Abstract

Tujuan Program Pengembangan Produk Ekspor (PPPE) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan volume dan daya saing mitra PPPE.produk ekspor camilan. Mitra dari Program Pengembangan Produk Ekspor ini terdiri dari mitra I berlokasi di Kabupaten Tulungagung dan mitra II di Kota Blitar. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra I adalah belum terpenuhinya permintaan pasar disebabkan karena keterbatasan peralatan yang dimiliki oleh mitra, pengetahuan manajemen tentang savety produce masih kurang, kemampuan manajemen di bidang pembukuan, pemasaran, personalia, yang masih rendah, belum memiliki SOP (Standard Operasional Procedure) yang jelas, diversifikasi produk ekspor yang masih sedikit, belum menggunakan media internet untuk melakukan promosi produk. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra II, belum terpenuhinya permintaan pasar disebabkan karena keterbatasan peralatan yang dimiliki oleh mitra (kapasitas mixer yang kecil), kemampuan manajemen di bidang pembukuan, pemasaran, personalia, yang masih rendah, belum memiliki SOP yang jelas, produk yang dihasilkan belum memiliki SNI.Metode pelaksanaan dari kegiatan PPPE adalah melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan dibidang keuangan, pemasaran dan produksi serta mensinergikan hubungan kerjasama antara mitra 1 dan mitra 2.Luaran program ini adalah terjalinnya hubungan antar mitra, penyediaan peralatan, pembukuan laporan keuangan sesuai PSAK, keamanan operasional produksi, branding, adanya webb, dan kemasan produk yang lebih baik serta HAKI.

Abstract

Mitra dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Petani Jambu kristal di DesaBumiaji. Desa Bumiaji, Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Merupakan Desa yang memiliki potensi besarsebagai agro wisata. Sebagai Agro Wisata, UMKM di Desa Bumiaji berupaya menjadikan wisatapetik jambu sebagai edu wisata selain pemasaran melalui supermarket dan online. Hasil jambuyang dipanen oleh petani jambu tidak semuanya bisa diterima oleh pasar terutama Supermarketyang memiliki standar-standar kualitas tertentu. Jambu Kristal yang direject oleh supermarketmenjadi masalah tersendiri bagi petani jambu karena jambu yang sudah dipanen akan berakibatlayu dan busuk.Metode pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan, magangUKM ke SMK Batu serta pendampingan. Pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap UKM prioritasdi bidang keuangan, pemasaran dan produksi.Luaran yang dihasilkan dari PKM ini adalah adanya diversifikasi produk jambu kristal menjadipie jambu kristal. Peningkatan kemampuan mitra di bidang produksi dan keuangan telahmenyebabkan peningkatan pendapatan bagi mitra serta mengurangi resiko kerugian akibat jambubusuk.

