Abstract

Humans are the most important resource in an organization, agency or company. It would be difficult for an organization to carry out the mission and goals to be achieved without the human aspect. The purpose of this study is to analyze and investigate the impacts of work motivation and work environment on performance of village apparatus with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (case studies in Bayeman Village, Ketowan Village, and Kedungdowo Village, Arjasa District, Situbondo Regency). This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study are village apparatus in Bayeman Village, Ketowan Village, and Kedungdowo Village in Arjasa District, Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 3.0 show that work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The results of indirect effect hypothesis testing show that work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, and work environment has a positive but not significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Information technology development has penetrated the government world, where almost all agencies have used technology in data processing and report-making. Information technology can overhaul a system so that the government becomes more transparent and accountable in providing and presenting services oriented to the public interest. The development of information technology in the government environment has an essential role in providing convenience in various aspects of public service activities. Implementing information technology into various public services in the government has strategic values and is considered capable of conquering difficulties in changing the work culture for the better. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion previously described, several conclusions can be drawn from the overall research results, namely as follows: Work commitment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work commitment has a significant positive effect on performance, work environment has a negative insignificant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance, work commitment to performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, work environment to performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment variables in influencing employee performance at PT BumiSubur 5 at MlandinganSubdistrict with job satisfaction as a mediating variable by using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural equation model. The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction (H1 accepted), work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction (H2 accepted), work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance (H3 accepted), work environment has a significant effect on employee performance (H4 rejected), job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance (H5 accepted), work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction (H6 rejected), and work environment has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction (H7 accepted).

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Product Quality and Product Diversity on Consumer Satisfaction with Consumer Loyalty as an Intervening Variable at “Lva Boutique “Clothing Store in Asembagus, Situbondo. with Consumer Loyalty as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all visitors to the Lva Boutique AsembagusSitubondo Clothing Store. The sampling method is random (simple probability sampling) without regard to the strata in the population in this research. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in research using the Structural equation model-partial Least square (PLS-SEM). The results of testing the hypothesis of direct influence using the smart PLS 3.0 application show that product quality significantly affects consumer loyalty. Product diversity has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Diversity has a positive but insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Product quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Product diversity has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service and price on purchasing decisions through product quality at Waroeng Kopi Kayu Mas, Asembagus District, Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 95 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that service has a positive and significant effect on product quality, price has a positive and significant effect on product quality. Service has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, service has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions through product quality, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through product quality

Abstract

The culinary business is the choice of many people because this type of business is easier to run than other businesses. The large number of culinary business actors who open restaurant businesses has resulted in a high level of competition between culinary business actors. The easy system makes many people use this service as an alternative choice to get food in an easy way. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence customer satisfaction through consumer buying interest as an intervening variable at Warung Tahu Tek Cak Sugeng Situbondo. the population in this study is the entire population in this study are all consumers who make purchases at Warung Tahu Tek Cak Sugeng Situbondo. After observing and interviewing consumers, Warung Tahu Tek Cak Sugeng Situbondo. Random sampling method (simple probability sampling) without regard to strata in the population in this study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-partial Least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis test have a direct effect using the smart PLS 3.0 application, indicating that price has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Service quality has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Price has a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Purchase intention has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchase intention. Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchase intention.

Abstract

Basic Industry and Chemical Companies Sector in the Manufacturing Industry (excluding oil and gas) that produce materials that are processed into finished products. The basic and chemical industry sector has eight subsectors, namely the cement subsector, the ceramics and porcelain subsector, the metal and similar subsector, the chemical subsector, the plastics and packaging subsector, the animal feed subsector, the wood and processing sector, and the pulp and paper sector. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Profitability, and Liquidity in influencing the value of companies moderated by Firm Size. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study is Basic Industry and Chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2022. The sampling technique is by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Results of direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 applicationshows that Profitability has a significant positive effect on Value company, Liquidity does not have a significant effect on company value, Firm Size does not have a positive effect on moderating the influence of Profitability on Company Value, Firm Size has a significant negative effect on moderation of the influence of profitability on company value.

Abstract

Globalization makes the world grow very quickly. Many business actors have emerged, causing an increase in the number of businesses with similar characteristics, resulting in very tight competition. So to deal with these situations and conditions, business actors must be able, fast and responsive in making decisions so that the business they build can develop optimally. Business actors are required to maintain the market and compete successfully. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of price, location and service quality in attracting consumer satisfaction through purchase interest. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study were consumers of Cafe Teduh Sore in Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Price has a significant positive effect on Purchase Interest, Location has a negative but not significant influence on Purchase Interest, Service Quality has a significant positive influence on Purchase Interest, Price has a positive but not significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction, Location has a negative but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Service quality has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Purchase interest has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, Price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention, Location has a negative but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Abstract

Human resources are a strategic factor in all organizational activities because human resources are the primary support for implementing organizational goals. This study aimed to determine the effect of salary and incentives on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at UD. DNL Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency. The population in this study were all employees of UD. DNL Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that salary has an insignificant effect and impacts job satisfaction. Incentives have a significant effect and have an impact on Job Satisfaction. Salary has an insignificant effect and has an impact on performance. Incentives have an insignificant effect and have an impact on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect and has an impact on performance.
