Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of SOP (Standard Operational Procedures) for birth certificate services at the Population and Civil Registration Board of Bengkulu City. The method of the data analysis was used is descriptive and qualitative analysis. The study shows that: (1) the preparation phase of the implementation of SOP services at the Population and Civil Registration Board has been executed well, where socialization SOP has been done properly, the SOP has been well implemented and equipment of the Ministry has been drafted and personals, has been shared with the right personnel, so as to facilitate the process of service to the community and (2) the implementation of SOP implementation the issuance of a birth certificate in the Population and Civil Registration Board of Bengkulu City from the stage of receiving and examining the file the petition for a birth certificate, file verification application scheduled, and collect files petition, enter data and print a birth certificate, check, legacy and sign, and submit the quote birth certificate to the community have been implemented in accordance with the stages of service assigned. Every employee involved in the birth certificate service has been implemented in accordance with the stages of service assigned.Keywords: Policy implementation, Standard Operational Procedure; and Birth Certificate

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is arelationship between the implementation of relationship marketing with customer loyalty at PT. Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office of Bengkulu. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis, data collection method using questionnaire, tested by using rank spearman formula and hypothesis test. Based on the calculation of Spearman rank obtained correlation coefficient value of spearman rank or rho count (p) amount 0,765 is at the correlation interval 0,60 â?? 0,799 with strong criteria, meaning that the implementation of relationship marketing has a strong relationship with customer loyalty at PT. Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office of Bengkulu. Based on the hypothesis test of spearman rank correlation coefficient obtained t count 9,792 then the value of t arithmetic is compared with the value of t table at the level of confidence 95% or error rate 5% known value of t table is 1.66757 means that the value of t arithmetic greater than the value of t table (9,792 > 1,66757) then the hypothesis proposed in this study is acceptable means there is a significant positive relationship between variable relaionship marketing (X) with customer loyalty (Y) at PT. Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office of Bengkulu.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDEs) dalam kegiatan usahanya melakukan study kelayakan usaha berbasis kearifan lokal terlebih dahulu. Dengan konsep dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat desa, BUMDes seyogyanya mampu menggali potensi yang ada di desa dan menjadi unit usaha tanpa mematikan usaha masyarakat yang ada. BUMDes Beringin Sejahtera Kecamatn Curup Utara Kabupaten Rejang Lebong memiliki 3 unit usaha meliputi Saprodi penjualan gas elpiji dan produksi kopi robusta unggulan petik merah. Dari analisis SWOT dan QSPM disimpulkan bahwa persoalan mendasar bagi unit usaha kopi adalah dibidang pemasaran dan administrasi pembukuan BUMDes, meskipun dari sisi SDM pengolahan kopi sudah cukup baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and empirically prove whether there is an effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock prices. The study population was all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the sample was taken using Purpose Sampling as many as 10 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2018 period. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially there was no significant effect between the variable Return on Assets (ROA) and stock prices as evidenced by a significant value of 0.112> 0.05. For the variable Return on Equity (ROE) has a significant effect on stock prices as evidenced by a significant value of 0.049 <0.05. Meanwhile, the Net Profit Margin (NPM) variable shows the results have a significant effect on the Net Profit Margin (NPM) and the stock price with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously all Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) variables have a significant effect on stock prices

Abstract

Masterpiece family karaoke Bengkulu city, is one of the industry focusing in family entertainment by presenting adequate facilities and services and more practical karaoke system, also sell a variety of food and beverages and various promotional packages, the use of play songs play store applications Masterpiece KTV through mobile phones. This study aim is to determine the analysis of external and internal matrix in Masterpiece family karaoke Bengkulu city. Data collection methods in this study is to use questionnaires by giving questions to the 75 respondents. The analytical method used is an external internal matrix. From the calculation of external internal strategy factor, it is obtained that internal strategy factor score of 3.89 and total external factor strategy score of 3.87. From the results of this study masterpiece family karaoke city Bengkulu lies in cell 1 by using growth strategy that is growth and concentration through vertical integration. Growth strategy with vertical integration is a strategy done by expanding the company by taking over the function of the supplier or taking over the distributor's function.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, External Internal Matrix Analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of experiential marketing and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intermediate variable. Explanatory research was conducted by using questionnaires. The quistionnaires were distributed to the 250 respondent who had utilized smartphone OS Android more than 1 years. In the data analisys, the researcher used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS. The results show that the models were appropriate with the Goodness and Index Criteria Chisquare total = 469.122; and significance probability = 0,000; RMSEA = 0,071; CMN/DF = 1,938; TLI = 0,957; CFI = 0,896; GFI = 0,893 and AGFI = 0,947. According to the results, it can be concluded that the model was accepted. There are some implication from this study. Android. Inc., must create a point of differentiation to better involve consumers. Another implications is using WOM (word of Mouth), because that strategy are very useful to targetting adolescent consumers. Otherwise, Android. Inc,. should hold more events and sponsorship in order to close to their consumers. Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Price Customer Satisfaction And Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the correlation between the internal performance with the stock prices of Bank Mandiri Tbk. During the period of the year 1999 up to the year of 2008. Those internal performance are Net income, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, and Total Assets. The stock prices of Bank Mandiri Tbk. is the closing prices each the end of year1999 up to year of 2008. The data of this research are selected from the Jakarta Stock Exchange Waeth wich is published in the year of 2008/2009. The analysis was based on the bi- variate correlation analysis of SPSS. The result shows only the performance of Return On Assets (ROA) and Net Income (NI) that having strong positive correlation with the stock prices of Bank Mandiri Tbk. The performance indicators such as Return On Equity (ROE), NetProfit Margin (NPM), and Total Assets (TA) in case of Bank Mandiri Tbk. is not relevance with the stock prices movement.

Abstract

The pattern of development in the city of Bengkulu is directed at building tourism and its development. This is because most of the city of Bengkulu is in the coastal region of the Indonesian Ocean. The potential of tourist areas in the city of Bengkulu is very large, especially for the development of tourism based on sea and fisheries. The Bengkulu City Government has established coastal area development programs, one of which is in Bengkulu Market Fisheries Village. Facilities and infrastructure supporting coastal tourism have been sought by the Bengkulu City government such as the construction of tourist area entrances, shelters, parking lots and other supporting facilities. Other support is to mobilize the community to sell Bengkulu special culinary and other sea culinary, so that the development of fisherman villages as tourist areas can be achieved.
