Abstract

Puskesmas is a formal sector that is very likely to occur in the event of a fire disaster.  Workers who work in the formal sector such as puskesmas have a lurking threat that can pose a risk to their work environment. Anticipation of K3 Emergency Response (Occupational Safety and Health) is mandatory. So, it is important for puskesmas to implement K3 and prepare emergency response that can prevent disasters such as fire. The purpose of this article is to find out the analysis of the anticipation of puskesmas on fire disaster emergency response.  The method used to collect information is the literature view methodology through sources from online media such as Mendeley, Google Schoolar, Publish or Perish, and other online media. Based on articles that have been collected from 14 analyzed articles. The results of the literature study analysis were obtained that the human resources of most puskesmas already have a special disaster emergency response team, for the budget using funds from the puskesmas, then in facilities and infrastructure some are sufficient such as alarms, fire detectors, and evacuation support. Anticipation of fires in each puskesmas has carried out the standards of the Ministry of Health.

Abstract

Preparedness is a series of actions taken to anticipate disasters through planning and implementing reasonable and practical actions known as preparedness. One of the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) requirements that must be implemented by health service facilities is preparedness for fire disasters. This literature evaluation aims to assess the level of preparedness of health service facilities in handling crises involving fire. The findings of the literature review show the importance of preparing human resources for fire management education and training, providing fire extinguishers and other fire management related infrastructure, and forming a team of K3 coordinators and fire management experts.

Abstract

Fisherman is one of the jobs that entails dangers also risk of accidents as well as occupational diseases gien that fishing activities take place either at sea or along the coast. Fishermen require personal protective equipment to minimize the risk of accidents also occupational diseases. Most fishermen in Indonesia are traditional divers, meaning they have been diving passed down through generations without being provided with sufficient knowledge of diving safety also health knowledge (safety diving). The aim of this training is to provide fishermen with an understanding of the importance of occupational safety also health for fishermen.

Abstract

Several journals discuss the relationship between knowledge and preparedness in facing natural disasters such as landslides, earthquakes, floods and volcanic eruptions. These studies involve communities, students and villages in various regions in Indonesia. Disaster management laws are also mentioned in several journals. This literature study discusses the level of knowledge and preparedness of society in facing natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods. The research results show that the training and outreach program is effective in increasing community knowledge and preparedness. It is important to raise awareness and conduct training programs to build resilient communities in disaster-prone areas. Community knowledge and preparedness in facing natural disasters is very important to reduce disaster risk. Various studies show that the level of community knowledge and preparedness can influence the effectiveness of responses to disasters. The research method used to study this is survey and retrospective observational techniques. The research results show that people who have a good level of knowledge and preparedness tend to be better prepared to face natural disasters.

Abstract

Fishing is also a job that carries a huge risk of danger. These disaster factors cause an emergency for fishermen. Disasters are a sign of human life that cannot be known exactly when they will occur, therefore we need to be prepared to determine the right way to deal with disaster events. The method used is a literature review to collect, identify and evaluate efforts related to emergency management that could endanger fishermen. The data source used in this research is a secondary data source, which was obtained through media publications and Google Scholar. Based on the articles that have been collected from the 11 articles analyzed, the results of the literature study analysis show that there are factors that influence fishermen's preparedness in facing disasters. All of these factors must be taken into account so that fishermen are better prepared to face disaster emergency situations, such as attitudes, knowledge and education about disasters, fishermen's readiness, disaster emergency response planning, disaster warning systems, resource mobilization are factors that influence fishermen's preparedness in facing disasters. All these factors must be considered so that fishermen are better prepared to face disaster emergency situations.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health (K3) is one aspect of labour protection that is crucial for raising business productivity. In order to create a just and prosperous society defines occupational safety and health as the ideas and actions taken to guarantee the integrity and perfection, both physical and spiritual, of the workforce in particular and of people in general. This study employs a literature review methodology that centers on factors or subjects examined in earlier studies. A literature review requires gathering information from documents and libraries. Research publications and literature studies provided data for the K3 analysis of toll roads. Articles are gathered by searching literature sources using preset inclusion criteria, which are entire scientific publications published during the last five years. Google Scholar can be searched using the following keywords to find review literature sources: K3 Risk Management for Cisumdawu Phase III Toll Road Works. Employers need to be mindful of occupational health. An effective occupational health program will benefit workers greatly because workers will be away from work less frequently due to illnesses contracted by coworkers or other individuals.

Abstract

Information technology has become the backbone of various industrial sectors and its role in improving occupational health and safety emergency preparedness cannot be underestimated. Information technology has changed the way we work, manage and respond to emergencies in industrial environments, including in the context of industrial technology which often involves complex and potentially high-risk operations. This study aims to analyze the role of technology in supporting the response to k3 emergencies in the industry. The research method used is literature research or literature study to obtain research data and use a qualitative approach produced in the form of words or descriptive from books, and journals related to the role of technology in supporting responses to k3 emergencies in industry. The results explain that visualization technology that can be done during work is used as safety training, which combines Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Reality (VR) technology to create situations in the work environment such as field situations that are created and employees are easy for them to identify risks that may be faced during work. It can be concluded that information technology has an important function in improving occupational health and safety emergency preparedness in the technology industry. The use of information technology has great potential to create a work environment that is safer, responsive, and ready to face health and safety challenges in the technology industry.

Abstract

Fishermen are people whose lives depend directly on marine products, either by fishing or cultivation. They generally live on the beach, a residential neighborhood close to the location of their activities. This study aims to analyze the potential hazards of the work environment in traditional coastal fishermen. The research method used is library research or literature studies to obtain research data and use a qualitative approach generated in words or descriptions from books, and journals related to potential occupational environmental hazards in traditional shore fishermen. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that work as a fisherman is a profession that has a high risk to occupational safety and health. Dynamic work environments, such as the sea, make fishermen vulnerable to a variety of potential physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, environmental, and psychosocial hazards.

Abstract

The Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) is an important element in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, especially in hospitals where there is a high risk to the health and safety of workers and patients. This literature review evaluates the implementation of OSHMS in hospitals based on an analysis of 10 academic journals. The findings show that compliance with regulations, employee training, risk management, and management support are key factors in the successful implementation of SMK3. The use of adequate technology and infrastructure also supports the effectiveness of this system. In addition, a strong safety culture and regular evaluations contribute significantly to improving work safety. Despite challenges such as budget constraints and resistance to change, the benefits of effective implementation of OHSMS include reduced incidents of work accidents, improved employee well-being, and improved quality of health services. This study highlights the importance of a comprehensive approach and ongoing support in implementing OHSMS in hospitals.
