The weakness of the management and supervision system for places where floods often occur is the trigger for the many losses experienced by the community. If you look at what the government did after the disaster occurred, the government only provided assistance and unsustainable countermeasures. A flood detection device based on a microcontroller has been made, in general this flood detection tool is designed using an ATMega 8535 microcontroller, sr04 Ultrasonic Sensor, Buzzer, Keypad, and 2x16 LCD. Through the Keypad we input the distance detected by the sensor and if the distance of the flood hazard is detected then the height is displayed via the LCD and then the buzzer makes a sound as a warning of a flood. Safinah Book is a book that contains material jurisprudence, the work of Sheikh Salim Bin Sumair Al-Hadhromiy, until now it is still frequently studied by Muslims both in villages and in cities. Learning the Safinah Book is an important thing for Muslims.This book consists of 6 chapters, namely: chapter of monotheism, chapter of thaharoh, chapter of prayer, chapter of janazah, chapter of zakat and chapter of fasting. Because it is supported by rapidly increasing technological developments, finally all human activities can be assisted by digital media, this is certainly true in the field of Islamic religion. Therefore, researchers realized the importance of this occasion, to create an application that can be used anywhere and anytime as a learning tool for the Safinah book independently. This application development using methods developed MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) version of the Luther-Sutopo. This research produces a product multimedia learning of the Safinah Sunda book based on Android designed using Adobe Animate software. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of the attitude component on employee commitment. The researcher's approach uses a survey approach conducted on employees of microfinance institutions in the city of Bandung. Respondents who were willing to fill out the research questionnaire were 78 employees. Researchers used path analysis to determine the magnitude of the influence of the attitude component on employee work commitment to answer the problem formulation. The results of the study indicate that the attitude component has a significant effect on work commitment. Therefore, the study results recommend the relevant parties to improve employee work attitudes so that work commitment can achieve optimally. Payroll or salary management is a process of remuneration by an organization to employees as someone who contributes to the achievement of organizational goals. Employee payroll data processing system at Pt. Wieebu Indoedu is still simple. Each month's employee data is still recorded in a special book, and to submit proof of salary reports is still conventional. The problem that arises is the inconsistency of data that can cause data duplication, if the search for data takes a very long time because it still uses conventional systems, and data security is still not guaranteed. Therefore, the authors make a web-based payroll information system design. The method used is the waterfall method using system developer tools in the form of ERD and LRS. The design of this system is a solution to solving problems that occur in the payroll process at Pt.Wieebu Indeedu, with this system making activities more effective and efficient in work. This study departs from the existence of problems in employee job satisfaction, which indicate the non-optimal work commitment of employees. Instead, this study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of organizational commitment components on employee job satisfaction—this research conduct at two sub-district offices in Bandung. To determine the magnitude of the influence of the organizational commitment component on employee job satisfaction, the researcher used a quantitative approach by testing a sample of 57 employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The study results show that the organizational commitment component affects job satisfaction by 68.7%, the remaining 31.3% is influenced by other factors not examined. The study results recommend that the leadership pay more attention to increasing employee commitment so that employee job satisfaction can fulfill. The development of the Gemanurani Integrated Islamic School information system encountered obstacles because it was carried out based on the personal needs of the developer at that time. So that the development carried out is not necessarily appropriate or has optimal benefit value in the future. Along the way, there have been many changes to forms, reports to system procedures. This shows that the development of the information system is not based on existing needs, so management is difficult to make decisions. Gemanurani Integrated Islamic School started the development of Information Systems for New Student Admissions (PSB), Finance, Administration (TU), Study Programs (PRODI), Students and Teachers without Human Resources Development (HRD). One of HRD's routine tasks is payroll where the implementation is still manually using MS. Excel, problems often arise when calculating teacher intervals, teachers across school programs and employee deductions. By prioritizing the development of a payroll information system that suits the needs, it is hoped that it will facilitate the HRD department in processing employee and teacher salaries. Departing from the phenomenon of a decline in product sales indicated by customer complaints regarding product quality, the researchers conducted a study to determine what factors shape the quality of automotive products seen from customers' perceptions who have made product purchases. The survey approach carries to answer research questions. Respondents are customers who have made a purchase, while the number of respondents is 104 people. Researchers use factor analysis techniques to determine the factors that shape product quality. The study results indicate that three factors make up the reputation, variety, and prospects. This study aims to create a system according to the needs of collectors, optimize the input of visit reports that can be accessed on each collector's cellphone and there is information on the results of bills from each collector both from the results of daily bills and the final results of billing and TL (Team Leader) can monitor collector visits via GPS tracking. The benefits of this research can be a solution to the problem of collector visits and help the Team Leader of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk so that work becomes more effective and can make it easier for collectors to input visit reports. Descriptive research method with data collection techniques, interviews with the authorities. The location of this research is in Bank Central Asia (BCA), especially in the credit card billing section. AHASS Munjul Motor is an official Honda bicycle workshop which is engaged in the maintenance of Honda motorcycles and serves the purchase of Honda motorcycle parts. AHASS Munjul Motor provides a variety of genuine Honda motorcycle parts. In ordering parts to suppliers for ordering purposes, AHASS Munjul Motor still uses the manual method. This requires a long time so that the work becomes less effective. Often asking for errors in ordering parts fo suppliers. Restful web services are the standard for conducting data between applications or systems. This research implemented a quiet web service to integrate the AHASS munjul motor systems with the system supplier. Providing, providing AHASS munjul motorcycles in ordering spare parts and maing it easier for suppliers to accept spare parts orders. BPK PENABUR HOLIS high school is a private school located in the city of Bandung. BPK PENABUR HOLIS senior high school is engaged in education. Information Systems and Information Technology is a basic requirement and has been applied in schools, but not all parts of implementing information systems as a result of data and information needs are not integrated, so that business process activities are not running effectively. To overcome this, by planning an enterprise architecture that can integrate existing systems with systems that will be built. This methodology uses the TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method) in collecting data using qualitative methods based on a description of the actual conditions by means of Literature Studies and interviews. The results of this study are the proposed blueprint of information systems and information technology that are needed now and in the future for business activity strategies at BPK PENABUR HOLIS high schools.
