Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sumbangan pendidikan terhadap peran serta perkumpulan petani pemakai air (P3A), mengkaji pengetahuan dan kendala-kendala dalam pengelolaan jaringan irigasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 21 orang P3A di Kecamatan Petarukan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan tehnik sampel jenuh dan purposive sampling, seluruh P3A di Kecamatan Petarukan, 4 pengurus GP3A, dan 4 pegawai DPU diambil sebagai sampel. Fokus data dalam penelitian ini adalah pendidikan, pengetahuan dan peran serta P3A dalam pengelolaan jaringan irigasi. Tehnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Tehnik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat pendidikan P3A ialah SMA (42,86%). Tingkat pendidikan cukup mampu memberikan sumbangan bagi peran sertanya dalam pengelolaan jaringan irigasi yang dalam kategori sedang (90,48%).This research aim to know the education contribution to role and also bevy of farmer wearer irrigate the (P3A), studying knowledge and constraints in management of irrigation network. Population in this research is 21 people P3A in District Petarukan. Sampel in this research taken technicsly is saturated sampel and purposive sampling, all P3A in District Petarukan, 4 official member GP3A, and 4 officer DPU taken by as sampel. Focus the data in this research is education, knowledge and role and also P3A in management of irrigation network. Technics of data collecting in this research is by using interview, documentation, and observation. Technics analyse the data in this research use the descriptive analysis of kuantitatif. Result of research indicate that the mean mount the education P3A is SMA ( 42,86%). Education level enough can give the contribution to role and also in management of irrigation network which is in category is enough ( 90,48%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme pengembangan tes pada penilaian geografi SMA negeri di Kabupaten Semarang tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Penilaian merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam suatu proses pembelajaran yang terkait dengan pencapaian hasil belajar siswa. Penilaian hasil belajar oleh pendidik dilakukan secara berkesinambungan, bertujuan untuk memantau proses dan kemajuan belajar peserta didik serta untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kegiatan pembelajaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 12 orang. Dalam penelitian ini tidak terdapat sampel karena semua populasi menjadi responden dalam penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode angket yang berisi daftar pernyataan-pernyataan mengenai langkah-langkah dalam penyusunan instrumen tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini di peroleh rata-rata skor mengenai mekanisme pengembangan tes diketahui sebesar 47,17 atau 73,70% dengan kriteria baik. Terdapat beberapa kelemahan pada mekanisme pengembangan tes yaitu pada penentuan tujuan pelaksanaan tes penilaian, kemudian pada tingkat kualitas instrumen tes mengenai reliabilitas dan tingkat kesukaran soal, serta pada perbaikan isntrumen tes sebelum disajikan. This study aims to determine how the mechanism of development of high school geography assessment test in the country in Semarang district academic year 2015/2016. Assessment is one important part of a learning process associated with student achievement. Assessment of learning outcomes by educators conducted on an ongoing basis, aims to monitor the process and progress of learners and to enhance the effectiveness of learning activities. The population in this study as many as 12 people. In this study there were no samples for all respondents in the study population. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire that lists statements about the steps in the preparation of the test instrument. The data were analyzed using descriptive percentages. The results of this study were obtained an average score on the test development mechanism known at 47.17 or 73.70% with good criterion. There are some weaknesses in the mechanisms of development of a test that is on the goal-setting implementation assessment test, then the test instrument quality level of reliability and the level of difficulty of the matter, as well as on the improvement of its instrument of accession test before serving.

