Alfi Nura, Pengaruh Work Life Balance Terhadap Attracting And Retaining Talent Â pada Perusahaan IT di Jakarta. Di bawah bimbingan:Â Prof. Dr. Hj. Tjutju Yuniarsih, MPd, Prof. Dr. H. Disman, M.S, Prof. Dr. H. Eeng Ahman, M.S.Â Komitmen yang tinggi dari karyawan bertalenta dalam memenuhi tujuan dan keinginan perusahaan, sering mengabaikan Work Life Balance (WLB) karyawan tersebut. Etos kerja yang sudah tertanam untuk menjaga pride harga diri di depan kolega dan Tuhan, menimbulkan semangat yang tinggi untuk terus bekerja keras, meskipun tak jarang harus bekerja secara over time. Namun, hal ini akan berdampak pada WLB karyawan bertalenta, dan WLB tersebut akan mempengaruhi attracting and retaining talent karyawan bertalenta.. WLB dapat berperan dalam membantu mendapatkan strategi yang lebih terfokus, agar perusahaan dapatÂ mempertahankan karyawan yang bertalenta (Deery et al., 2015). Sebagian besar responden melaporkan mengalami kesulitan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (WLB), dan sekitar sepertiga mempertimbangkan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan (Sang et al., 2009). Attracting and Retaining Talent (ART) merupakan salah satu variabel penting yang harus benar-benar dipaerhatikan perusahaan, sebab karyawan bertalenta merupakan key person bagi perusahaan, kehilangan satu talentapun, akan berdampak makro bagi perusahaan. Attracting and retaining talent is concerned with how to become a genuine employer of choise. â€œEmployers of choiseâ€ means an organization that is a great place to work (Baker, 2014). Kinerja keuangan dana pensiun sangat penting untuk diukur sebagai pertanggungjawaban manajemen kepada berbagai pihak yang berkepentingan.. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja keuangan dana pensiun melalui Program Pensiun Manfaat Pasti (PPMP) untuk peserta dan pihak yang berhak. Berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) pada tahun 2013 dan 2016, tingkat pemahaman masyarakat Indonesia terhadap dana pensiun meningkat dari 7,13% tahun 2013 menjadi 10,91% tahun 2016, demikian juga tingkat kepesertaannya meningkat dari 1,53% tahun 2013 menjadi 4,66% tahun 2016. Peserta dana pensiun di Indonesia hanya membayar iuran untuk dana pensiun rata-rata sekitar 3% dari penghasilannya, yang sangat kecil jika dibandingkan dengan Malaysia yang sebesar 12%. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data primer dan sekunder untuk periode 2013 - 2018. Pengukuran kinerja keuangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis tren, analisis profitabilitas, analisis efisiensi, dan pertumbuhan dana pensiun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan Dana Pensiun bank BJB tumbuh dengan baik dari tahun ke tahun, dan rasio kecukupan dana berada dalam keadaan Dana Terpenuhi dan menunjukkan kualitas pendanaan Tingkat I

This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence of irrational behaviour of individual investors in determining investment decisions. The irrational behaviour studied in this article are overconfidence and risk aversion. To increase the complexity, the moderating variables of gender and income level are used to sharpen the influence on investment decisions. The data used are primary data collected from 161 individual investor respondents. The data available in this study were analysed using the Moderated Regression Analysis Technique. From the data processing results, it was found that irrational behaviour proxied by overconfidence and risk aversion has an influence on investors in determining investment decisions. It is proven that risk aversion interacts with gender in influencing investment decisions. At the same time, gender does not interact with the independent variable in influencing investment decisions. JEL : G4, G41

The main problem of this study is the lack of ability to think kriis Elementary School fifth grade students in the learning of Social Sciences. This study uses a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental methods. The study population was the fifth-grade elementary school students in District Ciparay Bandung regency. The sample consisted of 51 students divided into 25 students in the class IV-A as an experimental group and 26 students in the class IV-B as the control group. Instruments used comprises a written test regarding social issues. Quantitative analysis is performed against the average pretest and post test critical thinking skills by using the t-test and Mann Whitney test. The results showed that the differences are critical thinking skills in students using problem-based learning model at initial measurement (pre-test) and the final measurement (post-test). encourage the student can solve his problems with critical thinking, there are no differences in the ability of critical thinking in students who use conventional learning model at initial measurement (pre-test) and the final measurement (post-test), there is an increased critical thinking skill in students whose learning using model-based the problem is higher than students whose learning using conventional learning.

Elementary school students in general are still learning traditionally. Especially elementary school students learn entrepreneurship to train to create value innovations that are valuable independently. However, in this 4.0 era, many elementary students still run entrepreneurship in the traditional way by producing physical works, this is certainly because elementary school students do not experience development with the interference of technology. What should be elementary school students should have started to know technology early on. So, the purpose of this research is to empirically discuss how elementary school students are able to learn entrepreneurship digitally from an early age. With the iLearning method elementary school students are able to develop with a blend of technology 4.0 to create innovative results visually. The presence of the SEP (School Enrichment Program) system which is a bridge for elementary school students in learning entrepreneurship through learning so that they can improve their quality early on. In addition, the gamification techniques that exist in the system make elementary school students significantly more motivated in entrepreneurial learning. The sample data test results show that Cronbach's Alpha 0.702> 0.6 on the SEP system is significantly reliable.

