadaan cashless payment merupakan dampak dari perkembangan serta kemajuan teknologi yang semakin dinamis. Pondok pesantren yang memiliki ciri khas akan kesederhanaan pada arsitektur bangunan, kurikulum dan operasionalnya mampu bertransmigrasi menuju pondok pesantren yang mampu berkolaborasi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang tidak melanggar aturan Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Studi ini menganalisis tentang persepsi santri pada Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo mengenai aplikasi pembayaran non tunai yang diterapkan dalam pondok pesantren tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada kasus ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi langsung serta wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi santri Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid adalah safety oriented, lose financial, hegemoni kekuasaan, moderasi pesantren di era virtual, dan stratifikasi sosial.

Abstract

Abstrak:Islamic banking is one of the global phenomenon in banking industry which continues to develop. Indonesia at the 9 rank in the world based on total assets and market share of Islamic banking. Nationally, East Java  becomes provinces in Indonesia with the largest number of Islamic banks. The composition of young customers has not yet dominated, even though this age group has a role in determining people's attitudes in transacting at Islamic banks. This research purpose to analyze the effect of service quality and customer trust on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable for students of State Universities in Surabaya. This quantitative research using 210 respondents as samples. Data collected by a questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the application SmartPLS 3.0. This research conclude that service quality and costumer’s trust didn’t directly effect customer loyalty but had an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.[Perbankan syariah merupakan salah satu fenomena global dalam bidang industri perbankan yang terus mengalami perkembangan. Indonesia menempati urutan ke-9 dunia berdasarkan jumlah aset dan pangsa pasar perbankan syariah. Secara nasional, Jawa Timur menjadi salah satu provinsi di Indonesia dengan jumlah bank syariah terbanyak. Komposisi nasabah dari kalangan muda belum mendominasi, padahal kelompok usia ini memiliki peran dalam menentukan sikap masyarakat dalam bertransaksi di bank syariah. Penelitian ini bermaksud menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi pada mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Surabaya. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan 210 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan kualitas layanan maupun kepercayaan nasabah tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap loyalitas nasabah namun berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan nasabah.]

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan dan keputusan seseorang berwakaf uang, yang hasilnya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menyusun sasaran strategi penghimpunan dana wakaf uang. Pendekatan yang dipakai dengan cara mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor karakteristik masyarakat Indonesia. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai meliputi strategi pemasaran yang meliputi segmentasi calon wakif (orang yang berwakaf) sehingga ada skala prioritas penghimpunan dana wakaf uang yang mempertimbangkan perilaku dan karakteristik masyarakat baik yang bersifat geografis, demografis maupun psikografis. Metode yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan teknik probability sampling dalam menggumpulkan data. Teknik yang digunakan untuk analisis data adalah regresi logit dan uji beda koefisien kontigensi. Usia, pendidikan dan keaktifan dalam kajian keislaman merupakan faktor utama karakteristik individu yang mempengaruhi seseorang untuk berwakaf uang. Pendidikan yang semakin tinggi, usia yang semakin matang serta semakin banyaknya aktivitas yang dilakukan untuk menuntut ilmu agama menghasilkan pemahaman yang semakin tinggi. Tingginya pemahaman terhadap wakaf uang dapat menjadi landasan untuk mendorong masyarakat berperan serta aktif dalam penghimpunan dana wakaf uang.

