An ideal example is Karangtinoto Village in Tuban Regency which has successfully produced 7,780 tons of rice in one harvest and the rapid development of local businesses. This success is partly due to optimal training of farmers and entrepreneurs. Unfortunately, these efforts have not been evenly implemented, including in the neighboring village of Banjararum, causing massive economic inequality between the two. The aim of the research itself is to identify the village's economic potential, the role and economic impact of education in society. This research uses a qualitative phenomenology. Data collecting method were using interview, observation and questionnaire techniques, given to key informants, namely five residents with different professions to represent the economic conditions of Banjararum Village. The data analysis technique used is analysis using the Miles & Hubberman framework and triangulation. From this, the results obtained are that in the agricultural sector changes are needed in the form of training to optimize agricultural products according to the capacity of residents, while from the local business side, training is needed that focuses on the craft sector and street businesses to advance the village economy which is not yet running well. Keywords: Economics of education, Village potential, Phenomenology, Village economy

Abstract

MSMEs in Banten tend to have marketing strategies that are less flexible in facing market changes. The rapid development of digital technology and increasingly complex consumer behavior requires a new marketing approach. To overcome this problem, this research examined how digital marketing and market orientation can influence the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Banten. This research used a quantitative approach with a population of 3.174 MSME enterprises engaged in KBLI-10 or the food industry in Banten Province. Through multistage sampling with purposive sampling and proportional random sampling methods, 347 MSME actors were identified as respondents in this study. Data were collected using a survey/questionnaire method and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed that digital marketing and market orientation positively and significantly affected competitive advantage, both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, this research implies that the more MSMEs focus on increasing digital marketing efforts and market orientation, the greater the opportunity to improve the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Banten Province. Keywords: Digital Marketing; Market Orientation; MSMEs (Micro, Small,                         and Medium Enterprises).

Abstract

One of the phenomena currently occurring is the rise of Korean food culture among Indonesian people. Indonesian people who like watching K-Dramas and following K-Pop trends are often interested in trying foods that often appear in dramas or uploaded by K-Pop idols. This research aims to assess the extent to which food quality, sub-culture and situational factors influence consumer preferences in terms of changing behavior and purchasing decisions. The research methodology used in this research is a quantitative method with quantitative data originating from primary and secondary data sources with statistical analysis using an inferential approach to produce clear and accurate research. The research findings indicate that food quality and situational factors individually do not significantly influence Indonesian purchasing decisions, with significance values of 0.125 and 0.116 respectively. Conversely, subculture significantly impacts purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000. In the simultaneous test, food quality, subculture, and situational factors collectively significantly influence purchasing decisions, as demonstrated by an F value of 21.116 with a significance value of 0.000 in the ANOVA test. Additionally, the coefficient of determination reveals that 53.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions is explained by food quality, subculture, and situational factors, leaving the remainder to be explained by other unstudied factors. Keywords: Globalization, Factors, Consumer Behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to investigate the influence of theThis study aims to investigate the influence of the interaction between learning motivation and problem-solving skills in IPS education at SMP FK Bina Muda Cicalengka. Utilizing a quantitative approach and experimental design with a factorial model of 2^3, this research involved two groups: an experimental group (31 students) and a control group (32 students). Data collection methods included observation, documentation, IPS tests (Pretest and Posttest), and questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with multivariate analysis methods using One-Way ANOVA tests and supported by SPSS 26.0 software. The research findings indicate a significant improvement in problem-solving skills in the experimental group using Problem-Based Learning (PBL) compared to the control group using Project-Based Learning (PjBL), particularly in the context of learning motivation interaction. Descriptive statistics show a higher average normalized improvement score in the experimental group (0.8424) compared to the control group (0.7092), demonstrating the superior efficacy of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in enhancing problem-solving skills. The comparison of One-Way ANOVA tests for Problem-Based Learning and Project-Based Learning in enhancing students' problem-solving skills shows significant differences. The One-Way ANOVA test results for PBL indicate (Frequency=42.232, sig<0.000). On the other hand, the One-Way ANOVA test for PjBL shows (Frequency=4.911, sig<0.014). This suggests that both PBL and PjBL have significant impacts on improving students' problem-solving skills, but the effects vary depending on students' learning motivation levels. Furthermore, the interaction effect test shows results (Frequency = 4.415, sig= 0.016<0.05), indicating an interaction effect between PBL and PjBL influenced by learning motivation levels. This emphasizes the efficacy of PBL in engaging learners and improving problem-solving skills, as well as the importance of considering teaching methods and students' motivational factors in lesson planning. Keywords: Interaction of learning motivation, problem-solving skills, Social Studies, experimental approach, factorial design.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine various strategies for internalizing the disciplinary character of junior high school students applied by schools and teachers in order to create effective learning in the classroom. This is based on violations committed by students, even though school rules have been applied. Through the instillation of discipline in students, it is hoped that self-awareness will emerge to comply with applicable rules/norms, not because of a sense of compulsion to obey applicable rules/norms.  This type ofresearch is descriptive qualitative research, where the data collected are data from observations in the field, and interviews with principals, curriculum wakasek, student affairs, teachers, and students, as well as from literature that supports the concept of internalization of disciplinary character. The data validity technique used is a triangulation technique. Data analysis is carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that there are three approaches in internalizing the disciplinary character of students in SMP Negeri 3 Sumber, namely the school culture approach, Classroom Management/Climate, and social-emotional development through extracurricular activities and social care movements. As for the implementation of the strategy of internalizing the character of student discipline, there are no violations that exceed reasonable limits such as drugs and others, but they have not been 100% successful, there are still those who violate school rules. The obstacles that cause it are lack of cooperation between parents and the school, social and conformity factors, difficult transportation, and mediocre family economy. Keywords: strategy, internalization, disciplined character.

This research used data collection techniques through questionnaires, observations and interviews. The sample studied was 100 Serviceman respondents (Technicians and Senior Technicians) at PT Trakindo Utama Sumbagsel. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression methods. The research results on the Training variable (X1) have a positive and significant influence on Serviceman Performance (Y) at PT Trakindo Utama Sumbagsel. The Competency variable (X2) does not have a positive and significant influence on Serviceman Performance (Y) at PT Trakindo Utama Sumbagsel.
