Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the low of students math achievement at grade VII-7 Junior High School 21 Pekanbaru in even semester the academic years 2013/2014. It can be seen from achievement of Mastery Minimum Criteria for set lesson, only 12 students (30%) by learning process conducted teacher-centered (conventional). The research was classroom action research to improve learning process and improve students math achievement by implementing Quiz Team strategy in cooperative learning. The research subject as much as 40 students, consist of 20 male and 20 female. The research consist of two cycles and at the end of every cycle carried out math test. The instruments of data collecting are observation sheets and math achievement tests. The data of observation were analyzed in narrative descriptive and the data of math achievement were analyzed in descriptive statistical. The result of narrative descriptive analysis showed that there is the improvement of learning process after the action on the first and second cycles. The result of research showed that there is an increase percentage amount students from base core to math test I, that is 30% until 50% as much as 20% and from math test I to math test II, that is 50% until 80% as much as 30%. The conclution: the implementation Quiz Team strategi in cooperative learning could improve learning process and improve student’s math achievements at grade VII-7 Junior High School 21 Pekanbaru in even semester the academic years 2013/2014.  Key Words: Students Math Achievement, Quiz Team Strategi, Cooperative Learning,Classroom Action Research

Abstract

Abstract: This research was based on the students’ math achievement at class  X.6 SMAN 5 Pekanbaru the Mastery Minimum Criteria with percentage of 17,07%, there are only 7 students from 41 students who achieve the passing grade on the main discussion about relevancy with logica mathematic and then the learning process still teacher center. The research is class room action research. This research aims to increase learning process and students’ math achievement at clas X.6 SMAN 5 Pekanbaru through the implementation cooperative learning model of structural Numbered Heads Together. The subject of the research are  41 students from class X.6 SMAN 5 Pekanbaru consist of 18 male and 23 female students with the heterogenous level. The instruments of data collection in this research were observation sheets and students Mathematic tests. The research instrument consist of learning devices that involve Syllabus, Lesson Plan and Student Worksheet, and instrument data collector that involve the observation sheet and math achievement test. The observation sheets were analyzed in qualitative desciptive, while the students’ Mathematic tests were analyzed in quantitative descriptive. The qualitative descriptive showed an improvement of learning process prior to the action on the first and second cycle. The results of this research showed an increasing number of students’ math achievement from the basic score with the percentage 17.07% to 26.8% on the first daily test and 78.05% on the second daily test. Based on the result of this research can be concluded that the implementation of Cooperative Learning Model of structural approach Numbered Heads Together can improve students’ math achievement    at class X.6 SMAN 5 Pekanbaru in the second semester academic years 2015/2016.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve the learning process and improve the student’s mathematic achievement through the implementation of activity quick on the draw in order cooperative learning cooperative. The research is the Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The research was conducted in class VIIc of 5 Junior High School Rengat Barat the odd semester of the 2016/2017 academic year with the subject of as many as 20 students. The research instrument are consists of learning devices and instrument data collectors. Learning device are consists of the Syllabus, Lesson plan, Student worksheet, and Card Question. The instrument data collector consists of the observation sheet and math test. Technique of data analysis is analysis of narrative descriptive and analysis of statistical descriptive. The result of the research show that the learning process has improved and the student’s mathematic achievement has improved after applying activity quick on the draw in order  cooperative learning. The percentage of students who achieve minimum mastery before the action is as much as 15% and at first cycle as much as 40% and at second cycle as much as 60%. Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is low of mathematics learning outcomes of class VII.2 SMPN 9 Pekanbaru in second semester of the 2015/2016 academic year. Subject of this research are  36 students, consist of 18 male and 18 female student with heterogenous level of academic capabilities. The type of this research is the Classroom Action Research that has purpose to improve the learning proses and to increase student’s mathematic learning outcomes with applied the cooperative learning with Think Pair Square Structural Approach.  This research consist of two cycles that each cycle composed of 4 stages, such as planning, implementation, observation and reflection. At every end of a cycle, math achievement test will be held. The research instrument consists of learning devices that involve Syllabus, Lesson Plan and Student Worksheet, and instrument data collector that involve the observation sheet and math achievement test. Observation sheets is analyzed by narrative descriptive analysis and math achievement test analyzed by statistic descriptive analysis. The action is successful if the learning process covenient with the Lesson Plan and the number of students who achieve the score of Minimum Mastery Criteria increase in math achievement test I and II. Most of students were excited and active in learning process, as while they were doing the steps of learning, presenting Student Worksheet, responding to friend’s presentation and giving the conclusion of learning. Based on the data analysis, the percentage of students who achieve Minimum Mastery Criteria before the action is as much as 41.67% and at first cycle as much as 55.55% and at second cycle as much as 80.55%. The result of the research show that, the learning process has improved and the student’s mathematic learning outcomes also increased after applying the Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Structural Approach.                                                                                                                                              Key Words:  Classroom Action Research, Cooperative Learning, Think Pair Square Structural Approach, Learning Process, Student Mathematic Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This research is classroom action research which aims to improve the learning process and the result of learning mathematics by applying Discovery Learning (DL) model. The subject of this research were the second semester students of class X MIA 5 MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru academic year 2016/2017 consisting of 13 male and 17 female students. Instruments on this reserach constisted of syllabus, lesson plans and worksheets; and instruments of data collection which is observation sheets and the test result sheets. The function of observation sheet is to obtain data from the learning process and analyzed in a narrative descriptive, while the function of results sheet of the mathematics learning tests is to obtain the results of the study and analyzed in statistics descriptive. From narrative descriptive analysis can be seen that there was improvement of learning process from before action in cycle I to cycle II. From statistic deskriptive analysis can be seen an increase in the number of students who reach the minimum criteria of mastery learning. The learning result of the student experience an increase from the basic score the Cycle I and Cycle II. On the knowledge competence, from the basic score with percentage 36,67% experience improvement in Cycle I with percentage 50% and 70% in Cycle II. On the skills competence, the number of students who reach the minimum criteria of mastery learning from Cycle I with percentage 23.33% improve to 50% in cycle II. Based on the results of this research can be concluded that the application of the Discovery Learning (DL) model can improve the learning achievement of the second semester students of class X MIA 5 MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru academic year 2016/2017.Key Words: Mathematics Learning Achievement, Discovery Learning model, Classroom Action Research

