Abstract

The COVID-19 virus has infected many people, resulting in death tolls around the world. So, it is necessary to adopt a clean and healthy lifestyle and implement health protocols such as using masks, washing hands and maintaining distance. This community service activity aims to provide education and assistance to community representatives in Desa Bojongsoang, Bandung, to always implement a healthy and clean lifestyle and health protocols. Educational activities are carried out by providing counseling with the methods of lectures, discussions, and questions and answers. Material delivery is also conveyed through the media of posters, so that the posters can be affixed to strategic areas so that it can be seen and read effectively. In this activity, an evaluation of the level of community compliance in implementing health protocols while outside the home was also carried out, by distributing questionnaires before the activity took place. As a result, in general the community is disciplined in applying health protocols while outside the home. Several findings were also obtained in this simple survey, so that these findings can be used as initial data/information for local stakeholders to streamline education and socialization in efforts to prevent the massif transmission of the COVID-19 virus.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/abdimas.v6i2.5354

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia telah berupaya keras dalam menurunkan angka kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia, seperti program intervensi kesehatan dengan mendorong adaptasi kebiasaan baru, seperti melakukan protokol kesehatan yang meliputi mencuci tangan, menggunakan hand-sanitizer, serta menggunakan masker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan jenis kelamin pada perilaku aktual individu mahasiswa dalam pencegahan penularan COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei online kepada kelompok mahasiswa (Teknik Industri, Universitas Telkom) dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskripsi serta uji regresi logistik biner. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah gender secara signifikan berasosiasi dengan perilaku aktual pencegahan penularan COVID-19, melalui penggunaan hand-sanitizer (p<0,05) dan mencuci tangan setiap keluar rumah (p<0,05). Mahasiswa perempuan cenderung memiliki perilaku aktual yang lebih baik dari pada mahasiswa laki-laki. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menemukan jika lebih dari 90% mahasiswa dilaporkan sudah melakukan perilaku aktual pencegahan COVID-19 dengan baik. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai gambaran pihak yang berkepentingan untuk menargetkan kelompok mahasiswa terutama jenis kelamin laki-laki harus lebih ditekankan dalam pemberian informasi terkait perilaku pencegahan COVID-19.

Abstract

Keberadaan E-Commerce menuntut pergeseran paradigma secara fundamental, dari yang semula market place yang menekankan interaksi secara fisik antara penjual dan pembeli  menjadi market space yang mengandalkan transaksi elektronik. Lembaga riset ICD juga memperkirakan bahwa potensi E-Commerce di Indonesia akan tumbuh 42% pada tahun 2012-2015, dan merupakan salah satu negara dengan pertumbuhan E-Commerce terbesar untuk wilayah Asia-Pasific. Banyak perusahaan besar yang telah menerapkan E-Commerce dalam transaksinya seperti pada perusahaan fashion Zalora, Berrybenka, dan Hijup. Pada perusahaan besar yang menerapkan E-Commerce tersebut, telah mampu menarik konsumen dengan kemudahannya dalam melakukan pembelian secara online dan kemudahan transaksinya, sehingga akan menumbuhkan kepercayaan terhadap konsumen. Pada penelitian ini akan membahas bagaimana E-Commerce yang telah diterapkan pada perusahaan besar di atas dapat diterapkan pada UKM, sehingga dapat mendukung usaha tersebut bersaing untuk memperluas pangsa pasar di dalam negeri dan di luar negeri. Salah satu rekomendasi cara untuk membangun E-Commerce yaitu dengan melakukan benchmark terhadap perusahaan E-Commerce lainnya. Dengan demikian, pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode benchamarking untuk mendapatkan hasil rancangan terbaik dari ketiga E-Commerce perusahaan besar tersebut. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah analisis best practice proses pembelian online dan rancangan website dengan memperhatikan usability serta dilakukan penyesuaian jika diterapkan pada UKM yang bergerak di bidang fashion. Abstract

The objective of this research was to investigate the performance of the Finger Joint Fu-King Furnimate machine, especially for the most critical component of this machine. Based on historical data of machine damage, the Finger Joint Fu-King Furnimate is the machine that has the highest-level frequency of damage. Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) methods are proposed to analyze the machine's historical data. The result shows that the reliability of machine performance at t = 160 hours is only 27.42%, but the availability of machines is quite high, which passed the standard of 95%. Meanwhile, the maintainability of the machine is relatively fast, which the repair time of its critical component is 8 hours. The low-reliability critical machine spare part affected the safety of the spare part which the Safety Integrity Level (SIL) in the lowest standard (level 1). In general, the novelty of this research is to combine the application of the RAM method as the basis for analyzing machine performance with a safety analysis of the selected critical machine subsystems.

