Abstract

This is a survey research with a quantitative approach based on the importance of teacher performance in a school. This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Teacher Performance. The object of this research is the teacher in the district of South Bengkulu, Pino. The number of respondents in this study was 131 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The results of this study can be concluded that the intellectual intelligence variable has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Spiritual Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance Keyword: Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Teacher Performance

Abstract

The study was conducted with the formulation of the problem in the study are: How the influence of organizational learning, market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance at BRI Bank Bengkulu Branch Based on the results of research and analysis of the effect of variables on Marketing Performance (Y) at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch can be drawn conclusions as follows: From the multiple linear regression equation can be known: Y = 0.271 + 0.332 X1 + 0.458 X2 + 0.176 X3. And that Organizational Learning (X1), Market Orientation (X2), and Product Innovation (X3) have a positive effect on Marketing Performance (Y) at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch. Between Organizational Learning (X1), Market Orientation (X2), and Product Innovation (X3) in improving Marketing Performance have a close and positive relationship. This is evidenced from the correlation analysis R = 0.829 (82.9%) and almost close to 1. And the coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.687 or about 68.7% while 31.3% is the contribution of other variables not examined. Of all the most dominant variables is the variable that most influences on Marketing Performance (Y), at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch, the Organizational Learning variable (X1) partially influences by 0.007 out of 30 respondents turned out to have a very significant effect because the Leaders and Unit leaders want a change in the work system and in accordance with the wishes of respondents in choosing the leadership and unit leaders they want so as to improve Marketing Performance (Y), at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch. Abstract

The economic industry is currently the largest industry throughtout the world and contribute large development on world economy. Specifically, in Bengkulu Province, the strategies that should be applied to attract and increase the economy such as a variety of product diversity, taste and brand image. This study aims to analyze the effect of product diversity, taste and brand Image at the Lia Jaya Crackers factory at Talang Pauh Village, Pondok Kelapa Bengkulu, Central Bengkulu. The samples were 125 respondents by using accident sampling technique. The data that has been collected by using Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques, determination coefficient analysis (R2), and partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f-test). The results of the study can be seen from the diversity of products were positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product Diversity (X1), Taste (X2), Brand Image (X3) jointly influence the Purchasing Decision (Y) at Lia Jaya Crackers, Talang Pauh Village, Pondok Kelapa District, Central Bengkulu. This is evidenced by the F-test showed the value of F_count > F-table 1.190 (102.504> 1.190) and (sig-α = 0.000 <0.05). This means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The correlation coefficient test obtained value R-value = 0.847 and determination coefficient R ^ 2 =0.718, value has the meaning that Product Diversity (X_1), Taste (X2), Brand Image (X3) contribute significantly to effect of 0.718 or 71.8% on the purchasing decision (Y) at the Lia Jaya Crackers Purchase Decision, while the remaining 28.2% is not influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors can affect the low performance of employees either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Social Security (X1) and Incentives (X2). The object of this research is all employees of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk Bengkulu, amounting to 120 people. The sampling method in this research is Probability Sampling. In this study, the authors used data collection methods by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including by using instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the variables of Social Security and Incentives have partially or simultaneously affected the performance of the employees of PT. Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of competence and motivation on the performance of employees of ArgaMakmur Hospital, North Bengkulu. The object of this research is the employees of ArgaMakmur Hospital North Bengkulu, with the sampling method in this research is the total sampling method. The number of respondents in this study were 338 people. Data collection method in this study used questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing. By using research test data analysis techniques, it can be concluded that competence (X1) and motivation (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y) of ArgaMakmur Hospital North Bengkulu, this is proven by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.947 + 0.536 (X_1 ) + 0.261 (X2). In the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it shows the magnitude of the effect of the competency (X1) and motivation (X2) variables is positive on employee performance (Y) at ArgaMakmur Hospital, North Bengkulu, which is shown by the value of Adjusted R2 is 0.522. This means that the magnitude of the effect of the competency (X1) and motivation (X2) variables in this study is only able to affect the employee performance variable (Y) by 52.2% and 47.8% which is affected by other variables that are not included in this study. With the results of the hypothesis test, the competence has a significant effect on employee performance with the results of the t-test value of 0.000 <0.05.Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, with the results of the t-test show the value of t-sig is 0.000 <0.05, and the competence and motivation for employee performance simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. This is proven by the f-test which shows the F-sig value of 0.000 <0.05.  Keywords: Motivation, Working Discipline, Employees, Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to 1) determine the effect of green marketing on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa products. 2) Knowing the influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions for sheren hijab products. 3) Knowing the effect of green marketing and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa products. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all consumers of Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa. The sample is 140 consumers of Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa. Based on the results of research on the effect of green marketing and lifestyle on purchasing decisions at Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa. 1) The tSig value for the Green marketing variable (X1) is 0.002. So it can be concluded that tSig<Sig (0.002<0.050 ) means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, that the Green marketing variable affects the purchasing decision of Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa .2) The tSig value for the Lifestyle variable (X2) is 0.001. So it can be concluded that tSig<Sig (0.001<0.050 ) means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, that the Lifestyle variable affects the purchasing decision of Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa. 3) The hypothesis test above can be seen for the Green marketing variable (X1), and Lifestyle (X2) Fsig value = 0.004. So it can be concluded that FSig < Sig (0.004 < 0.050 ) means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, that each variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) on Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance, and the influence of leadership style, work motivation, work discipline simultaneously on the performance of BPBD employees at Empat Lawang Regency. This research method is associative and data collection by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were 38 employees, the data analysis method was "validation test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis, f-test, and t-test, and hypothesis testing. "The results showed multiple linear regression of Y=.335(x1)=.324(x2)+.497(X3)+e, where the constant value (a)=.410 . While the -F test (simultaneous) where the significant value is 0.000 <0.05, which means that leadership style, work discipline, work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPBD employees in Empat Lawang Regency. In the (partial) t-test of the leadership style variable (X1), t count (3.088) > (3.001954) means that it has an effect on employee performance variables, a significant level of 0.004 < 0.005 indicates leadership style has a positive and significant effect on performance, and work discipline (X2) partially t count (3.559) > (3.001954) and a significant level of 0.001 < 0.005 indicating that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable. While work motivation (X3) (6,343) > (3.001954) and significant 0.000 > 0.005 which means that the variable of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. It can be concluded that leadership style (x1) work discipline (x2) and work motivation (X3) simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance (Y) of BPBD employees in Empat Lawang Regency.
