Abstract

Pemodelan dengan jaringan neural merupakan pembelajran dan penyesuaian dari suatu objek.Metode perceptron merupakan metode pembelajaran dengan pengawasan dalam sistem jaringan syaraftiruan. Dalam mengenal pola beberapa huruf diperlukan beberapa neuron untuk membedakannya.Neuron-neuron akan menghasilkan nilai kombinasi yang digunakan untuk mengenal pola huruf-huruftersebut. Dalam tulisan ini akan dibahas mengenal pola huruf kapital A, B, C, D dan E. MATLABdigunakan untuk mensimulasikan proses pembelajaran menggunakan metode jaringan neural perceptron.Kata-kunci : Jaringan syaraf, Perceptron, Model, Pengenalan Pola, Pembelajaran

Abstract

Abstract

Have been conducted a research to find out the Dynamic of the Density and VertikalDistribution of soil Arthropods on the deep of the Forest Industry Cultivation Area. Theobservation point sampling determining was conducted bassed on sampling randomized purposivethe is on the HTI area 0, 2, 4, and 6 year of plant age with each of the area 100x100m widht. Oneach station is determined by 3 quatation randomized with 3 times removal of land sampel. Thephysic-chemistry parameter that had been observed including pH, temperature, soil water contentand soil of organic content, mean while the biology parameter including density and index ofdistribution. The result showed the individu that had been found that is 11 ordo, 19 species with880 individu total. The dominant of Arthropods group is from the collembola species and thelowest is Araneae. The Dynamic highest density are on the 6 year of plant age 0,170 cm 3/speciesand the lowest on 0 year 0,054 cm3/species where as the number of density is higher on the Astratum rather than B stratum and C stratum. Vertical distribution showed only on the 0 year isdistributed be in cluster otherwise on the 2, 4, and 6 year age are distributed be spread evenly.Key word : Arthropods, Density,Distribution vertical, Forest Industry Cultivation .

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of physic learning through contextual teaching andlearning approach in the result of student science process skill and psychomotor skill achievement. Thesubject of this research is 30 students of SDN 011 Kerumutan in period 2007/2008. The chosen of mainsubject is Heat Transfer. Data is collected by giving the piper and pencil test and the applicative psychomotortest after finishing the subject. The data of this result is analyzed descriptively with consists of: student’sachievement and learning completeness. The result analysis to the science process skill showed the student’sachievement is categorized good, material completeness is categorized not complete and learningcompleteness is categorized complete. The result analysis to the psychomotor skill showed the student’sachievement is categorized good, material and learning completeness is categorized not complete. So, physiclearning by using contextual teaching and learning approach is clarified effectiveless for science processskill and psychomotor skill achievement of sixth year students at SDN 011 Kerumutan, Pelalawan district.Key words: contextual teaching and learning, psychomotor skill, science process skill

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mempelajari perilaku asam fenolat pada tanah gambut danbagaimana kaitannya dengan unsur kalsium dan magnesium. Asam fenolat yang diteliti pada penelitian iniadalah asam hidroksi benzoat dan asam p- kumarat, Sampel yang digunakan tanah gambut dari daerahRimbo Panjang . Km 18 dari kota Pekanbaru.Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pemberian fly ash terhadap tanah gambut ternyatadapat menurunkan kandungan asam hidroksi benzoate dari 27,42 ppm ke 0,20 ppm; asam p-kumarat 17,22ppm ke 0,11 ppm serta dapat meningkatkan pH dari 3,5 ke 6,47 , ketersediaan hara kalsium 595,24 ppmke 2569,36 ppm dan magnesium dari 365,05 ppm ke 469,45 ppm pada tanah gambut.Penurunan kandungan asam fenolat sebagai akibat pemberian fly ash dapat meningkatkanketersediaan unsur hara kalsium ( Ca) dan Magnesium.Key word : Gambut, fly ash. Abstract

Based on the result of research have found that the better gas used in experiment the molarvolume of gas is oxygen than hydrogen or carbondioxide. From that research, the researcherwant to develop it into specific issue that “which the source of oxygen is better to determinethe molar volume of gas” to produce of the oxygen taht the molar volume resembled to themolar volume of ideal gas if measured at standard condition. Besides the problem mentinedabove, researcher also want to know how many substances are standard to use in theexperiment molar volume of gas and determine which instrument is better used from twodiffrent instruments, certainly a simple equipment, practical, easy to design and less ofmistakes in observation. Abstract

