Abstract

The prey-predator model in this article reviews the interaction of two populations with a type III Holling -type III functional response and anti-predator behavior. The dynamic analysis starts by determining the basic model construction assumptions, equilibrium and stability points, and numerical simulations using Python. Dynamic analysis results obtained four equilibrium points with types of stability, namely.  which is unstable,   which is asymptotically stable  , and   . Which is stable under certain conditions. The numerical simulation results show double stability at the equilibrium points. and  with the anti-predator behavior parameter value . The anti-predator parameter value  indicates a change in stability that is only the   equilibrium point. Differences in the values of the anti-predator behavior parameters affect changes in system solutions and impact reducing predator populations.

Abstract

To facilitate their activities, humans will create or design tools to help their activities. Design is the process of manifesting initiatives carried out based on supporting basic theories. The process can be carried out through the stages of selecting components, understanding characteristics and physical, then making a conceptual series according to the selected components so that the tool can be made as expected. The process of mowing the grass commonly carried out by the community is using a machine that is shouldered which is a machine that uses fuel oil, for a long time workers will feel fatigue in the back and especially in the shoulders. The method that will beused in this research is REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assesment), the REBA method is a method used to measure and analyse the posture of workers. From the results of the analysis of work positions and through the Nordic Body Map questionnaire with the REBA method that has been assessed, a score is obtained which is used for consideration of work posture improvement. Keywords: Design, Rapid Entire Body Assessment, Ergonomics, Nordic Body Map, Workposture

Abstract

The predator-prey model is the mathematical model that describes the interaction behavior between prey and predator. This research discusses the modified Leslie-Gower model by considering the cannibalism behaviors of the prey that contains Holling type I response function, which is a predator with passive characteristics. The stability analysis stage includes determining the system's solution in the form of an equilibrium point, analyzing the local stability of each equilibrium using eigenvalues, and numerical simulation to synchronize the analysis results. Numerical simulations visualized in phase portraits with Python software. The results of the local stability analysis of the system obtained four equilibrium points, namely, equilibrium points  are unstable while is asymptotically stable with certain conditions. The results of numerical simulations show that only the equilibrium point  which is asymptotically stable when the environment carries capacity parameters (e=2.1). Meanwhile, when e=2.878 then, only is asymptotically stable. In this research also using two different initial values, it is concluded that whatever the initial value used, the system solution always converges to the equilibrium points  dan . Changes in environmental carrying capacity affect the dynamics of system solutions.

Abstract

Merchandise inventory is one of the assets that requires significant capital investment. If inventory is not managed properly, it can result in high storage costs, the risk of inventory shortages, or even expired products. Therefore, it is important to have the right strategy in managing inventory. This study aims to classify inventory items owned by UD. XYZ in order to minimize inventory costs by focusing inventory procurement on high-value priority items. The method used in this study is Activity Based Costing analysis (ABC). The results of this study are based on the ABC classification there are 7 types of goods that fall into category A or priority are Aoka, Roma sandwich, My jelly, Slai olai, Trick, Choco pie, and Chiki balls. Where these 7 types of goods need special attention in terms of inventory management because they absorb the most investment funds from the total goods owned. By knowing these items, companies can focus on more precise inventory management, including in terms of procurement, storage, and inventory control. This can help UD. XYZ reduces unnecessary storage costs and ensures optimal availability of goods. Abstract

Investment in stocks is one type of investment that can get huge profits, but there are also great risks. So it is necessary to analyze in advance before starting an investment in stocks, in order to avoid losses. One way is to forecast the stock price using fuzzy time series Cheng. The data used is weekly period stock price data from PTBA in January 2020 - December 2022, which can be categorized as a form of time series. From this research, the forecasting value for the next period is Rp. 3797. Which results in a MAPE of 4.2%, which means that FTS Cheng method is very good to use in forecasting the share price of PT Bukit Asam Tbk, because it produces a MAPE value <10%, and produces an RMSE of 158 rupiah, which means the average of the difference between actual and forecast values.

Abstract

Industrial company PT. Berlina Tbk. currently engaged in manufacturing processing of plastic pellets into plastic packaging products. From the data the author has obtained for 1 month from 21 August to 22 September 2022, the production process at PT. Berlina Tbk. has a bottle product defect in 500 ml plastic packaging quality. From 21 August to 22 September 2023, this production resulted in 6,421 (2%) defects from the total machine production of 287,897 (100%) 500 ml plastic bottles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by conducting field research activities (field research), observations, and interviews and by studying books, journals, literature, and other references related to this research. The analysis used in this study is the FTA analysis (Fault Tree Analysis) and the FMEA method (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). From the research to overcome and reduce the three most significant types of defects using the FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) method, it was found that the causes were influenced by several elements, such as workforce, machines, and materials. With the discovery of the most extensive defect, the researcher has made a proposal based on the RPN (Risk Priority Number), which is then analyzed using the FMEA (Failure Mode And Effect Analysis) method, namely the submission for dirty material defects by checking in the storage room for raw materials, then the type of dirty oil defect by checking on the compressor air section so that during the blowing process it avoids dirty oil. The proposal from the last researcher is a type of folded defect to periodically check the cutting temperature to see if there is a shorted thermocouple.
