Abstract

Abstrak In the Quran, the marriage relationship is described as one with "tranquility," "love" and "mercy." Elsewhere in the Quran, husband and wife are described as "garments" for each other (2: 187). Islamic marriage is thus structured through legally-enforceable rights and duties of both parties. In an atmosphere of love and respect, these rights and duties provide a framework for the balance of family life and the fulfillment of both partners. Although many Muslims may right now be in failing marriages and on a fast track to divorce and its terrible consequences, there are many ways to put their marriage back on the right track if the husband and wife are sincere in their desire to reconcile. The Prophet Muhammad SAW never mistreated his wives. He is reported to have said: How could they beat their women in daytime as slaves and then sleep with them in the night?" The Prophet Muhammad SAW, is the most excellent example as father and husband. He was very kind and tolerant towards his wives. We can see that the Messenger was the perfect head of family. Managing many women with ease, being a lover of their hearts, an instructor of their minds, an educator of their souls, he never neglected the affairs of the nation nor compromised his duties. The following is a discussion of the guidelines in protecting the integrity of the family against various problems and shock as well as how to cope, according to the prophetic tradition (hadîts) of Muhammad SAW with a thematic approach.Kata Kunci: Hadits, Konflik, dan Nusûz

Abstract

Abstrak Humanity cannot live without nature, but nature can live without humanity. For Wordsworth, nature is not something to be consumed and exploited, but nature is something that leads man to the universal soul. He makes use of his great descriptive talents to portray that humanity is losing its connected feeling with nature by following the materialistic ideals of getting and spending. When earth being exploited mercilessly and violently by man, nature adjusts himself in his own way; were by humans often called disasters, such as floods, landslides, global warming, and so on. Indeed, sometimes the disasters caused by human activities through their world view, which sees human beings as the centre of the universe, as the impact of a anthropocentrism philosophy. Inevitably, this philosophy then led science and technology that will damage the environment. Therefore, Islamic higher education institutions (IAIN, UIN, STAIN, and STAI), should respond these questions by creating The Environmental Integral Education.

In term of professional zakat, a profession is classified into two catagories which are: first, personal private profession; and second, the profession that depend on other people or institution. Abstract

Abstrak Female circumcision is a present muslim societies’ tradition since ancient to modern times. Some moslem scholars say women do not need to be circumcised, but many other scholars argue for female circumcision law is mandatory. They argue with hadith narrated by Abu Dawood from Umu Athiyah and narrated by Ahmad from Osama. Scientifically studied these hadits is dha’if can not be used as a basis in determining the proposition or obligation circumcision for girls. If at the time of the Prophet Muhammad ever set of female circumcision, it should be understood only as his ijtihad itself, not as a permanent Sunnah, and just because people not be continue it. This is the wisdom of the Prophet who want to make changes to the tradition but performed by gradual and without causing chaos.

Beyond these competencies, several teacher communication behaviors andstrategies must be learned to enhance student learning. What teachers need to know obviously goes beyondhow to enhance self-presentation, how to keepstudents on task, and how to manage studentresistance. Effective communication includes muchmore than simple knowledge transmission. This articlewill discusses somethings related to teacher studentcommunication.