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve the learning process and improve the student’s mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach. The type of research is the Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The research was conducted in student of grade VII1 Junior High School 3 Pekanbaru on the second semester in the 2015/2016 academic year with the subject of as many as 40 students. The research instrument are consists of learning devices and instrument data collectors. Learning device used in this research are consists of the Syllabus, Lesson plan and Student work sheet. The instrument data to collect used in this research is consists of the observation sheet and math achievement test. Technique of data analysis is analysis of narrative descriptive and analysis of statistical descriptive. The action is successful if the number of students who achieve a score of minimum mastery criteria increase in daily tests I and II. The number of students who achieve a score of minimum mastery criteria on basic, daily test I (first cycle) and daily test II (second cycle) are respectively 37.5%, 52.5%, and 77.5%. Based on the result of the research show that, the learning process has improved and the student’s mathematics learning outcomes have improved after applying the Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach. The Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach can be used as an alternative in learning, because it can improve the learning process and improve the student learning outcomes.Key Words: Cooperative Learning, Think Pair Square Approach, learning process, student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system (K3) carried out in the company, regarding K3 management carried out by the company to minimize the occurrence of occupational hazards / work accidents.This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interview and documentation techniques.The results of the study concluded that the Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System at PT. PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Main Unit of UP3 Kendari has been running well and in accordance with ministerial regulation number PER 05 / MEN / 1996. However, the implementation still needs to be improved so that it can further improve employee performance in the scope of the companyABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) yang dilaksanakan di perusahan, menegnai manajemen K3 yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya bahaya kerja/kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di  PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sulselrabar UP3 Kendari sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan peraturan menteri nomor PER 05/MEN/1996. Abstract:This research aims by the students’math achievement at class VIII.3 SMPN 11Pekanbaru, there are 14 students’ or 37,8% achieving passing grade from 37 on the main discussion about Teorema Pythagoras Pythagoras theorem and then the learning process still teacher center. The research was classroom action research. This research is aims to increase learning process and students’ math achievement at class VIII.3 SMPN 11 Pekanbaru in circle, through the implentation cooperative learning type Two Stay Two Stray. The subject are 37 students from class VIII.3 SMPN 11 pekanbaru consist of 18 male and 19 female students with the heterogenous. The collecting of the data instruments are observation and math achivement testThe research analyze by descriptive and qualitative, but students’s achievement analyze by descriptive and quantitative. observationFrom the qualitative analysis showed an improvement of the learning process before action to the first cycle and cycle II. Then the results of this study showed an increase in students from basic score with percentage 37,8%, on a daily test I with the percentage of 51,4% and the percentage of daily test II with 59,5%.Based on the previous result at can be concluded that the implentation of cooperative learning type Two Stay Two Stray to improve students’ math achievement at class VIII.3 SMPN 11 pekanbaru of circle main topic of second semester 2013/2014.Key Word :Students’ math Achievement, Cooperative Learning Type Two Stay Two Stray, Classroom Action Research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the mathematics learning process and student performance by applying the Discovery learning model. is composed. This exploration is an excellent case study with two rounds. The tools for this study are instructional tools (syllabus, Lesson Plans, and worksheets), data collection tools (teacher and student observation sheets), and student math tests. The data collection methods of this study are the observation method and test method. The observation papers were analyzed in the descriptive type, and the students' math test was analyzed in the statistical narrative type. The data analysis of this study is the analysis of observation data of teachers and students and the analysis of student learning performance data in mathematics. The teacher and student observation data analysis revealed that the curriculum improved after completing the behaviour (first and second cycle). Research of data about student performance shows that student performance has improved in math. The number of students in the "very high" and "high" ranges increases. On the other hand, the number of students in the “very low”, “low” and “medium” segments is declining. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Discovery learning model can improve the mathematics curriculum and student performance in the XI MIA 1 SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru classroom.