A taste-panel experiment is an experiment where several panellists score the taste of food using an ordinalscore, e.g. from 1 (extremely tender) to 8 (extremely tough). To avoid an order effect of the panellistposition, we apply a Latin square arrangement such that each sample appears once in each position. If thenumber of panellists available is less then the number of treatment combinations provided then we have anincomplete block design since we do not have a complete replication. Hence, these arrangements may not bebalanced. We use a special Latin square, the so called Williams design, to avoid a first carry-over effect andorder effect. The design can be balanced using an extension of William´s design. Finally, the arrangement oftreatment combinations was randomly permuted to avoid systematic bias due to the generation of Latinsquares.Key words: carry-over effect, ordinal data, Latin square, outliers, position effect, taste panel experiments

Abstract

Evaluation has a very strategic position in teaching position in teaching process. Thus, there is no effort canimprove the quality of teaching without any steps of evaluation, that is recently called teaching reflection.Activities that construct the knowledge learned is an activity must be done, because this activity gives abetter control than teaching which is waiting the explanation question angd gives responds. The studentsprefer writing to asking. To improve such the condition, the writer did do an action research in teaching thestructure of algebra by applying the approach of construction in teaching processs by the students asevaluation implementers. There are circles of teaching done in this research, circle A and circle B. Both ofthem applied the constructive approach. The different is that action in circle B is an action of perfecting incircle A based on the evaluation by the students. The result of this evaluation toward the teaching is calledrespond. There are two ways in collecting the data, essay test and open observation test in order to answer theproblem. The data analyzed bybusing description, narration, table and diagram. Finally, the writer gives someconclusions. The first, there are positive influence felt by the students as long as they used that teachingprocess, the increasing of confidence, active-ness, interaction and self-confident to give responds. Thesecond, there are some problem faced by students during teaching process, such as, lack of confidence, lackof material mastering, material in English, laziness to discuss before class, bad responsibility in some groups,timing problem. In additional, some of the members of other groups complicate others students. The third,suggestions given by the students are using material in Indonesia, making Students Activities Papers (LKM)as guidance to increase the counseling of the lectures. In this case, the subjects are reguired to have positevethinking toward other students in giving responds or questions. In additional, they also construct goodassociation and activeness and manage their time well.Key word: evaluation, contraction, and circle learning result.

Abstract

The lecturer´s some constraint in Elementary Electronics 1 teaching: student´s electronics basic low,peripheral of less teaching, a few of reference, and less precise method. This matter cause learn result ofstudent relative low of Elementary Electronics 1 in physics education program FKIP UNRI. This Researchpuspose to look for alternative learning strategy to increase result of lecturing of Elementary Electronics 1through repair of peripheral of study. Research procedure divided any three phase: preparation, execution ofaction, and observation, evaluation, reflection. Phase execution of action consist of two cycle: cycle 1 usemethod deliver a lecture and demonstrate while cycle 2 discourse, demonstration, and experiment. Data resultof process learn to teach to be obtained from result of evaluation in the form of tes at cycle I and II withmeasuring indication determined from: 1) improvement of activity student learning of cycle to cycle, 2)reached value of student 85% getting value3 6,5. Research result from repair of peripheral of study withapplying of integrate discourse method, demonstration, and experiment in lecturing of ElementaryElectronics 1 can improve learn result which seen from mean result of tes at cycle 1 that is 73,34 and 80,44 atcycle 2.Key words: learning strategy, demonstration method, experiment method

Abstract

The development of instructional tool is based on not availability of material resources for applyingcompetency based curriculum proferly. In this research, it has been developed chemistry lesson tools, such asPeriodical system and Atomic Structure for Portofolio learning´s Model. Instructional tools validator iscarried out by validator who has knowledgeable/ experts on instructional models and chemistry lesson,whileous to over viewed/ observed the effectivity and runny well of instructional tools. It has beenimplemented all activities in class experiment. The instructional tools developed sylaby, insructional plan,student activity sheets, Evaluation sheets. The development instructional tools is based on Thiagarajan´sDesign, sammel and Sammel (1974). The model consists 4 stages and is well know as four-D Models. Theimplementation of chemical instructional tools has breen running in class with classroom action researchwhile subjeck orf this research is MAN 2 Pekanbaru. The result of research conclusison is instructional tools,Validation and implemantation in class shows the instructional tools of portofolio model is valid, practicaland effective to support competency based curriculum in learning process.Key word : Model Pembelajaran Portofolio, Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi
