Abstract

The concept of Among system is a education system that support values of humanities and democracy. It is still relevant to be implemented in Islamic education for future. The analyzing showed that the concept of Among system will bring a new paradigm in the learning process of Islamic education to make a revolution from traditional learning process.  In the new paradigm, teacher is not only one source of science but also the student must have a critical thinking. So that, curriculum development of Islamic education will be centered in skill and transfer the values of religion.

Abstract

Quantitatively, amount of madrasah which increasing since decade 1990-an, hence policy require to be strategic to the make-up of its quality. One of the effort with believed to become strategic step develop;build quality of madrasah is require to perform of accreditation of madrasah periodical. performed of the accreditation program expected can reach standard is quality of which is specified and in turn can improve quality of good madrasah at quality of quality and also institute all educative participant to be able to reach efficacy of education. Accreditation system play role which do not only is important, but strategic also. That strategic role for example is, First: giving comprehensive information to society (stakeholders) concerning certain madrasah. Second, as starting point all educationist and all builder of madrasah in analysing and giving solution to problem of faced by madrasah. Third, as a means of operation of quality. Accurate information which got from accreditation will become starting point to pertinent madrasah to conduct internally of review able to be made by directive in make-up of quality.Keywords: Accreditation, Madrasah

Abstract

Learning is not had to use reference books, books dictate, and various books that fit with the material. Learning methods can hear, see or daydreaming the subjects. How to learn something like that could be obtained by seeing or hearing other people's experiences. Experiences can be gained from the other person will create excitement for learning mathematics and foster good mental, especially those are known as leaders in mathematics and other scientists. In addition, the study by first identifying the correct way of learning can encourage understanding how to learn mathematics is good, able to understand the scientific definition, characteristics, and description of mathematics. So that people will not be wrong to choose how to learn, able to know the strategies and methods of mathematics will have an impact also on our favorite mathematics.Key word: learning, mathematics

Kuttab is fist Islamic education institute, the learning is simple system; reading, writing, physical exercise and skill. This institute development potency with Islamic character. The curriculum balanced intellectuality and spirituality. This article gives information about the firs institute education and scientific tradition in Islam. Abstract

Madrasah exhibition is an attempt of Islamic educational institution to acquaint itself to public till people know of its existence, advantages and superiority than the other schools. The exhibition is expected to demonstrate excellences of madrasah that will change public views so far, which are assumed madrasah is identical as backward, dirty and not advanced. Madrasah excellences are displayed on the society will make people excited and interested in Islamic educational institutions. Abstract

Change is an important term in this era. Change is a phenomenon that able to seen in various aspects such as politic, economic, social, and education. Political reform or education reform  that make a trend in the world, actually speak about change. This paper examines education reform in Australia. This study shows several aspect on that phenomenon. First, education reform in Australia influenced by spreading of neoliberalism trend in the world with a famous term: new public management paradigm. As member of OECD, Australia must develop and modernize its education as well as  in New Zealand, England, Japan, and USA.  Second,  education reform needed for competing in globalization era. Relation of education with increasing human resources is an important factor that encourage education reform. Third, education reform in Australia include two aspect: managerial aspect and content of education (curriculum).       Keyword: Reform, Education, New Public Management.

Abstract

Basic motor ability is the ordinary potency students do to improve the quality of life. Basic motor ability is divided to three categories namely: locomotor, nonlocomotor, and manipulative. Motor ability at all age levels will increase if it’s done through a learning process as learning Physical Education in schools. Motor skills can be coached to improve ability of madrasah children among others: basic motor run, walk, throw, jump, gymnastics, and sports games. Basic motor skills can help developing students toward perfection level of motor in accordance with their age level. Coaching of basic motor skill level is expected students to gain a good development level of motor.Key word: Basic Motor, Sports

Abstract

This article tries to discuss policy of international school that is the government's efforts to improve the quality of Indonesian education for belonging competitiveness among an others countries in the global era. One of them adopts international standards of OECD members as a key factor in addition as well as uses national education standards. In practice, international school policy starts to look some weaknesses, both conceptual and learning system. Like proverb says ‘there is no ivory that is not cracked’, so the government should perform various steps to improve the concept of international school by involving the various elements of education stakeholders and conduct in-depth research before the policy is decided.Key word: School, Madrasah, International