Abstract

The coronavirus (COVID-19) is an infectious disease declared a pandemic worldwide by the World Health Organization (WHO). The purpose of the research was to look at the factors in public health behavior that affected the effectiveness of preventing the transmission of the COVID-19 based on the extended Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Health Belief Model (HBM). The research was a correlational study. The research applied a purposive sampling method, with 483 respondents coming from various islands in Indonesia. Based on the analysis using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), TPB factors like individuals' behavioral intention to follow COVID-19 preventive measures are significantly affected by subjective norm and perceived behavior control. On the other hand, personal attitude does not significantly affect an individual's behavioral intention to follow COVID-19 prevention steps. HBM shows an individual’s behavior intention to follow the COVID-19 preventive measures is significant and directly affected by perceived severity, perceived barrier, perceived self-efficacy, and cues to action. Meanwhile, the perceived susceptibility and perceived benefits do not significantly and directly influence an individual's behavioral intention to follow the COVID-19 preventive measures. The findings from the research can be used to evaluate the effectiveness in several countries in facing the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam mengembangkan potensi ekonomi desa, Desa Sukapura mencoba mengembangkan lebih jauh salah satu potensi yang ada yaitu mengolah bahan singkong, seperti halnya olahan keripik singkong yang menjadi cemilan favorit masyarakat Indonesia. Dalam proses produksi keripik singkong, salah satu proses kritis yang mempengaruhi kualitas produk adalah proses pemotongan singkong yang mana diharapkan akan menghasilkan irisan yang tipis dan konsisten. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan sosialisasi terkait alat pemotong singkong sederhana namun lebih meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah presentasi dan demonstrasi terkait penggunaan alat pemotong singkong dengan 4 mata pisau kepada ibu-ibu PKK Desa Sukapura. Dari kegiatan ini, peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan dan peserta juga telah berhasil menghasilkan produk keripik singkong yang siap santap. Selain itu, hasil kuesioner menyatakan bahwa peserta menyetujui jika kegiatan ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan desa serta peserta juga menyetujui jika kegiatan ini terus berlanjut kedepannya hingga produk keripik singkong layak untuk dipasarkan.Abstract:  In developing the economic potential of the village, Sukapura tries to further develop one of the existing potentials, namely processing cassava, such as processed to be cassava chips which are a favorite snack of the Indonesian people. In the cassava chips production process, One of the critical processes that affect product quality is the cassava cutting process which is expected to produce thin and consistent slices. This activity aims to provide education and socialization related to simple cassava cutting tools but further increase productivity and quality. The method used was a presentation and demonstration related to the use of cassava cutting tools with 4 blades to PKK women in Sukapura Village. From this activity, participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the activity and participants have also succeeded in producing ready-to-eat cassava chips. In addition, the results of the questionnaire stated that the participants agreed that this activity was in accordance with the needs of the village and the participants also agreed that this activity would continue in the future until the cassava chips were suitable for marketing.

Abstract

Tahun 2021 awal, pengolahan singkong telah dilakukan di Desa Sukapura dengan produk yang dihasilkan adalah keripik singkong. Dalam proses pembuatannya, alat yang digunakan masih menggunakan tenaga manusia sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan supaya meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas produksinya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki alat pemotong singkong sederhana menjadi alat pemotong singkong otomatis untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas produksi keripik singkong. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode reverse engineering. Berdasarkan hasil analisa desain rancangan yang telah dibuat, kapasitas yang dapat dihasilkan kurang lebih 1kg/menit dengan asumsi diameter singkong 30 mm dan massa 879 gram. Hasil rancangan ini selanjutnya akan disampaikan oleh Desa kemudian akan dibuat alatnya.

Abstract

Bank Indonesia Representative Office West Java is one of the companies that makes data and information a very important asset. One of the main ways to obtain data or information is by conducting a survey, namely the Survei Kegiatan Dunia Usaha (SKDU). In actual conditions, the SKDU process has not been implemented properly, causing a low level of validity and delays in processing time. so this study aims to design a proposed business process to increase the level of validity and reduce processing time. This research method uses Business Process Improvement which is carried out in 4 stages, namely identifying business needs and processes, then modeling and analyzing to find out the cause of the problem, and redesigning the process. The result of this research is the business process improvement by applying value added and automation techniques results in a reduced number of activities in business processes, reduced process actors.

Abstract

Kliktrip is an online-based travel agent that was founded in 2018 with products being marketed, namely trips & activities. The OTA (Online Travel Agent) business always increasingly growing year by year, but because tourism conditions have begun to change since the Covid-19 pandemic, Kliktrip sales have decreased from 2020 to the present. This degradation in sales is due to changes in the behavior of Kliktrip consumers, gonverment regulation and other external factors that changes the need of using OTA which originally required OTA for weekend trip with family, turned into requiring OTA for office or business purposes. However, Kliktrip has not made changes to new products and business processes to meet consumer needs after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses Business Process Reengineering to carried out the form of a new business process that is relevant to Kliktrip conditions, so that Kliktrip can adapt quickly in the face of changes in environmental conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The main task in the IHKP division is to deliver goods in the form of materials, semi-finished products, finished products, or even waste, from plant A to plant B in the consumer factory area, namely the PT XYZ factory. Based on the Traffic Accident Data from the IHKP Division, there were 18 major accidents that occurred in 2016-2020. In solving the above problems, the IHKP division carries out risk management only after the risk occurs. The IHKP Division does not yet have an effective risk prevention plan. In other words, the aim of this study was to design the system of risk management for the company's material handling services to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 based on ISO 31000:2018. In the first stage of the study, researchers conducted a gap analysis of the actual condition of the company and its requirements. In the second stage, the researcher makes a proposed business process design according to the gaps obtained. In the third stage, a business process improvement method was applied by the researchers to the proposed business. As a result, the proposed business process and the draft SOP are then verified to the company to ensure whether the proposal is in accordance with the company or not.