Abstract

Job description (Deskripsi pekerjaan) merupakan bagian penting dari sistem pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Job description merupakan peta yang memberikan arah kepada organisasi, sehingga tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai. Hasil dari menganalisis sebuah jabatan, diketahui persyaratan apa saja yang harus dipenuhi pada jabatan tersebut dan kompetensi personal yang disyaratkan untuk mencapai kinerja yang maksimal. Hasil analisis terhadap Job description digunakan sebagai dasar untuk penentuan job grade.Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah penyusunan job grade berdasarkan tugas, wewenang dan tanggung jawab karyawan khususnya tenaga keperawatan yg tertuang dalam deskripsi pekerjaan pada Rumah Sakit Lawang Medika. Metode Pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan coaching terhadap manajer HRD dan staf terkait.Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Perumusan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) terhadap tenaga keperawatan. 2) Mengelola kinerja proses, dan 3) Mengukur capaian kinerja tenaga keperawatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how work environment and competency affect performance of workers, with Behavior of an individual as an intervening variable. The data for this study was gathered using quantitative methods such as questionnaires. The participants in this study were all 87 employees of the Pasuruan Regency Transportation Office. Census technique was employed in the research sample. Smart PLS 3.0 was used to evaluate the data. The findings revealed that: (1) Work environment variables influenced performance of workers in a positive and significant way; (2) Behavior of an individual is influenced by the work environment in a positive and significant way; (3) Employee performance is influenced by competence in a favorable and meaningful way; (4) Individual conduct is influenced by competence in a positive and significant way; (5) Behavior of an individual has a positive and significant environmental impact; (6) The work environment has a positive and major impact on performance of workers through individual behavior, and competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through individual conduct; (7) Behavior of an individual is mediated by competence, This has a big and beneficial effect on performance of workers. Behavior of an individual has an impact on performance of workers due to competence. According to the findings, competency has the biggest impact on performance of workers e, therefore increasing employees' knowledge, abilities, and attitudes is necessary to support activities at the workplace. Workplace, competence, individual conduct, and performance of workers are some When thinking about the workplace, these are some of the terms that spring to mind.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dengan perilaku individu sebagai variabel intervening. Metode kuantitatif melalui kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini. Semua Karyawan Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pasuruan yang berjumlah 87 karyawan adalah populasi dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh. Smart PLS 3.0 digunakan untuk mengevaluasi data. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa: (1) pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) perilaku individu dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan; (3) pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap perilaku individu; (5) pengaruh positif dan signifikan perilaku individu terhadap kinerja karyawan; (6) melalui perilaku individu, pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; (7) dimediasi oleh perilaku individu, kompetensi mempunyai pengarus positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh total antara kompetensi dengan kinerja karyawan dan perilaku individu sebagai variabel intervening merupakan hubungan partial mediation. Implikasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, atau sikap bagi karyawan upaya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi karena kompetensi memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: 1). The significant effect of narcissism on employee performance, 2). The significant effect of on Workplace Deviance, 3). The significant effect of Job Stressor on Workplace Deviance, 4). Significant influence of Job Stressor on Employee Performance, 5. Significant influence of Workplace Deviance on Employee Performance.The research approach used in this research is quantitative. This type of research is explanatory with the method of collecting data through surveys using a questionnaire. The study population was 52 employees of Bank Panin Branch Malang. The research sample is the same as the total population (saturated sample) The data is analyzed using Path Analysis.The results showed that: 1) Narcissism has a significant effect on employee performance, 2). Narcissism has a significant negative effect on Workplace Deviance, 3). Stres Kerja has a significant negative effect on Workplace Deviance, 4). Stres Kerja has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, 5). Workplace Deviance has a significant negative effect on Employee Performance.The implication of this research is that the employee's narcissism can improve individual performance. Meanwhile, an increase in Job Stressor within a certain limit has an impact on increasing Employee Performance and decreasing Workplace Deviance

Abstract

One of the ways that companies can compete and develop is by creating new, different strategies. The business model acts as a model that describes how a company moves to make a profit. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is considered effective because it explains thoroughly both in terms of marketing, human resources, finance, to the value or product offered. This study aims to analyze and formulate the development of the Canvas business model in Lapar Pool UKM. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection methods using interview techniques. The results show that there is a picture of 9 elements in the current business model canvas and the formulation of a business model development in the form of a picture of 9 elements of the new business model canvas. The new business model canvas is expected to cover weaknesses in the previous business model so as to minimize risks or threats to the company, which consists of: 1) Customer Segments, 2) Value Propositions, 3) Channels, 4) Customer Relationships, 5) Revenue Streams, 6) Key Resources, 7) Key Activities, 8) Key Partnerships, 9) Cost Structures.The research implication is that the Business Model Canvas is formed from 9 elements that are interrelated with each other, therefore it is important to understand every aspect covers business functions, activities and operations in order to create adjustments for business progress

