Abstract

Abstract The issue with PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang is that it causes customers to feel unsatisfied, which leads to complaints like: water frequently dies and comes out sparingly. The goal of the study was to determine how trust, an intervening variable, affected the relationship between PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang's service reputation and customer happiness. The population of this research is the housing community of Graha Mukti Semarang as many as 1,537 people. There were 99.87 samples total in this investigation (based on the Slovin formula, rounded to 100 individuals).The SPSS 26 application was used to carry out the analysis technique. Through path analysis, the variable influence model will be put to the test.The findings demonstrate a direct correlation between service quality and confidence in PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. The service quality and reputation of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang has an immediate impact on PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang's client satisfaction. Customer satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang is directly impacted by trust. At PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang, trust can be considered an intervening variable on service quality and reputation on customer satisfaction. Keyword : Satisfaction; trust; service; reputation

Abstract

AbstractThis study is carried out to synergize academics, entrepreneurs, and government both central and regional, as it is expected to contribute to the decrease of unemployment rate in Central Java. This study is conducted in Kendal Special Economic Zone in Kendal Industrial Park (KIP) using the collaboration of the three actors with Triple Helix that is considered able to increase creativity, ideas, and skills. In this study, triple helix is used as an analytical knife to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers.This study aims to describe and analyze the role of Triple Helix in increasing skills and competence of the society in fulfilling labor qualification required by the KIP as well as the synergy of educational institutions, industry, and the government in decreasing the number of employment of vocational high school graduates in Kendal Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative approach. The location or research object is in Kendal Industrial Park in Jalan Raya Arteri KM. 19, Brangsong, Kendal Regency, Central Java, 51371. The results of this study explain that the interaction between industry and academics gives rise to the exploratory innovation capabilities of the company with the Triple Helix framework. In Triple Helix I (static regime), it shows that the government of Kendal Regency plays the main role in regulating university and industry. In Triple Helix II (laissez-faire regime), Kendal Industrial Park becomes the driver for university and government. In Triple Helix III (trilateral-hybrid organization), the university become the active actors in the cooperative relationship between government and industry in a balanced interaction model. From this results, it can be concluded that the Triple Helix synergy enable the increase of the absorption of vocational high school graduates from Kendal Regency in Kendal Industrial Area.It occurs with the cooperation between university and industry, along with the mentoring in Kendal Industrial Park using “SCORE” training. Besides, cooperation between the government and university also occur with human capital training and development for vocational high school graduates, which include improvement culture, work planning problem solving, cost control system development, and self-development program. Cooperation between government, university, and industry result in a digital-based application development called “Si Lamar”, which brings job seekers and industry together. This will ease vocational high school graduates to find suitable job, and help industry to carry out the recruitment process

Abstract

This research is based on the decline of the Erigo Brand as the Top Local Clothing Brand in 2021 to 2022 by 2.9 percent. So research is needed to improve purchasing decisions influenced by digital marketing, brand ambassadors, and Erigo brand prices carried out in the World's Best JKT48 Community. This research was conducted using a survey method among members of the World's Best JKT48 Community who are members of the Discord server, totaling 94 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, and data analysis used SPSS 21 which includes validity, reliability, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that digital marketing, brand ambassador, and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Erigo needs to share digital content that better supports its product promotion to increase product purchasing decisions. Erigo needs to increase purchasing interest in product purchasing decisions through brand ambassadors who can further influence consumers. Erigo needs to consider new prices that better suit its products to improve purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination value of 0.678 indicates that the purchasing decision variable can be explained by digital marketing, brand ambassador and price variables of 67.8% while the remainder is explained by other variables outside the research