Abstract

Bonus upah kerja merupakan pendapatan tambahan yang diterima tenaga kerja diluar upah kerja. Adanya bonus upah kerja maka tenaga kerja mendapatkan tambahan penghasilan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga sehingga kebutuhan dasar terpenuhi dan kesejahteraan rumah tangga tenaga kerja meningkat dari sebelumnya. Populasi penelitian adalah 215 tenaga kerja industri genteng di Desa Bumiharjo. Penentuan sampel yang digunakan ialah  menggunakan proporsional sampling dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 18,6% menerima bonus upah rendah, 55,8% dengan kriteria cukup tinggi , 25,6% dengan ktiteria tinggi, dan tidak ada yang menerima bonus upah kerja dengan kriteria sangat tinggi. Kesejateraan rumah tangga ternaga kerja industri genteng di Desa Bumiharjo Kecamatan Klirong Kabupaten Kebumen. Terdapat 2,33% responden termasuk dalam keluarga Sejahtera Tahap I, 60,47% responden termasuk dalam Keluarga Sejahtera Tahap II, 37,21% responden termasuk dalam Keluarga Sejahtera Tahap III. Namun tidak ditemukan responden yang termasuk dalam Keluarga Sejahtera Tahap III Plus.Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektifitas bonus upah kerja yang diterima baru dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar dari tenaga kerja industri genteng Wage bonus is an additional income beyond wage labor. With the bonus wage, labors can earn extra income to meet household needs so that basic needs are fulfilled and the welfare of households increased from previous employment. The population of study were 215 labors of tile industries in Bumiharjo Village. Sampling method that is used is proportional sampling with particular consideration. The results showed that 18.6%  received a low wage bonuses, 55.8%  with a fairly high criteria, 25.6% with high criteria, and none of them received a bonus wages with very high criteria. Related to household labors of tile industry welfare in the Bumiharjo Village, Subdistrict of Bumiharjo, Kebumen Regency, there is a 2.33% of respondents included in the Prosperous Phase I, 60.47% of respondents included in the Family Welfare Phase II, 37.21% of respondents included in the Phase III Family Welfare. However, there is no respondents are included in the Family Welfare Phase III Plus found. Therefore, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of bonuses can only fulfill basic needs of tile industry labors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine is there a relationship between level of education and elections in the village Krakal contraceptives and contraceptive or birth control widely used type of couple of childbearing age. The method used in the form of a quantitative approach to biserial correlation analysis. The results showed a strong correlation between education level with the election of contraception on couple of childbearing in Krakal village of 15,0, the majority of couple of childbearing age graduating junior by 56% and the majority use injections. Couple od childbearing reason do injections as effective in preventing pregnancy, safe, low fees and minimal side effects. Health infrastructure in the village Krakal still need to be improved such as: hours of practice is extended until the afternoon, a pediatrician and the content needs to be provided.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi program adiwiyata, perilaku warga sekolah dalam kegiatan pengelolaan lingkungan sekolah dan pengetahuan siswa tentang lingkungan hidup di SMA Negeri 1 Jekulo. Hasil penelitian ini adalah implementasi program adiwiyata dari 4 program yang diterapkan telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan standar sekolah Adiwiyata menurut kriteria Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup. Namun terdapat hambatan-hambatan mengenai alokasi dana/anggaran yang belum sepenuhnya terealisasikan dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia. Sebesar 54,62% perilaku warga sekolah dalam kegiatan pengelolaan lingkungan sekolah memiliki kriteria baik dan pengetahuan siswa tentang lingkungan hidup sangat tinggi yaitu 99,07%. Diharapkan program Adiwiyata perlu diterapkan di sekolah-sekolah untuk membentuk pengetahuan dan perilaku peduli terhadap lingkungan bagi warga sekolah. The purpose of this research for valuation about the implementation of Adiwiyata program, the behaviour of people in the school in many activities of school environment management and the knowledge of students about living environment in SMA N 1 Jekulo. The result of this research is the implementation of Adiwiyata program from 4 programs that have been applied based on Asiwiyata school standard of the Living Environment Goverment. However, there are some constraints for the allocation of funds/budgets that have not been fully realized and the united of human resources. The behaviour people in the school that include good criteria in school environment management activities reach 54,62% and the knowledge of students about living environment that have high achivement reach 99,07%. Adiwiyata program is expected to be applied in the schools to build the knowledge and the our behaviour that care about the environment for school comunity.

Abstract

Pengembangan bahan ajar Geografi bergaya novel berbasis otak kanan merupakan pengembangan bahan ajar Geografi yang berbentuk novel, dan ditujukan untuk siswa berotak kanan. Pengembangan ini menghasilkan sebuah produk novel yang berjudul “Berburu Pelangi” Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kelayakan produk yang dihasilkan melalui metode R and D dengan model 4-D. Teknik sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data untuk penelitian yaitu: dokumentasi, angket dan metode. Variabel penelitian ini adalah uji kelayakan bahan ajar tim ahli, hasil belajar kognitif siswa dan respon positif siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan bahan ajar telah mengalami proses tahapan mulai dari define, design dan develop. Uji kelayakan tim ahli dan respon positif siswa menyatakan sangat layak dan hasil belajar siswa memuaskan. Hal tersebut berarti penggunaan pendekatan otak kanan untuk membuat bahan ajar Geografi bergaya novel tepat. Geografi dalam sudut pandang otak kanan adalah ilmu yang mempelajari bumi secara utuh, dalam sudut pandang kelingkungan, keruangan dan kewilayahan, dimana pemikiran sintesa, integrasi dan imajinasi menjadi satu kesatuan dalam kecerdasan spasial yang dibutuhkan untuk memahaminya. Novel as a Geography teaching material which I use in my reseacrh is one of the developements of teaching material in order to maximize the use of students’ right brain. The final product of this study