Abstract

The purpose of this stud research is to determine the effect of 1) Differentiated Competence on teaching staff (lecturers) performance in the digitalization era. 2) Differentiated Competence towards employee engagement in the digitalization era. 3) Employee Engagement on lecturer performance in the digitalization era. 4) Differentiated Competence on lecturer performance mediated by Employee Engagement in the digitalization era. This type of research is explanatory. The population of the research is universities (PT) in Malang with an accounting study program accredited A. The sample was taken randomly from 4 universities in Malang, namely Brawijaya University, UIN Malang, Widya Gama University, and STIE Malangkucecwara, with a total sample of 105 lecturers. SMART PLS was used to evaluate the data. The study results reveal that 1) Differentiated Competence affects lecturer performance. 2) Differentiated CompetencyCompetency affects Employee Engagement 3) Differentiated Competency affects higher Employee Engagement 4) Differentiated Competency positively and significantly influences lecturer performance through Employee Engagement. The learning process can no longer use the old pattern. Lecturers must keep up with technological developments to produce highly competitive graduates. Producing highly competitive graduates ready to compete requires lecturers with strong core competencies and differentiated competencies. In addition to having differentiated competence, lecturers producing high performance require an attitude of engagement towards work and the organization

Abstract

The first goal of this study is to ascertain how work-life balance affects employee engagement. 2) ascertain how work satisfaction affects employee engagement. 3) assess how work-life balance affects the intention to leave. 4) ascertain how to work happiness affects the intention to depart. 5) ascertain how employee engagement affects the intention to leave. A descriptive study with a quantitative methodology is the research style adopted. The 140 staff members of Lawang Medika Hospital comprise the entire research population. The Slovin method created the sample for this investigation, which yielded 104 participants. The stratified proportional random sampling method was used to choose the sample size. The proportional principle of the number of employees per division is used in this selection method. Primary data is the source of research information. Employees at Lawang Medika Hospital Malang were the respondents, and questionnaires were distributed as the data collection technique. The findings revealed that: 1) Work-life balance significantly improved employee engagement. 2) Employee engagement is significantly positively impacted by job satisfaction. 3. The intention to leave is significantly impacted negatively by work-life balance. 4) The intention to leave is very negatively impacted by job satisfaction. 5) The intention to leave is significantly impacted negatively by employee engagement. The study's findings suggest that employers should keep giving staff members a balance of time for their job and personal lives. Giving job grades encourages the timely completion of tasks.

Abstract

 One village one product (OVOP) merupakan konsep pengembangan ekonomi yang mengarahkan suatu wilayah mampu menciptakan produk bercirikan lokal dengan potensi sumberdaya lokal dan berdaya saing global. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) proses pelaksanaan OVOP sebagai upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat 2) untuk mengetahui model pelembagaan yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program OVOP. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Sadengrejo Kecamatan Rejoso, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Metode yang digunakan berupa metode interractive model. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tahapan penelitian meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Proses pelaksanaan OVOP meliputi: a) Pemetaan potensi, b) Menemukan sasaran pada basis desa tertinggal, c) OVOP dikembangkan secara kelompok, d) Memilih potensi lokal, e) Mengembangkan potensi lokal, f) Menguatkan kelembagaan dengan konsep pemberdayaan, g) Membuat perencanaan usaha. 2) Model pelembagaan yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan OVOP adalah kombinasi antara buttom up dan top down, meskipun feedback belum berjalan secara efektif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa program OVOP yang telah dilaksanakan memerlukan monitoring dan evaluasi untuk perbaikan pelaksanaan kegiatan selanjutnya.Kata Kunci:  Pelembagaan, Empowerment, One Village One Product (OVOP)             One village one product (OVOP) is an economic development concept that directs a region to be able to create products with local characteristics with local resource potential and global competitiveness. The research objectives are to determine: 1) the process of implementing OVOP as an effort to empower the community's economy 2) to determine the institutional model used in the implementation of the OVOP program. This type of research is qualitative research. The research was conducted in Sadengrejo Village, Rejoso, Pasuruan. The method used is an interactive model method. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The research stages include: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing (verification). The results showed that: 1) The OVOP implementation process includes: a) Potential mapping, b) Finding targets on a disadvantaged village basis, c) OVOP is developed in groups, d) Selecting local potential, e) Developing local potential, f) Strengthening institutions by the concept of empowerment, g) Making business plans. 2) The institutional model used in the implementation of OVOP is a combination of bottom up and top down, although the feedback has not been effective. The implication of this research is that the OVOP program that has been implemented requires monitoring and evaluation to improve the implementation of further activities.Keywords:  Community, Empowerment, One Village One Product (OVOP)