Abstract

There is a difference between the theory of leaders and the reality of organizational conditions. In one of the student organizations the Faculty of Economics and Business has not been able to influence members to carry out their duties. And it's different from the other 4 institutions where leaders can influence members to carry out their duties properly. The leader has been able to carry out the theory of the leader as a director and influence so that members can carry out their duties following the responsibilities that have been given. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research, the qualitative research used is descriptive. And the location of the research conducted was at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Wahid Hasyim University, Semarang. From the results of the research findings, in general, the leaders at Ormawa FEB have carried out their responsibilities well. Judging from the role of the leader as a planner, the leader can plan and make decisions carefully. Leaders also have good morale that can influence their members. Communication at Ormawa FEB is quite good but not optimal, and the leader's work performance is good with the embodiment of excellent work programs at several institutions in the student organization of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Wahid Hasyim University Semarang for the 2021/2022 period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of halal-haram aspects, legal awareness, and religiosity on the zakah policy as a deduction from income tax in Situbondo Regency. By using a quantitative method of sampling using purposive sampling techniques and quota sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that the Halal-haram Aspect, Legal Awareness, and Religiosity have a significant simultaneous effect on Muzaki's Perception of Zakah Policy as a Deduction for Income Tax in Situbondo Regency. Meanwhile, the results of the partial test, the Halal-haram Aspect variable and Legal Awareness have a significant influence on Muzaki's Perceptions, but the legal awareness variable has no significant effect on Muzaki's Perceptions.

Abstract

Purpose: This paper aims to determine the ICT Development Index and other supporting variables affecting Indonesia's economic growth.Methods: This study uses secondary data from 1996-2019. Using economic growth variables as endogenous variables, and labor force, gross fixed capital formation (GFCF), cellular phones per 100 people, fixed telephones per 100 people, and internet users as exogenous variables. The data analysis technique used OLS multiple linear regression with eviews 9 application.Finding: The neoclassical theory developed by Solow (1957) a name "Growth Accounting" that economic growth formed from the factors of production and technology. This finding only the variable Mobile cellular per 100 people does not affect economic growth in Indonesia, and other variables are significant.Novelty: This study uses an innovation variable, namely the ICT Development Index, to complement the variables of production factors (labor and GFCF). This study focuses on Indonesia because it is about Indonesia's potential use of technology and information, among indications of the use of telephone and internet users in Indonesia.Implications: Further research can apply other ICT Development variables such as ICT exports or use the other countries.Keyword: GDP, Gross Fix Capital Formation, Internet User, Labor Force.

Abstract

This study aims to get a more specific understanding by describing the Supply chain management information system in the mobile banking application and understanding the effectiveness of the use of m-BCA as a form of information system. This type of research is descriptive quantitative by analyzing and identifying problems in finding the effectiveness of m-BCA information system. The data collection process in this study was carried out by conducting experiments using m-BCA which became the main source and other data sources taken from various media containing m-BCA report data. Based on the results of the data that researchers do refer to the 3 main functions of mobile banking, namely convenient, practical and easy. While the results of 300 mobile banking users 93.3% rated effective at the level of need and convenience. Then 10% less effective and 3.3% less effective users agree and disagree because the UI (User Interface) of mobile banking is less attractive. Finally, the security level can be assessed as effective with a percentage of 80% and less effective 20% because the application login security does not yet have a fingerprint and face id which he thinks is more secure and practical.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of spiritual quotient and self-efficacy on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all CV employees. Aliansyah Pati was 105. Based on the results of distributing questionnaires to all employees, a sample size of 98 people was obtained. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square.The research results show that the spiritual quotient and self-efficacy are able to bring about better changes in improving employee behavior to be willing to work extra towards their work. Spiritual quotient, self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior are also able to provide better changes in improving employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior has been proven to be an intervening variable between spiritual quotient and employee performance. Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing experience, creativity, responsibility, commitment and work stress on HR performance in Batik Bakaran Juwana SMEs. Data was collected through observation, document analysis, and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method was carried out using quantitative methods using saturated sampling techniques with 96 employee respondents. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that first, the experience variable had no positive and significant effect on performance, the second variable creativity had no positive and significant effect on performance, the third variable responsibility had no positive and significant effect on performance, the fourth variable commitment had a positive and significant effect on performance and variables Fifth, work stress has a positive and significant effect on performance.
