Sesuai dengan standard ISO 45001 bahwa karyawan harus berpartisipasi dalam melakukan pencegahan kecelakaan. Untuk itu perusahaan telah menetapkan Program Hazob (Hazard Observation) untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan melakukan tindakan koreksinya. Penerapan Program Hazob masih dengan metode konvensional, mengisi lembar form, sehingga tidak efektif, efisien dan tidak berintegrasi dengan sistem lain. Transformasi digitalisasi diperlukan dengan merubah bisnis proses pelaporan dari konvensional ke aplikasi website atau mobile Apps. Hasil dari penelitian ini terjadi peningkatan kinerja operasional keselamatan kerja dengan program Hazob (i) pengisian form secara manual bertransformasi ke system digitalisasi aplikasi website dan mobile Apps; (ii) leading indikator pelaporan hazob meningkat menjadi 1.364 dari seluruh lokasi. Ini bermakna, bahwa perusahaan telah mengidentifikasi bahaya sejumlah tersebut dalam kuran waktu 3 bulan, dan melakukan tindakan koreksi sebelum terjadi kecelakakan. Data persentasi kontribusi menunjukan bahwa semua pihak bagian di perusahaan berkontribusi untuk melakukan pelaporan hazob. Hal ini menunjukan komitmen semua tingkatan untuk melakukan pecegahan kecelakaan. Angka terbesar pada tingkatan karywan ( 63 %) berkontribusi ; (iii) dampak implementasi berupa tingkat penurunan angka kecelakaan dengan Lagging Indikator sebagai berikut : LTIR = 0 (Nol), TRIR, yang sebelumnya 0.87 di bulan juni, turun menjadi 0 (nol) dari bulan Juli sampai September 2020, dan IFT, turun terus setiap bulan dan di bulan September di angka 12.33.

Abstract

The development of information technology is increasing rapidly until now the latest technologies are being developed so that the role of technology can also improve the regional economy. Economic growth and technological developments in the business world have developed very rapidly, marked by the emergence of companies that are trying to create products and services to meet consumer needs. Business development illustrates that people's welfare is increasing, thus causing an increase in people's purchasing power. This study aims to develop a research model that uses Kim's approach model by representing based on Trust, Benefit, Risk, Intention and Purchasing with this model so that factors can be identified. anything that influences public trust to conduct online transactions (E-commerce), especially on web shops and travel.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to simulate the coal distribution process using a conveyor and water regulation in the boiler whose program is made using PLC-based CX-Programmer software. The first method used in the conveyor work process is to install several lights and 2 motors on each conveyor as many as 5 conveyors are connected with a timing belt as an indicator that the conveyor is working. The second method used in the simulation of water regulation in the boiler is almost the same as the conveyor system, namely by installing several motors and lights as indicators of the boiler working, as well as adding a high/medium/low sensor to adjust the water level. The conveyor and boiler systems work automatically using PLC devices that have been programmed through the CX-Programmer. In the 3-phase (reverse-forward) motor load test, the following data were obtained: PLC input voltage is 224 Volts, V line voltage is 396 Volts, motor input voltage is 398 Volts, and motor current is 1,6 Ampere. The result of this research are used as additional measurable equipment in the energy conversion laboratory which previously amounted to 2 test equipment into 3 test equipment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Yogyakarta metal SMEs are required to continue to innovate and develop technology to be able to adapt to market demands. Metal IKM is under the auspices of the Yogyakarta Metal Technical Implementation Unit (UPT). Metal UPT is responsible for carrying out research and studies on metal quality as well as studies on the development of metal product design technology. A large number of products from abroad makes metal SMEs must be able to compete in the market. Metal SMEs must be able to provide superiority to their products, one of the advantages that is built is presenting cookware designs, especially frypan works so that they have a competitive advantage. This study aims to determine the attributes and technical responses of the Wok Frypan-type handle product and to create a product prototype. Product technical attributes and responses were searched using the QFD method based on consumer desires. To overcome the problem of contradictions in QFD, the TRIZ method is used. The research resulted in a prototype design based on 11 attributes and 12 technical responses to the wok frypan-type Handel product. Keywords: Handle, QFD, TRIZ, Wok frypan.

Abstract

AbstactPT Petrokimia Gresik is a fertilizer manufacturer assigned by the Government to produce and distribute subsidized and non-subsidized fertilizers. The NPK 3 unit is the place where production be held. However, within March - June 2019 there was significant amount of decreasing fertilizer production caused by Rotary equipment malfunction. This occurrence caused unscheduled shutdown. PT Petrokimia Gresik experienced loss in many breakdown units. The objection of this study is to determine the factors causing the breakdown of 18C3101-2 blower engine in NPK 3 unit and to create the most effective solution to be applied while overcoming the 18C3101-2 blower engine breakdown in the NPK 3 unit. Problem of this study is what caused a breakdown of the 18C3101-2 blower engine in the NPK unit. This research applies the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method. The result shows that using the Fishbone Diagram approach figuring out the main problem caused troubleshooting of 18C3101-2 blower engine due to a clogged spray nozzle, the main cause of a clogged spray nozzle was the initial setting of spray nozzle pipe installation inefficient. Keywords: Rotary equipment, unschedule shutdown, Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Abstract

Many factors influence a student's success in the academic world. One of them is the role of the lecturer in providing direction or guidance on the problems experienced by students while on campus. Lecturers who act like this are called academic advisors. Lecturers in the formation of student behavior are strongly influenced by the ability of lecturers to communicate. Persuasive communication is an effective communication technique in shaping behavior because by using this communication, students can do something they want without feeling burdened and afraid. Forming behavior is an activity of communication and social interaction between lecturers and students to convey their knowledge in small and large groups. In learning activities, there are teaching techniques so that learning objectives can be achieved. Persuasive communication, in this case, is effective enough to influence or shape behavior.