Abstract- This study is to see the impact of entrepreneurship education provided through entrepreneurship courses on entrepreneurial intentions among students in Karawang-West Java. The research model was adopted from Theory Planned Behavior (TPB). The theory of planned behavior includes independent variables, namely attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control. While the dependent variable, entrepreneurial intention is used. Questionnaires were distributed via google form to students who have taken entrepreneurship courses, as many as 115 samples were obtained, and 100 samples that met the criteria were used for processing. Research analysis using SEM PLS found that subjective norms and behavioral control did not affect the intention to entrepreneurship, only attitude that had a significant effect on the intention to entrepreneurship in students. These results prove in the sample taken that the attitude of students more causes entrepreneurial intention, how they are interested in seeing business opportunities, have a positive view of things and always dare to take any risks that come. This finding is expected to change the education plan for entrepreneurship courses, which are expected to include elements to increase interest, think positively, and be optimistic to generate intentions to become an entrepreneur. Abstrak– Penelitian ini untuk melihat dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diberikan melalui mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap niat wirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa di kota Karawang-Jawa Barat. Model penelitian diadopsi dari Theory Planned Behavior (TPB). Aplikasi theory of planned behavior yang meliputi variabel bebas yaitu sikap, norma subyektif dan kontrol perilaku. Sedamngkan variabel terikat, digunakan niat berwirausaha. Kuesioner disebar melalui google form kepada mahasiswa yang sudah menempuh mata kuliah kewirausahaan, sebanyak 115 sample didapatkan, dan digunakan 100 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria untuk diolah. Analisis Penelitian dengan menggunakan SEM PLS, ditemukan bahwa norma subjective dan kontrol perilaku tidak mempengaruhi niat untuk berwirausaha, hanya sikap yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat untuk berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Hasil ini membuktikan pada sampel yang diambil bahwa niat wirausaha lebih disebabkan pada sikap dari mahasiswa , bagaimana mereka tertarik untuk melihat adanya peluang usaha, berpandangan positif terhadap sesuatu dan selalu berani mengambil resiko apapun yang datang. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat merubah rencana pendidikan mata kuliah kewirausahaan yang diharapkan juga dapat memasukkan unsur untuk meningkatkan rasa tertarik, berfikir secara positif dan bersikap optimis yang dapat membangkitkan niat untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang pengalaman konsumen menuju resort terpadu di Pulau Bangka. Persepsi konsumen terhadap resort terpadu didapatkan melalui survei menggunakan teknik convenience sampling yang berjumlah 157 responden. Nilai pengalaman berdasarkan suasana dan keunggulan layanan ditelusuri dampaknya terhadap keterlibatan merek yang berujung kepada kepuasan konsumen serta niat berkunjung kembali. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keunggulan layanan resort dapat mempengaruhi secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan suasana resort terhadap keterlibatan konsumen dalam merek resort. Keterlibatan tersebut mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dan niat perilaku mereka. Akan tetapi kepuasan konsumen tidak dapat mempengaruhi niat berkunjung kembali para konsumen yang dimungkinkan hanya puas untuk satu kali perjalanan. Hal itu terjadi dimungkinkan karena faktor suasana yang dianggap penulis masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi wawasan ke dalam hubungan antara nilai pengalaman berdasarkan suasana dan keunggulan layanan serta niat perilaku konsumen dalam manajemen resort terpadu.

The purpose of this research is to examines the role of family background in moderating the relationship between social norms and entrepreneurial intention. The method used in this research is the explanatory survey method. Testing of the conditional process model in this study uses path analysis based on OLS (Ordinary Least Square) regression and the bootstrap method uses statistical tools SPSS version 23 and PROCESS version 3.4 by Andrew F. Hayes, the 1st model. This test is performed to measure the direct effect and indirect effect, as well as the total effect of the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study state that social norms have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Meanwhile, family background has no positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. This research examines the effect of communication and job satisfaction on the performance of civil servants in Jambi Province in order to provide adequate input and knowledge for readers. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees with a Likert' scale of 1 – 2, used for analysis. The results showed that communication (X1) has no partial effect on performance (Y), while job satisfaction (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y). Similarly, there is a partial effect between communication (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) variables towards the performance (Y) on the Manpower and Transmigration Office employees in Jambi Province.

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze students' critical thinking skills in learning economics. This research is a quantitative research. The method applied in this research is descriptive by collecting data through a questionnaire containing essay questions that have been adjusted to the indicators of critical thinking. The population in this study were students of SMA KHZ Musthafa Sukamanah Tasikmalaya class XI from the science and social studies department with 90 respondents using the Taro Yamane formula. The data collected is then processed. The results of the analysis prove that the students' critical thinking skills fall into the low category. This means that it needs special attention from the teacher so that students' critical thinking skills are better. The results of this study have an implication that the critical thinking skills of students at SMA KHZ Musthafa Sukamanah Tasikmalaya are still low, as evidenced by the average value of critical thinking skills of 40, so that efforts are needed to overcome these problems.Keywords: 21st century skills, Critical thinking skills, Economics subject.