Abstract

Amil Zakah Institution has been operating in Indonesia long before the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the efficiency of Amil Zakah Institutions which have been operating at the national level during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a non-parametrical quantitative approach. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from monthly reports which available in the magazines of the Amil Zakah Institutions. The analytical tools use in this research is data envelopment analysis (DEA). The use of DEA as an analytical tools in this study will be done toward two efficiency calculations which are partially and all of the zakah institution. The result found that amil zakah institutions operated efficiently during the covid-19 pandemic. It means the amil zakah institution has performed their function as a trustworthy and responsible collector and distributor of community social funds. The result of this study are expected to add references for the researchers, public, and the government about the efficiency of amil zakah institution which can help the government reduce the impact of covid-19 pandemic especially in the economic field.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the role of Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) in optimizing the National Economic Recovery (PEN) during the Pandemic Period in Indonesia. The research method used in the research related to the role of Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) uses library research, this method is useful for collecting data, and the data can be from journals, web, news, and articles. other. This method does not involve interviews to collect data. This research was carried out as an effort to create a model that is expected to be able to provide various solutions or alternatives for the implementation of productive waqf namely Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS). The results of the research obtained in this study are that many Indonesian people are helped by the existence of waqf funds which are reused so that they become productive waqf. This shows the presence of Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) which can be a solution to realize the National Economic Recovery (PEN) in the Pandemic Period. Abstrak : Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) dalam mengoptimalkan Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN) di Masa Pandemi di Negara Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian yang dilakukan terkait peran Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) ini menggunakan Studi kepustakaan (library research), metode ini berguna untuk mengumpulkan data-data, dan data-data tersebut bisa dari jurnal, web, pemberitaan, dan artikel lainnya. Maka dalam metode ini tidak melibatkan kegiatan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya menciptakan suatu model yang diharapkan mampu menyediakan berbagai solusi atau alternatif bagi pelaksanaan wakaf produktif yaitu Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS). Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, banyak Masyarakat Indonesia ini yang terbantu dengan adanya dana wakaf yang dimanfaatkan kembali sehingga menjadi wakaf yang produktif. Hal ini menunjukkan hadirnya Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) dapat menjadi solusi untuk mewujudkan Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN) di Masa Pandemi. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the business management model of Islamic insurance companies in the digital era 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative research method using the Grounded Theory approach. The results of this study explain that, in running the insurance business in the era of revolution 4.0 implementing a supporting system, it is a combination of four components, namely: insurance / financial literacy, network marketing, human technology, and digital technology. The four components are driven by three mechanisms, namely: digital funneling, learning models, gamification systems, to achieve targeted business results. Abstract

During the global financial crisis that occurred in 1998, the crisis in 2008, and the crisis in Europe in 2011, the European banking industry plummeted. However, several countries in Asia are experiencing growth. Asia's economic growth has not been supported by public access to financial institutions. Indonesian people's access to financial institutions is also still low due to the gap for the middle class who are not familiar with banking access (unbanked). To expand access to financial services, a financial inclusion program was launched. This study aims to determine the effect of the dimensions of access and use on financial inclusion on the profitability of Islamic Business Units in Indonesia for the 2017-2019 period, either partially or simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative research. This type of research uses associative. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The type of data in this study is secondary data. The object of this research is the Sharia Business Unit in Indonesia. The population in this study is the achievement of Islamic banking statistics published by OJK and population data published by BPS. Sampling in this study is to use a saturated sample. The results of this study indicate that the dimension of access to financial inclusion has no effect on profitability, it can be seen from the value of tcount -1.130 < ttable 2.03224. While the dimension of access to financial inclusion has a negative effect on profitability, it can be seen from the value of tcount -4.612 > ttable 2.03224,. Simultaneously, the dimensions of access and use of financial inclusion have an effect on profitability, it can be seen from the Fcount value of 32.486> Ftable 3.28.

Abstract

The contextual phenomenon, sharia-based Fintech is an alternative to provide a convenience solution of the transaction process. This study wether Islamic finance fintech is in accordance with the perspective of the sharia concept or vice versa, the type of research used in this study is a literature study obtained from various sources. The specifications of this research are descriptive qualitative, namely describing the research subjects. The results show that Islamic Fintech is in accordance with the perspective of the sharia concept as evidenced by the sharia concept that must be fulfilled in transactions, namely, avoiding ribha, mayshir, tadlhis and gharar. Education related to Fintech according to the principles of sharia values ​​and concepts must target all levels of society. The development of sharia fintech is focused on the government as a regulator, higher education institutions, as well as the banking industry and other financial institutions. Fintech convenience services make people's financial needs easier to be met, as Muslims, all financial transaction processes must be based on sharia principles.
