Abstract

In the ultimate moment, advertising scope as more as growth dynamically even more so important to be marketed through internet facility by online on a lot of social media. Advertising marketing by online willy nilly is urgent’s needs for information society, especially for business player such as investor or advertising producer. The dynamic growing of online advertising has made advertising marketing as more as competitive in the social media market too. One of that’s to apply the content marketing of the advertising products such as ultimate advertising marketing strategy.

Abstract

Modernization of information and communication technology at least has a few significant implication for citizen journalism activities. Hence, citizen journalism can make a revitalization to positionate its excistance democracy pillar on the online world. Citizen journalism on the other side, has important roles to supply and accommodate the public aspiration too to make democracy could be affirmated when the state can make accommodative and transparent communication with the society (citizen).

Abstract

Paradigma New Public Service (NPS) sebagai kajian ilmu administrasi publik modern saat ini, menempatkan isu kinerja pelayanan organisasi publik sebagai isu utama yang menarik untuk dijadikan diskursus. Pergeseran paradigma dari New Public Management (NPM) yang orientasinya kepada kepuasan pelanggan kepada  paradigma New Public Service (NPS) yang lebih menekankan pada aspek kualitas pelayanan publik dengan mengutamakan hasil akhir (outcome) yang berguna bagi masyarakat, kualitas dan nilai,  produk dan keterikatan terhadap norma.Relevansi teoritiknya adalah bahwa administrator publik modern harus mampu berperan aktif membangun paham kolektif tentang kepentingan publik. Tujuannya bukan untuk menemukan solusi yang cepat atas dasar pilihan seseorang, akan tetapi untuk membangun kreasi lahirnya kepentingan dan tanggung jawab bersama.

Abstract

Human relation is a persuasive communication held by one to other in face to face and work situation and in a work organization. It aims at stimulating a strong desire to  work enthusiastically based on a productive cooperation. Human relation can also mean a persuasive communication one to another in all situation and all aspect of life that create satisfaction between two sides. In a persuasive communication message delivery done by persuading, ensuring, and enticing etc. until awareness to change emerged voluntarily within communicant without any force.In working situation, leaders conduct an insane and persuasive communication, or in other words as a communicator, leaders send their message ethically and emphatically. In so doing, employments as communicant feel happy to undertake what the leaders wished. Technically, red heering, pay off idea, cognitive dissonance and icing are some technics that can be appied in persuasive communication activities.

Abstract

This study focuses on how the public sphere articulated and played by a state leader(President). In connection with it, it aims to unveil the efforts of the stateleader who articulates and plays the public sphere. The method of this study is focused on the type of qualitative research with a critical analysisof JurgenHabermas’s perspectivewhich concentrateswith the notion of the public sphere as a communicative action that accentuates an analysis of the social reality built by the State. The results of this study explains that the idea of public sphereundergoes a significant change that no longer place people as its main subject, but also get the state involved into the rotation of this public sphere through internalizing the State as a subject that should be heard and protected, not to mention as the object of talk. The implication of this study is to demonstrate that public sphere will be more accommodating to individuals or groups who are good at playing the discursivesof grass root people.

Abstract

Rituality of barazanji is connotatively defined as the medium of transfer of moral values through interaction of duality, ie from the actor to the listener and the audience of historic speech. The admiration of the greatness of personality and the height of the morality of the Apostle is the main menu that is proclaimed. With that content so that barazanji readings can be accepted by every level of social stratification in the country until now. The simultaneous and progressive economic, social and cultural globalization of all civilizations in the world does not necessarily deconstruct this tradition from the trough of the consensus of the local community. The only clarified distortion is the reproductive delay of barazanji script memorization as the effect of globalization. The cluster of Ara and Bira village communities is a community that can not be isolated or even legitimized from the tradition of barzanji readings. Each life cycle is legitimized with a moral chant of barzanji.

Abstract

The concept of khilafah which became a debate among the public triggered several conflicts in Indonesia. This concept does not escape the system of government of the country. If you look back at the history of Islam where the Prophet Muhammad held the "Medina Charter", then the glory of Islam at that time did not escape from a just government without seeing the religion adopted. Therefore religious animation "Islamic State" created by CISform and PPIM became education and provided an overview of the current Indonesian government. From here arises several questions. What is the ideology behind making religious animations "Islamic State"? Is religious animation "Islamic State" able to reduce radical information that is increasingly prevalent in online media? This research is complemented by the opinions of leaders about the Islamic State. Likewise with the understanding of the basic meaning of khilafah. Through religious animation "Islamic State", they have the aim of counteracting radicalism in society. So that the conclusions from this study are based on the theoretical framework used.

Abstract

The concept of Advocacy Journalism is a genre of journalism that does not speak of the journalist's objectivity. This concept wants journalists not only to provide information related to certain issues, but also to provide advocacy, choose sources that have a same interest, and try to provide solutions in news. One issue that should be carried out with advocacy journalism is the issue of child marriage in South Sulawesi. Interestingly, this issue was covered by male journalists in onlime mass media. However, with a perspective that emphasizes the principle of advocacy, and then their coverage becomes important to provide further understanding regarding the situation that should be resolved. Moreover, one of the targets of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia is to eliminate all forms of practices that are harmful to women such as early marriage and female circumcision. Abstract

This research discusses three things. 1) the characteristics of the system (process and structure) in the inheritance of knowledge, skills and values in improving the entrepreneurial competence of the workforce; 2) the possibility of wide application in the interests of developing labor competencies (in Bulukumba Regency) 3) influential factors in question include: the potential of LW, workforce personality, leadership skills, availability of raw materials. 3) Entrepreneurial competencies include: skills to recognize and use production tools, skills to choose and recognize raw materials that are suitable for making or producing something, making something that is marketable as a source of livelihood, making according to the tastes of buyers and business management skills. The object of research is Phinisi boat workers in Bulukumba. As a result, the process of applying the dakwah model in LW is: the courtier (coach) gives an explanation, examples, and duties of mustard listening, seeing and paying attention, then he does something according to the explanation heard by imitating the example he sees. The effectiveness of the Dakwah LW model in enhancing the entrepreneurial attitudes of the workforce in Bonto Bahari Sub-district, Bulukumba Regency, can be seen from the special characteristics of LW as a forum for labor development: (1) fostering workforce learning workforce (workforce-work skills through work processes), (2) the results in the form of production skills make mustard must not depend on the availability of employment because they have their own jobs, and (3) the sign (token) is not a diploma, but the skills of production.

Abstract

Citizen journalism is a development of the journalistic world that allows consumers to create their own news media. The development is also adopted by Solopos through the rubric of Citizen Journalism. With their Rubric Citizen journalism is expected Solopos newspaper will be a public space as it has aspired by Habermas. Reality is what will be appointed by the researchers about how citizen journalist motivation in sending the news on Solopos daily newspaper as well as how the practice of public space on the rubric of citizen journalism Solopos daily newspaper. In this study, researchers used the theory proposed by Maslow's motivation as well as public spaces Jürgen Habermas's theory to analyze the problems researchers used a qualitative research method with descriptive approach. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews and documentation. As for the sample using purposive sampling by taking six citizen journalistic criteria senders delivered news intents with the number of items of more than 25 news, was the shipment of 12-15 news and news rarely with 1-4 posts in one year. The second criterion is willing and capable of being informants of the study. Broadly speaking, the results of this study showed that of the five motivational hierarchy proposed by Maslow, there are two motivations citizen journalist in sending the news that the motive for rewards and motives of self-actualization.
