Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to Optimize Parking Levy Collection in Increasing Local Revenue and To Know What Factors Affect Parking Levy Collection. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The number of informants in this study was 5 people. The results of the study explained that the Optimization of Parking Levy Collection in Increasing Local Revenue is quite good, In the collection of parking fees the Kendari City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency (BP2RD) of Kendari City has tried to carry out its duties, especially in achieving parking targets, even though it still encounters several obstacles in implementation of parking levies collection.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Principal's Leadership Role in Improving Teacher Performance in Towea 3 Primary School Towea District Muna District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The informants in this study were all teachers / staff of Towea 3 Primary School, totaling 6 people as respondents. In addition, 1 informant was used, namely the School Principal. Data collection techniques using field observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of principal leadership in improving teacher performance at SD Negeri 3 Towea can be assessed from three indicators, namely the role as interpersonal, information, and decision making. The role of the principal's leadership as interpersonal can be concluded by several indicators, namely as a symbol of the organization (figurehead), as a leader (leader) and as a liaison (liasion). The leadership role of the principal as informational is said to be good. This can be seen as the role of monitor and spokesperson where the principal disseminates information to teachers at SD Negeri 3 Towea. The role of the principal as a decision-making is said to be still not optimal in this case as the role of entrepreneur where the principal makes decisions by involving teachers and there is no assertiveness. As a negotiator's role (negotiation), it is said to be maximal, where the principal always negotiates with other organizations.

Abstract

This research aims to know and describe the application of human relation leadership in PT. Persero Jasa Raharja Sultra Branch, to know and describe the quality of service at PT. Persero Jasa Raharja Sultra Branch. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive, the informant in this research is head of chairman of PT. Persero Jasa Raharja Sultra Branch, Mobile Service PT. Persero Jasa Raharja Sultra Branch, 3 people as Additional informen. Primary and secondary data sources. Technical interview, observation and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used in qualitative descriptive research. The results showed that the application of human relation leadership of PT. Persero Jasa Raharja Sultra Branch is considered not good enough. The implementation of the human relation leadership concept has not been fully implemented, where the level of implementation can be seen from several dimensions, namely: (1) communication (2) motivation (3) responsibility (4) empathy. Through the implementation of human relation of leadership in PT. Persero Jasa Raharja Sultra Branch is considered not yet able to encourage in improving the quality of service to the community. The quality of service has not been carried out completely, so it is considered not good enough, where the quality of service indicators consist of: (1) effective (2) simple (3) openness (4) responsive.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of the management of the village owned enterprises in increasing the village's original income in the village Wataliku District Kabangka Muna District. The methods used in this study are qualitative descriptive. Research location of Wataliku Village Kabangka District, Muna Regency. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. In the process of data collection techniques used methods are observation methods, interviews, and documentation. Data obtained further processed using qualitative descriptive method is then directed to answer the problem in this research. Then it can be concluded that the implementation of the management of the village owned enterprises in increasing the village's original income to the village Wataliku is good enough because in the implementation is done in four stages namely, planning, organizing, mobilization, supervision.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the Performance of Family Planning Field Extension Workers in Polinggona Subdistrict, Kolaka Regency and To find out the factors that influence the Performance of Family Planning Field Extension Workers in Polinggona District, Kolaka District. Data collection techniques carried out by library research and field research, while data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the documentation and interview observation techniques carried out at Polinggona District on Analysis of the performance of family planning counselors can be concluded that the performance of family planning counselors has been running quite well in terms of quality and quantity which shows that the performance of the The family planning field counselor has carried out his duties ranging from counseling to evaluation can be proven from interview quotes, from several informants, documentation and from relevant data. Then there are still several factors that inhibit the occurrence of counseling including inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as human resources that are still less skilled due to the lack of training provided. Then it can be concluded that the Performance of Family Planning Field Extension has been going quite well.

Abstract

This study aims to see the quality of public services organized by the Marobo District Government of Muna Regency and the factors that affect the quality of public services. This type of research uses qualitative methods. The data research technique was carried out through literature and field studies in the form of observations, interviews, agency data and documentation. The results showed that the quality of public services at the Marobo sub-district office in Muna Regency was good. This gives people satisfaction who feel comfortable when receiving services such as services that do not take time, tariffs for services are appropriate, and document security in the office is good. Meanwhile, the factors that affect the quality of public services at the Marobo sub-district office, Muna Regency, are inadequate work facilities that support the quality of service so that it has an impact on the quality of public services. This is a response to the shortage of seats, the absence of air conditioning and television at the Marobo sub-district office in Muna Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management information system at the Kendari City Kadia sub-district office and to determine the effectiveness of the work of employees at the Kendari City Kadia sub-district office. The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive method that seeks to describe the intended phenomenon. The data obtained from the results of interviews with informants are 3 people directly involved in implementing the implementation of management information systems on employee work effectiveness. Then the data obtained is then analyzed and then interpreted and drawn a conclusion. The results of this study are based on the results of the analysis and discussion that have been voiced, that the Analysis of Management Information Systems on Employee Work Effectiveness at the District Office of Kadia Kendari that the management information system consists of functionality, professionalism and quality. Then the effectiveness of employee work consists of productivity, motivation and work environment.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the role of the principal in improving the performance of the study teachers at SMPN 9 Kendari . The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive method that seeks to describe the intended phenomenon. The data obtained from interviews with informants, namely 4 people who know about the role of the principal in improving teacher performance. Then the data obtained is then analyzed and interpreted and a conclusion is drawn. The results of this study are based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been voiced, that the role of the principal in improving the performance of study teachers at SMPN 9 Kendari consists of 2 indicators, namely the role of the principal consisting of educator (educator), manager (manager), administrator, supervisor (supervisor), leader (leader), and innovator (innovator). Then the employee teacher performance consists of ability (ability) and motivation (motivation).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) on Community Empowerment in Tridana Mulya Village, Landono District, Konawe Selatan Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the role of village-owned enterprises is always communicative and responsive to subordinates so that the implementation of service tasks can be carried out properly by providing the widest possible opportunity for village officials to be actively involved in the process of achieving goals. BUMDES and people who need credit for saving and loan capital sometimes communicate ineffective. Community Empowerment with the strengthening of community institutions in the village of Tridana Mulya so that the community can easily channel their aspirations so that their needs can be identified and followed up by community participation in the economic development process in empowering the community and encouraging the independence of the village community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the effectiveness of the implementation of women's creative economic business development programs and describe the contribution of women's creative economic business development programs in an effort to improve the family welfare of women economic entrepreneurs fostered by the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning in Southeast Sulawesi Province with the research method used is descriptive qualitative, is a description of the results of observations, interviews and documentation studies, the data that has been obtained will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form, The results showed that the implementation of the women's creative economy business development program at the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection of Population Control and Family Planning of Southeast Sulawesi Province was quite effective, the dimensions of capital assistance for program implementation had been carried out quite well, the dimensions of assistance in the construction of infrastructure facilities had not been well organized , the dimensions of program assistance have been implemented quite well, then the dimension of institutional strengthening of the program has been implemented quite well, and from the dimension of strengthening program partnerships it has been implemented quite well, the existence of the program has contributed positively in supporting aspects of family welfare for good business people in the form of additional income to meet daily needs both in the form of an increase in basic needs and can meet expenses - expenses other than basic matters such as health costs and also costs family education.