is a novel entitled “Berburu Pelangi. The objective of this study is to find out the appropriateness of the final product. The reseacher use R and D methode with 4-D model. The reseacher use the purposive sampling. The methodology in collecting data which used were: collected, questionere and conducted the test. The variables of the study were appropriateness testing from the expert, the students cognitive achievement, and the positive feedback from the students. The study had fit with the steps of defining,designing, and developing. base on the proper test from the expert and students’ positive respond prove that the result is good the learning objective was achieved. It proved that the use of right brain approach in arranging novel as learning media was affective. Geography is a knowledge that learn about earth entirely especially the environment and the state in whichneeds the combination between sintesa and imagination inorder to understand the material the ability is called spatial quotient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga mengenai pencemaran lingkungan, mengetahui sikap dalam upaya mengatsi pencemaran lingkungan akibat sampah ibu rumah tangga serta mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap sikap dalam upaya mengatasi pencemaran lingkungan akibat sampah ibu rumah tangga. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan Tes, Agket, dan Dokumentasi. Analisis data yang diguanakan adalah analisis teknik analisi regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga dalam upaya mengatasi pencemaran lingkungan akibat sampah di tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA) Jatibarang Kota Semarang  diperoleh hasil keseluruhan rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga mengenai pencemaran lingkungan diperoleh 22,82 dengan persentase 62,5% kriteria pengetahuan sudah baik dan hasil rata-rata sikap dalam upaya mengatasi pencemaran lingkungan akibat sampah ibu rumah tangga masuk dalam kriteria baik dengan presentase 47.42%.This study aims to determine housewives’ knowledge about environmental pollution, to know housewives’ skill to solve the environmental pollution which is caused by trashes and also to know the knowledge influence to housewives’ skill to solve the environmental pollution. The data accumulation technique uses observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The data analysis which is used is regresy analysis. The result of this study shows that the average of housewives’ knowledge to solve the environmental pollution which is caused by trashes in Jatibarang Semarang city last disposal location or TPA is 22,82 with percentage 62,5 % with the knowledge criteria is already good. Cognitive skill (knowledge), affective skill (emotional) and behavior of housewives to solve environmental pollution of trashes is already on good criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model pembelajaran direct instruction (pengajaran langsung) pada materi teknik kepramukaan kesiapsiagaan bencana banjir di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Muslimin Undaan Kudus dan untuk mengetahui tingkat penguasaan siswa terhadap materi tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dokumentasi, observasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: 1) implementasi model pembelajaran direct instruction (pengajaran langsung) materi teknik kepramukaan kesiapsiagaan bencana banjir berlangsung cukup baik, namun terdapat beberapa hambatan yang cukup signifikan, 2) Tingkat penguasaan siswa terhadap materi kesiapsiagaan pada aspek kognitif berada pada kriteria sangat tinggi sebesar 63,3 % dan tinggi sebesar 36,67 %. Pada aspek psikomotorik seluruh siswa mempunyai kriteria keterampilan yang sangat baik. This research aimed are to know implementation of direct instruction learning model (direct teaching) the scouting techniques of flood preparedness materials in Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Muslimin Undaan Kudus and to know mastery level students to such material. Observation methods of data collection, documentation, and testing. The data analysis techniques usedis descriptive percentage techniques. Based on the research  obtained results as follows: 1) implementation of direct instruction learning model (direct teaching) the scouting techniques of flood preparedness materialstake placepassably, howeverthere are some significant obstacles, 2) mastery level students to flood preparedness materialson cognitive aspects are at very high criteria 63,3 % and high 36,67 %. On psychomotor aspects all students criteria have excellent skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pembelajaran IPS kelas VIII SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Margoyoso Kabupaten Pati tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 dilihat dari variabel guru, fasilitas pembelajaran, dan hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII dan guru kelas VIII  SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Margoyoso Kabupaten Pati. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sample, yaitu kelas VIII G untuk SMP Negeri 1 Margoyoso dan kelas VIII A untuk SMP Negeri 2 Margoyoso. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pembelajaran SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Margoyoso Kabupaten Pati dilihat dari kinerja guru dalam kelas baik, fasilitas pembelajaran baik, sikap siswa ranah afektif baik, sikap siswa ranah psikomotorik cukup, dan hasil belajar kognitif untuk SMP Negeri 1 Margoyoso memperoleh rata-rata 56,28 dan SMP Negeri 2 Margoyoso memperoleh rata-rata 71,00 This study is aimed to determine the quality of learning eight grade social science Junior High school at district Margoyoso, Pati regency in 2014/2015 school year seen from teacher variables, learning facilities, and learning outcome of stedent. Data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive analysis. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII and the eight grade class teacher in junior high school of district Margoyoso, Pati regency. Sampling is using purposive sampling techniques, i.e. VIII G class for SMP N 1 Margoyoso and VIII A class for SMP N 2 Margoyoso. The result showed that the quality of teaching Junior High School in district Margoyoso regency of Pati seen from the performance of teacher in the classroom, learning facilities, student attittude, and affective student learning outcomes was good, as well psychomotor student learning outcomes is sufficient. And so cognitive student learning outcomes for SMP N 1 Margoyoso obtain the average 56,28 and SMP N 2 Margoyoso average gained 71.00.
