Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of competence, physical work environment and motivation on job satisfaction. This study used a population of 64 people which was using a population method and were collected by questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the effect of partially variable competence, physical work environment and motivation on job satisfaction were positive and significant, the effect of variables simultaneously competence, physical work environment and motivation on job satisfaction were positive and significant and the physical work environment was a dominant variable on employee job satisfaction on the CV. Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin menguji pecking order theory pada perusahaan non keuangan di BEI, dengan melihat keterkaitan antara dividend payout ratio, financial leverage dan investasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data pooling, dengan menjumlahkan semua perusahaan yang membagikan dividen selama 2011-2013 dan memperoleh data sebanyak 483 perusahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode observasi non participant yaitu dengan mengambil data pada BEI. Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan metode OLS menemukan hasil bahwa perusahaan non keuangan di Indonesia tidak secara murni mengikuti hierarki pendanaan pecking order theory. Dividend payout ratio berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap financial leverage mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan di Indonesia tidak secara murni menerapkan hipotesis pecking order. Hal tersebut diindikasikan karena perusahaan tidak menggunakan financial leverage sebagai alternatif sumber pendanaan perusahaan.

Abstract

Along with the development of drugs and medical devices businesses and hospitals are growing rapidly, so that the performance of the company in this business needs to be improved to know how big the gains from assets, equity, and corporate debt. Therefore, this study using a pharmaceutical company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as the object of study in which the return on equity as a measure of firm performance, Debt to Equity Ratio as a measure of capital structure, management ownership as a measure of ownership structure and net profit margin as a measure of profitability. The data used are secondary data from the period 2005-2012 the annual financial statements. Samples obtained by purposive sampling method with the final number 5 samples. The analysis technique used is the path analysis. The results of the analysis in this study obtained a significant negative effect between NPM and ownership of the DER management, ownership management NPM and significant positive effect on ROE, while DER significantly negatively affect ROE. Based on further analysis of the results obtained by the direct effect is smaller than the total effect, this shows that the use of DER as a mediating variable will improve the management and ownership of NPM influence on ROE.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Quest Hotel Tuban Bali using all employees as respondents totaling 80 people. Issues contained in the Quest Hotel is a high level of consumer complaint and low employee compensation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regrsi considering research aims to investigate the influence between independent variables and the dependent variable. This study found that jointly affect leadership and financial compensation simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. Limitations in this study only tested on leadership, financial compensation, employee job satisfaction and performance of employees at Quest Hotel.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of demographic characteristics (gender, age, education, and income) and lifestyle with onsite behavior reward point credit cards for credit card users in the city of Denpasar. This study is targeting customers of Bank Mandiri and BCA Soerapatti Branch Branch, with each sample as many as 50 customers. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires then processed using Chi-square analysis techniques. The results of data processing show that among the four demographic variables, only income had a significant relationship with the behavior of credit card reward point redemption. Lifestyle also does not have a significant relationship with the behavior of credit card reward point redemption. Keywords: demographics, lifestyle, credit card reward points

Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. United Indobali Denpasar merupakan penyalur resmi suku cadang merek Suzuki wilayah Bali. Banyaknya pesaing yang  masuk membuat persaingan semakin ketat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi bisnis dan implikasinya pada strategi pemasaran suku cadang di PT United Indobali Denpasar. Responden penelitian diambil dari pengambil kebijakan di perusahaan berjumlah 7 orang. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian  ini dengan menggunakan matrik IE.  Berdasarkan matrik IE posisi perusahaan berada pada sel V maka strategi yang sesuai adalah pertahankan dan pelihara. Implikasi pada strategi pemasaran yaitu penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pemasaran produk, peningkatan kualitas layanan. Kata kunci: strategi pemasaran, penetrasi pasar, pengembangan  pemasaran produk. ABSTRACT PT. United Indobali Denpasar an authorized parts dealer of Suzuki brand of Bali. The number of competitors who entered the competition gets tougher to make. The purpose of this study was to determine the business strategy and its implications on the marketing strategy of spare parts in PT United Indobali Denpasar. Respondents were taken from policy makers in the company amounted to 7 people. Data analysis techniques in this study using IE matrix. Based on the matrix IE position the company is in cell V then the appropriate strategy is to keep and maintain. Implications for marketing strategy that is market penetration, product development marketing, service quality improvement. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan seseorang untuk menjadi nasabah tabungan Bank Muamalat, variabel yang mewakili setiap faktor dan faktor dominan  yang dipertimbangkan untuk menjadi nasabah tabungan Bank Muamalat. Penelitian dilakukan di Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Denpasar dengan objek penelitian faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan untuk menjadi nasabah tabungan Bank Muamalat. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis faktor, dengan jumlah 130 responden. Hasil penelitian memperoleh lima faktor yang dipertimbangkan untuk menjadi nasabah tabungan Bank Muamalat, dimana masing-masing faktor diwakili oleh satu variabel dengan factor loading tertinggi. Dari kelima faktor, bauran pemasaran jasa merupakan faktor dominan  karena memiki eigen value tertinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation, participative leadership and physical work environment on employee performance at Dyana Villas in Seminyak. This study used a qualitative research using surveys and questionnaires to 46 respondents. It was found that there is positive and significant variables simultaneously between financial compensation, participative leadership and physical work environment on employee performance at Dyana Villas in Seminyak. The next results show that there is positive and significant partial compensation between financial variables, participative leadership and physical work environment on employee performance at Dyana Villas in Seminyak. Physical working environment variable is a variable that is most dominant influence on the performance of employees at Dyana Villas in Seminyak

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the inflation rate, gross domestic product (GDP), debt to equity ratio (DER), return on assets (ROA), market to book value (MBV) towards the stock returns  on the food and beverages company in Indonesia Stock  Exchange (IDX) 2010-2013. Data collection methods used in this study is a nonparticipant observation method. The population used is the company that is categorized into food and beverages sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 - 2013, the sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the market to book value is partially positive and significant effect on stock returns, while the rate of inflation, gross domestic product, the debt to equity ratio, return on assets insignificant effect on stock returns food and beverages company in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 -2013.

Abstract

Human resource it is true of vital importance to fluency of aktifitas exist in in company. In the year 2012 there are 17 secretory employees and 6 employees which enter at various existing position. Problem of this research is what is there influence of signifikan by simultan and parsial of compensation and satisfaction of job to organizational komitmen in PT. Bali of Marine Walk 2) Variable which having an effect on dominant to organizational komitmen in PT. Bali of Marine Walk?. Technique analyse data use analysis of regresi doubled linear, test of F and test t. Result of test of F, assess Fhtiung bigger than value of Ftabel hence can be concluded that, compensation and satisfaction of  job by simultan have an effect on signifikan to organizational komitmen at PT. Bali of Marine Walk. Result of test of t to compensation variable (X1) show value of thitung bigger than ttabel hence can be concluded that, compensation by parsial have an effect on signifikan to organizational komitmen at PT. Bali of Marine Walk. Result of test of t to variable satisfaction of job  (X2) show value of thitung bigger than ttabel hence can be concluded that, satisfaction of job by parsial have an effect on signifikan to organizational komitmen. Variable satisfaction of job having an effect on dominant to organizational komitmen because owning value of standardized beta coefficients.