Abstract

In recent years, the behavior of foreign currency exchange rates (FOREX) has attracted a lot of attention from policy makers, investors, academics and regulators because due to its rapidly changing prices. FOREX predicting based on sentiment analysis has attracted a wide variety of research in finance and natural language processing. The availability of news, social media networks, and the rapid development of natural language processing methods result in better predictive performance. However, new studies related on Rupiah (Rupiah is legal money circulating in Indonesia) sentiment and its correlation with other FOREX are still rare and interesting to study.The purpose of this study is to (1) assess the accuracy of predicting Rupiah sentiment using social sentiment analysis and (2) to investigate the correlation between Rupiah sentiment and IDR currency exchange rate. The methodological approach used for this study is based on social sentiment analysis on Twitter and Pearson correlation.The result of this study is (1) from the seven models that we compared, the Decision Tree (DT) and Random Forest (RF) algorithm models have the best accuracy to avoid misclassification based on AUC. The accuracy measured by F1-score has values of 92.13% for both DT and RF, and (2) Rupiah sentiment has a strong positive correlation with USD (P-value: 0.017, r-value: 0.421) and SAR (P-value: 0.016, r-value: 0.419) exchange rate. On the other hand, Rupiah sentiment has a low significant negative correlation with AUD (P-value: 0.051, r-value: -0.403) and EUR (P-value: 0.079, r-value: -0.479). Rupiah sentiment also has a low but positive correlation with MYR (P-value: 0.073, r-value: 0.180) and is not significant with SGD (P-value: 0.119, r-value: -0.348) although it has a positive correlation. The strong positive correlation represents that the more positive Rupiah sentiment on Twitter, the stronger IDR exchange rate against another foreign currency, and vice versa.

Abstract

The easiest way to introduce information to the public is to use technological developments, currently technology is a part of everyday life. Technology is needed in all fields, one of which is in the field of education, for the information society education is needed to know the condition of education in Indonesia, because education is a very important factor for society to increase intelligence, other factors with the use of technology are the most important. much needed by using technological facilities utilizing both desktop and web-based applications can help human activities. so in the world of education also keep abreast of developments, because of current demands that require society to better understand technological developments, schools need to continue to innovate in improving services and more comprehensive interaction with student guardians in particular and society in general. One of them is by utilizing internet media (school website). Departing from these needs, schools need to have media that can be used as a means of interaction between the school and the community and as a means of school existence in cyberspace, and to introduce schools to the community, schools must also be able to provide facilities that are easily known, one of which is using website. With a website, more information about the school can be provided to the public. In addition, the website also raises the status of the school.

Abstract

Consumer purchases are influenced by four main psychological factors including motivation, perception, learning, and beliefs and attitudes. The desire or motivation of consumers to make purchases according to certain needs and times. So that the perception of a motivated consumer will be ready to act to make a purchase, and usually consumers will be motivated based on the influence of perception on a particular situation. Here the company wants to increase consumer or buyer satisfaction and the label is a part of the product in the form of a description of both pictures and words which functions as a source of product and seller information. Labels generally contain information in the form of product names or brands, raw materials, composition additives, nutritional information, expiration dates, product contents, and legality information. performance achievement of company targets. Abstract

The current increase in the number of unemployed is one of the impacts of the low qualifications of graduates so that they are not absorbed in the job market and this is a very serious problem and requires special handling and strategies to be overcome. SMK as an educational institution that produces a skilled workforce still leaves a number of problems related to skills that link and match with the world of work. It is hoped that the role of practitioners in the industrial world will be an alternative solution to this problem. This research is a type of research and development or Research and Development (R&D). The research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques in this study carried out through library survey activities, observation by observing the learning process, distributing questionnaires and documenting activities. Abstract

One aspect of transportation that concerns the lives of many people is public transportation. Public transportation is vital in people's lives, especially in urban areas, including Palembang. In line with the development of time, public transit in Palembang City continues to make updates, including the availability of Musi Emas feeder city transportation which serves seven corridors, and 2 of them are the Talang Kelapa - Punti Kayu corridor and the Hajj Dormitory - Semarang Borang with the application of buy the service. This study aims to analyze the performance of Musi Emas Palembang feeder city transportation. The type of research used is descriptive, with primary and secondary data sources. Performance evaluation is analyzed by comparing the findings in the field with Minimum Service Standard (SPM) regulations that apply to the parameters of travel time, travel speed, load factor, and headway time. The results showed that the travel time and speed performance met the minimum standards, while the load factor needed improvement. As for headway time, it can be more optimized.
