Abstract

This paper examines how bank lending channel could affected the real sector. The result shows that bank lending have positive influence in the Indonesia real sector. Using Vector Autoregressive (VAR), bank lending affect real sector with time lag. In this paper, real sector divided into two block, household and firm. Household faster to react in increasing bank lending by consumption rise.

Abstract

Kegiatan personalia memiliki lingkup kerja yang luas. Semua tindakan yang diambil untuk memberikan kepada satuan-satuan kerja yang efektif dan efisien tidaklah mudah. Kegiatan divisi personalia dan divisi-divisi lain tidak bisa terpisahkan dan tidak bisa bekerja sendiri-sendiri harus ada koordinasi serta harus saling tergantung satu dengan yang lainnya. Sumber daya manusia dilihat dari sisi ekonomi merupakan sumber ekonomi utama. Artinya secanggih apapun teknologi yang dimiliki perusahaan tidak mempunyai arti bila tidak didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kemampuan dan keterampilan yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.Manajemen personalia diperlukan untuk memberikan motivasi kepada satuan kerja organisasi agar bekerja secara efektif dan efisien. Upaya mencapai tujuan tersebut studi tentang manajemen personalia difokuskan pada masalah bagaimana manajemen mendapatkan, menggunakan, mengembangkan, dan memelihara karyawan secara tepat dan humanis.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know how domestic investment in Indonesia behaves both in the short term and in the long term. Data used were secondary data obtained from various sources. Those data would be analyzed by using a dynamic analysis tool consisted of a cointegration approach and an error correction model.Several findings obtained from this research were (1) ECT coefficient (4.16) significantly and statistically influenced domestic investment in Indonesia. It indicated that the error correction model used in this research was valid. (2) In the short term, national income variables and domestic interest rates did not significantly affect domestic investment while government investment variables and rate of exchange positively and significantly influenced domestic investment. Elasticity coefficient of the government investment and the exchange rate were 1.44 and 2.34 respectively. (3) By concerning time lag factor, the estimation results showed that the national incomes, the domestic interest rates, the government investment , and exchange rate of rupiah against US dollar in the previous 1 year significantly affected domestic investment. Their elasticity were 2.18, -1.18, -2.18 and 1.26 respectively. (4) In the long term, the national income variables and the exchange rate of rupiah against US dollar positively and significantly influenced domestic investment meanwhile the domestic interest rate variables and the government investment did not significantly influence domestic investment. The elasticity coefficient of the national income and exchange rate were 3.08 and 2.19 respectively.

Abstract

This paper discuses about the advantages and disadvantages which happen in the national industries as a result of the dominant of foreign investment Indonesia has been losing the momentum of development of its nation industries. From the 1970s until 1980s. Indonesia had the opportunity to take control of industries in the Asian region, especially as China. Malaysia, and Thailand had still not developed their power to build and develop their industries.Without a good infrastructure and a good logistic, qualified human resources, ability to control technology which support dynamic innovational activity and intensive cooperation between universities and business world, Indonesia will be left behind by any industri from any other country. This paper result, foreign investment is important for the development of industries. Indonesia must try to absorb the advantages deriving from foreign investment. Therefore domestic companies in Indonesia will not  only become the medium but also would be able to absorb the new technology associated with foreign investment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman prinsip tabungan syariah, tingkat religiusitas, faktor sosial budaya, persepsi tentang Bank Syariah baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap niat menabung di Bank Syariah pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan Tahun 2014 Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Jumlah anggota populasi yaitu sebanyak 69 Mahasiswa S1 Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan Tahun 2014. Dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat (1) pengaruh positif pemahaman prinsip tabungan syariah terhadap niat menabung di Bank Syariah; (2) pengaruh positif tingkat religiusitas terhadap niat menabung di Bank Syariah; (3) pengaruh positif faktor sosial budaya terhadap niat menabung di Bank Syariah; (4) pengaruh positif persepsi tentang Bank Syariah terhadap niat menabung di Bank Syariah; dan (5) terdapat pengaruh pemahaman prinsip tabungan syariah, tingkat religiusitas, faktor sosial budaya, persepsi tentang Bank Syariah secara simultan terhadap niat menabung di Bank Syariah pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan Tahun 2014.Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of understanding the principles of sharia savings, the level of religiosity, socio-cultural factors, perceptions of Islamic banks both partially and simultaneously towards the intention to save at a Sharia Bank for the 2014 Yogyakarta State University Economic Education Students. The number of members of the population is as much as 69 S1 students of the 2014 Economic Education Study Program. With multiple linear regression analysis techniques, it shows that there are (1) positive influences on understanding the principle of sharia savings towards the intention to save in Islamic banks; (2) a positive influence on the level of religiosity on the intention to save in Islamic banks; (3) the positive influence of socio-cultural factors on the intention to save in Islamic banks; (4) the positive influence of perceptions of Islamic banks on the intention to save in Islamic banks; and (5) there is an effect of understanding the principles of sharia savings, the level of religiosity, socio-cultural factors, perceptions of Islamic banks simultaneously towards the intention to save in a Sharia Bank for 2014 Economic Education Students.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1) pengembangan Permainan Question Card sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa, 2) efektivitas Permainan Question Card pada sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas X IPS 1 SMAN 1 Kota Mojokerto dengan 20 siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Desain ujicoba penelitian ini menggunakan desain Pre-Experimental bentuk One Grup Pretest-Posttest. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar telaah dan lembar validasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa presentase yang didapat dari ahli evaluasi adalah 93% dengan kriteria sangat layak dan ahli media 88,86% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil efektivitas Permainan Question Card yang diujicobakan secara terbatas menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik melalui uji N-gain dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,6 dengan kriteria sedang.Abstract: The purpose of the research is to analyze 1) the development of the Question Card Game as learning media to increase student’s critical thinking, 2) the effectiveness of the Question Card Game as learning media to increase student’s critical thinking. This study is conducted in class X Social 1 of State Senior High School 1 of Mojokerto City with 20 students as subjects research. The type of research is research and development with ADDIE development model that consists of five steps, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The trial design of this research is the Pre-Experimental design One Group Pretest-Posttest type. The type of data in this research is qualitative and quantitative data with data collection instruments in the form of study sheets and validation sheets. They show that the percentage received from the evaluation expert is 93% with the criteria very feasible and media expert is 88,86% with criteria very feasible. The result of the effectiveness of the Question Card Game as learning media showed an increase in student’s critical thinking through the N-gain test with an average value of 0,6 with criteria medium

