Abstract

Berdasarkan penjelasan Pasal 33 UUD 1945, secara eksplisit koperasi merupakan bangun perusahaan yang sesuai bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Secara yuridis selama UUD 1945 masih merupakan landasan struktural Indonesia maka semua warga negara dan pemerintah Indonesia wajib menjaga keberadaan dan mengembangkan koperasi menjadi sektor ekonomi yang kuat sehingga mampu berperan sebagai soko guru perekonomian Indonesia.Meskipun konsep koperasi merupakan konsep yang sifatnya general, namun koperasi di Indonesia mempunyai karakteristik yang berbeda dengan koperasi di negara lain. Koperasi Indonesia tidak sekedar sebagai badan usaha seperti firma, perseroan terbatas, tetapi koperasi Indonesia merupakan agen pembangunan untuk pengentasan kemiskinan, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan berperan untuk menyebarluaskan jiwa dan semangat koperasi untuk dapat dikembangkan pada perusahaan swasta dan negara. Namun demikian, rendahnya kualitas SDM koperasi, adanya kasus-kasus penyimpangan, serta kurang optimalnya peran pengawas menyebabkan kehidupan dan kinerja koperasi semakin terpuruk sehingga masyarakat trauma dan memiliki persepsi yang negatif terhadap koperasi.Untuk membangun kembali citra koperasi, maka pemerintah perlu mensosialisasikan substansi dan nilai-nilai luhur koperasi kepada seluruh warga negara, khususnya generasi muda, mengembangkan jiwa dan semangat kewirausahaan pada koperasi; membangun jaringan kerja sama dengan pelaku ekonomi lainnya, serta dibutuhkannya political will yang kuat dari pemerintah untuk mengembangkan koperasi, serta berani bertindak tegas terhadap koperasi yang tidak sehat maupun membubarkan organisasi yang berkedok koperasi.

Abstract

This study aims at describing principles of fairness education examined from intellectual and financial aspects of sociology in the social perspectives. Relying on the quantitative approach, this study collected data using survey, observation, in depth interview, and documentary analysis. Area sampling techniques were used in this study involving one countries and one cities in the Makasar provinces. The number of respondents and their areas were 2 persons from Education Department Office, 12 principals, 12 school-teachers, 12 student-parents, 3 members of School Committee, and 24 students. Data of this study were analyzed using tabulation techniques focusing on the frequency and rate percentage. Three findings were revealed in this study. First, schools that have conducted principles of fairness education included schools that opened acceleration classes, superior classes, SNBI classes, bilingual classes, and inclusive or integrated classes. Second, schools that implemented principles of fairness education emphasizing on financial aspects were schools that gave scholarships and cross-subsidy. Third, schools that accommodated principles of fairness education based on the intellectual aspect put strong emphasis on the quality of input students. In addition, financial aspects in the implementation of principles of fairness education included economy status of students parents, school budget condition, support from local government, support from school committee, and support from stakeholders.

Abstract

Pendidikan diyakini dapat menebarkan ilmu pengetahuan, keterampilan dan nilai-nilai yang dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup manusia. Saat ini pendidikan di pesantren tidak hanya focus pada pendidikan keagamaan, namun sebagian pesantren juga menyelenggarakan pendidikan formal (sekolah). Sekolah diharapkan dapat berjalan secara efektif sehingga dapat meningkatkan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

The economic growth of Indonesian before the year 1997 was considerably rapid and able to bring Indonesia obtaining a notation as one of Asian tigers. The economic growth brought positive impact to the matters pertaining to manpower of Indonesia. In 1997 the economic crises had befallen on Indonesia, the economic condition of Indonesia destroyed, business and industrial world were collapsed, signed by the bankruptcy of several companies. Even, there were some companies moved abroad, seeking new countries that had lower costs of production as home base. The impact of the crisis was many labor force lost their employment. The severance of working relation (PHK) was undertaken for the sake of efficiency so that the production could be run. On the other side, new job seekers emerged to compete in obtaining work field. The accumulation of the severance of working relation (PHK) and new labor force results in the increasing number of unemployment. Meanwhile the absorption power of work field was considerable limited due to the lack of opening new business.Ironically, there were various job vacancies unoccupied. The vacancies were still unoccupied since many job seekers graduating from Indonesian educational institution lacked expertise, skills and professionalism demanded. The educational institution had merely been able to pass unprepared labor force. Consequently, many educated unemployed could not be absorbed in field of work. There shall be many potential negative impacts due to the educated unemployment. Therefore, it necessitated real efforts in educational world to prepare its graduates so that they would be absorbed in work field, for example by the reevaluation of curriculum substance. The curriculum should be able to provide real experience for students. The entrepreneurship as exploratory subject should be taught since Senior High School. Furthermore, the apprentice program needed to be formulated by involving world of business and industry so that the implementation would give contribution significantly to the preparation process of labor force.

Abstract

In order to understand economic of a nation in the increasing of interdependency era, domestic economic and non economic factors identification is insufficient. We must relate them to the abroad economic and non economic phenomena. Non economic factors consist of social, politic, law and foreign affair. Among of the economic factors are economic growth, inflation, exchange rate, foreign reserve, current account and investment. Strong structure and economic fundamental are important to reduce effects of both economic and non economic fluctuation occurring overseas.

Abstract

This research tests the influence degree of class participation on academic performance. Population of this research is all of new student at first semester from accounting education department at IKIP PGRI Madiun. In this study, sample consist 109 students from three introduction business class. Hypothesis test of this research uses simple regression analysis. The results show that class participation positively affects on student academic performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kondisi kehidupan sosial ekonomi, tingkat pendidikan, dan kecenderungan kondisi sosial ekonomi dengan tingkat pendidikan masyarakat Desa Srigading Kecamatan Labuhan Maringgai, Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif, dengan desain analisis dari Miles dan Huberman. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November 2009-Januari 2010. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat masih tergolong rendah, (2) tingkat pendidikan masyarakat juga rendah, hal ini terlihat dari banyaknya masyarakat yang tidak bersekolah dan rata-rata hanya lulus sekolah menengah pertama, dan (3) ada kecenderungan semakin tinggi tingkat ekonomi semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan anak.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran secara integral tentang pengembangan multi-kecerdasan melalui kegiatan nonintrakurikuler terhadap mutu proses dan hasil belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Data dikumpulkan dari setting penelitian terpilih yaitu 6 SMA: (1) SMAN 3 Semarang, Jawa Tengah, (2) SMAN 1 Malang, Jawa Timur, (3) SMAN 4 Denpasar, Bali, (4) SMAN 2 Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan, (5) SMAN 1 Manado, Sulawesi Utara, dan (6) SMAK Giovanni Kupang, NTT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berbagai kegiatan yang relevan dengan pengembangan multi-kecerdasan bermanfaat dalam pengembangan kompetensi, (2) Keragaman kegiatan non-intrakurikuler berdampak terhadap prestasi belajar jika suatu kegiatan relevan dengan mata pelajaran tertentu.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1. To develop the product of teaching material of introduction to accounting practice for accounting students based on systematic prosedur. It is expected that it will be a understandable teaching material with skill process of competency based approach. 2. To know the use of developing teaching material of introduction to accounting practice in increasing the students ability of introduction to accounting practice of accounting students of STIE Darmajaya Bandar Lampung.The research design uses research and development design (RD). The development that is used is teaching material of introduction to accounting following the Instructional of Development Model (MPI). It consist of 4 steps: first arrangement of GBPP, second arrangement of SAP, third development of teaching material and formatif evaluation. It consist of formative evaluation I it is reviewed by the expert of material and learning designer, formative evaluation II is one by one, formative evaluation III is small group and formative evaluation IV is field try out in the class level.The result of this research and development are: (1) Product of development result that are main students material book, introduction to accounting practice book, guidance and worksheet, lecturer guidance, and accounting learning media that is presented in the form of slide of power point. (2) The result of questionare of learning material expert, learning design expert, students ( in one by one evaluation, small group evaluation, and try out and the lecturer to ward teaching material of introduction to accounting practice) it is known that teaching material is relevant, systematic, well arrange, consistent, appropriate and interesting so it is worth to be used. (3) There is influence in using teaching material of student A and student B majoring D-3 Accounting (STIE Darmajaya Bandar Lampung). After it was examined and it is compare between the group (post hoc test) it is known between the high group in class A with the high in class B there is no differences and also with the average group in class A with the average group in class B there is also no differences and between the low group in class A with the low groups students in class B there is also no differences in their ability. The teaching material of introduction practice of accounting can solve the differences in characterictic and students ability. This is sound with in belt to experience classes, their practice ability of teaching material.

Abstract

Abstrak : Salah satu Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu di kota Semarang yang menjadi objek penelitian, selama masa pandemic covid-19 mengalami penurunan dalam jumlah penerimaan siswa dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Maka dilakukanlah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas layanan dan reputasi sekolah tersebut baik secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung dengan peran mediasi kepercayaan dari orang tua siswa yang berdampak terhadap efektifitas penggunaan komunikasi WOM (Word of Mouth) pada orang tua siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi orang tua siswa kelas 2 sampai kelas 6 yang telah merasakan kualitas layanan selama satu tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 179 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesediaan orang tua siswa menyebarkan informasi melalui WOM (Word of Mouth) dipengaruhi mediasi kepercayaan dari orang tua siswa dan secara langsung dengan reputasi sekolah. Kualitas layanan belum mampu mempengaruhi secara langsung WOM, sehingga dalam penelitian ini peran kepercayaan orang tua siswa sangatlah penting dalam mempengaruhi jumlah penerimaan siswa di sekolah tersebut.Abstract: One of the Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools in the city of  Semarang which became the object of research, during the covid-19 pandemic, there was a decrease in the number of student admissions compared to the previous year. So a study was conducted that aims to determine how much influence the quality of service and the reputation of the school, either directly or indirectly, with the mediating role of trust from parents of students which has an impact on the effectiveness of using WOM (Word of Mouth) communication on parents. The study used a quantitative approach with a population of parents of grade 2 to grade 6 students who had experienced the quality of service for one year. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling with a sample size of 179 people. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression and sobel test. The results showed that the willingness of parents to disseminate information through WOM (Word of Mouth) was influenced by the mediation of trust from students' parents and directly with the school's reputation. Service quality has not been able to directly affect WOM, so in this study the role of parents' trust is very important in influencing the number of student admissions in the school.
