Abstract

Teknik menyusui merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi ASI dimana bila teknik menyusui tidak benar, dapat menyebabkan puting lecet sehingga menjadikan ibu enggan menyusui dan bayi jarang menyusu. Bila bayi jarang menyusu akan berakibat kurang baik karena isapan bayi sangat berpengaruh pada rangsangan produksi ASI selanjutnya. Sering kali para ibu kurang mendapatkan informasi tentang manfaat ASI dan teknik menyusui yang benar. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan dengan metode simulasi tentang teknik menyusui terhadap pengetahuan dan perilaku ibu menyusui (2) Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan dengan metode simulasi dan poster tentang teknik menyusui terhadap pengetahuan dan perilaku ibu menyusui. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Gondang, Kecamatan Kebonarum, Kabupaten Klaten pada bulan April 2023. Metode penelitian menggunakan True Eksperimental Design dengan rancangan Pretest - posttest control group design. Populasinya ibu menyusui yang memiliki bayi berumur 0-6 bulan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 54 dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling yang terbagi menjadi 27 kelompok kontrol (simulasi) dan 27 kelompok perlakuan (simulasi dan poster). Instrument menggunakan kuisieor dan ceklist. Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon test dan Man Whitney Test pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05 %. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah : (1) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan metode simulasi dengan metode simulasi dan poster tentang tehnik menyusui terhadap pengetahuan ibu menyusui dengan nilai p 0,000 < 0,05 (2) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan metode simulasi dengan metode simulasi dan poster tentang tehnik menyusui terhadap perilaku ibu menyusui dengan nilai p 0,000< 0,05. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian adalah metode simulasi dan poster lebih baik dari pada metode simulasi dalam mempengaruhi pengetahuan maupun perilaku ibu menyusui.

Abstract

Covid-19 is currently a serious world problem with the number of cases increasing every day. Health workers are someone who has the most contact with patients who are at risk of contracting the Covid19 virus. The majority of health workers, with large numbers in health care centers, are directly involved and in contact with patients for 24 hours. This study aims to identify the experience of health workers while providing health services to patients infected with Covid-19. Qualitative data obtained through indepth interviews with seven nurses from several hospitals in Yogyakarta. The results of the study found four main themes, namely knowledge about how to treat covid 19 patients, motivation to care for patients, psychological conditions of health workers while caring for covid 19 patients, efforts to reduce the risk of contracting and the role of health workers in providing health services to families of covid 19 patients. The results of this study concluded that there is a need for research on the Application of the Family-Centered Nursing Model to the Implementation of Family Health Tasks in Preventing the Transmission of Covid-19.