Abstract

This research was aimed to describe (1) the implementation of Active Learning at State Senior High Schools in Yogyakarta, (2) the treasury in the implementation of the curriculum and, (3) the dominant factors in its accomplishment.The approach employed in this study was qualitative with the ethnographic method and the research setting was SMAN 3 Yogyakarta, SMAN 9 Yogyakarta and SMAN 11 Yogyakarta. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis techniques included the analyses of domain, taxonomy, components, and themes. The validity of the data was tested by lengthening the study and by triangulation.This research findings show the following results:1) in implementation of the Active Learning: a) most of teacher and student who agreed with it, b) there was a few student did not agree with it, 2)The treasuries of the implementation of the Active Learning at SMAN 11 were a) the quality of human resources: teachers, administrative staff and students, b) the National Examination to hamper the implementation of Active Learning in class XII c) the availability of OHP in every class, d) too many learning groups, and e) minimum teachers welfare. The treasury of the implementation of the Active Learning at SMAN 9 were that: a) the school area was narrow and dried so it was not possible to perform theout-door learning activities, b) the students were less active and motivated for learning especially social science majors, c) there was a handicap in financial matters, d) there was less variety in using learning media, and e) most of the equipment in the laboratory was broken and could not be used. The treasuries in the implementation of the Active Learning at SMAN 3 were that: a) the Active Learning is not yet officially ratified, b) the understanding of teachers about the Active Learning was rather low, and c) it was difficult to change the habit of teachers in teaching from teacher-centered to student-centered approach. The most dominant factors in the implementation of the Active Learning at SMAN 11 were a) the leadership of the school principal, b) good team work, and c) teachers and students creativity. The most dominant factors in the implementation of the Active Learning at SMAN 9 were a) the commitment and spirit of the school society to implement Active Learning, b) teacher and student factors, and c) facilities of the school. The most dominant factors in the implementation of the Active Learning at SMAN 3 were a) student factors, b) teacher factors, c) school management and d) the facilities of the school.

Abstract

Pembayaran dividend pada perusahaan yang Go Public mempunyai dampak yang sangat penting baik bagi para investor maupun bagi perusahaan yang akan membayarkan dividennya, karena kebijakan dividend adalah sangat penting untuk memenuhi harapan para pemegang saham terhadap dividend dan di satu sisi juga tidak harus menghambat pertumbuhan perusahaan.Dalam pelaksanaan Kebijakan dividend suatu perusahaan akan melibatkan du pihak yan berkepentingan dan saling bertentangan, yaitu kepentingan para pemegang saham dengan dividennya dan kepentingan perusahaan dengan laba ditahannya.Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah 1).Untuk mengetahui Model yang paling fit hubungan dan pengaruh secara simultan atas variabel-variabel : Assets (diwakili posisi kas/cash position=X1, potensi pertumbuhan/growth potential=X2, ukuran perusahaan/firm size=X3, perbandingan antara kewajiban dengan modal/debt to equity ratio=X4); Equity (diwakili ukuran perusahaan/firm size=X3, dan X6 kepemilikan/Holding; Earnings (diwakili keuntungan/profitability=X5), kepemilikan (holding=X6) terhadap dividend payout ratio (DPR), 2). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh assets, equity dan earnings secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap dividend payout ratio .3). mengetahui pengaruh assets, equity dan earnings secara sendiri-sendiri (partial) terhadap devidend payout ratio.Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Regresi Bertahap atau Multistage Regression dan Analisis Jalur ( Path Analysis).Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dari 6 (enam) variasbel yang diperkirakan mempunyai pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio ternyata hanya 2 (dua) variabel yang berpengaruh, yaitu Variabel ukuran perusahaan/firm size=X3 dan variabel Debt to equity ratio=X4 melalui variabel intervening atau variable antara Equity ( Y2). Sedangkan Variabel Pertumbuhan (X2) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan tethadap Assets (Y1), tetapi Assets pengaruhnya tidak signifikan terhadap DPR (Y). Demikian pula Variabel Profit (X5) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Earning (Y3), tetapi Earning pengaruhnya tidak signifikan terhadap DPR (Y). Hal ini disebabkan karena banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kebijakan dividend dalam suatu perusahaan dan banyak faktor tersebut saling berinteraksi (terjadi interdependensi) satu sama lain dan juga antara satu jenis perusahaan dengan perusahaan lain juga ada perbedaan-perbedaan pertimbangan . Oleh karena itu sulit untuk memperoleh suatu model yang secara general mampu menjelaskan perilaku perusahaan dalam kebijakan dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

Pembelajaran kontekstual (Contextual Teaching and Learning) merupakan konsep belajar yang membantu guru mengaitkan antara materi yang diajarkan dengan situasi dunia nyata siswa dan mendorong siswa membuat hubungan antara pengetahuan yang dimilikinya dengan penerapannya dalam kehidupan mereka sebagai anggota keluarga dan masyarakat. Model pembelajaran kontekstual tidak bersifat ekslusif akan tetapi dapat digabung dengan model-model pembalajaran yang lain, misalnya: penemuan, keterampilan proses, eksperimen, demonstrasi, diskusi, dan lain-lain. Pendekatan kontekstual dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik, dituntut adanya kemampuan guru yang inovatif, kreatif, dinamis, efektif dan efisien guna menciptakan pembelajaran yang kondusif. Guru tidak lagi menjadi satu-satunya nara sumber dalam pembelajaran dan kegiatan telah beralih menjadi siswa sebagai pusat kegiatan pembelajaran serta peran guru hanya sebagai motivator dan fasilitator, maka semangat siswa dapat meningkat dengan menggunakan metode, materi, dan media yang bervariasi. Penerapan kegiatan mengkonstruk atau membangun sendiri pengetahuan pada siswa, membuat siswa terlatih untuk bernalar dan berpikir secara kritis melalui kegiatan inquiry atau menemukan sendiri masalah, kebebasan bertanya (questioning), penerapan masyarakat belajar (learning community) yaitu melatih siswa untuk bekerjasama, sharing idea, saling berbagi pengalaman, pengetahuan, saling berkomunikasi sehingga terjadi interaksi yang positif antar siswa dan pada akhirnya siswa terlibat secara aktif belajar bersama-sama.

Abstract

Problems of macro economy that related to peoples life are often called twin problems. The aimed problems are the poverty and unemployment matters. The two problems are very interesting to discuss in order to solve them. Poverty and unemployment happened in relation to the rate or the condition of economic growth, thus there are three important things should be concerned with in this efforts of overcoming the poverty, as following: firstly, the economic growth that offered benefit as great as possible for poor people. Secondly, the development of social community is by extending and stimulating the nature and potency of individual who were independent, creative, and innovative. It shall encourage the creation of partnership forms between middle economic society, stronger economic society toward poor society. This effort would not be conferred freely, however, by giving motivation, working program and the way to finish/ accomplish it. The expectation of this model aimed at forming autonomous society, free from dependence on other people. Thirdly, the system of clean and respected government, commitment to policies determined before. Eventually, the problems of poverty and unemployment might be like tragedies of Indonesian people, tragedy of Indonesian economy, and there had not been effective medicine to recover our economic collapse. Liberal thoughts with their materialistic, egoistic, and greedy natures have dominated and defeated moralistic and brotherhood thoughts. Through economic reformation we shall build the unity of Indonesia to achieve the equality of rational and fair revenue. The economic reformation should be defined as the awareness of their mistakes and the awareness to correct them.
