Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of Word of Mouth and Product Quality on Repurchase Interest through Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Dried Fish UD. Sons and Daughters in Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 92 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, word of mouth has a negative but significant effect on repurchase intention, product quality has a positive effect and significant to repurchase intention, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the factors that influence investment decisions in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo with interest in investment as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that investment knowledge has a significant effect on interest, technological progress has a positive and significant effect on invesment interest, investment knowledge has a negative and insignificant effect on investment decisions, technological progress has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions,invesment interest has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, investment knowledge has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions through interest in technological progress has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions through invesment interest.

Abstract

Marketing management can be interpreted as an analysis of planning, implementing and controlling programs designed to create, build and maintain favorable exchange rates with target markets with a view to achieving the goals set by the organization at the request of management. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of product diversity and location on consumer buying interest at Arum Mlandingan Situbondo Restaurant with consumer trust as an intervening variable. The sampling technique was determined by the Simple random sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-Partial Least Square Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that product diversity has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Location has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Product diversity has a significant effect on consumer confidence. Location has a positive but not significant effect on consumer confidence. Product diversity has a significant effect on consumer buying interest through consumer trust. Location influences Consumer Purchase Interest through Consumer Trust.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the factors of leadership style and work environment that influence the performance of village officials with Workout discipline as an intervening variable (case study in Bercak Village, Bercak Asri Village, Kladi Village, Cermee District, Bondowoso Regency). The sampling technique used in this research was a saturated sample with a total sample of 44 village officials. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) The results of direct effect hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on work discipline, work environment has a positive but not significant effect on work discipline, leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on performance, work environment has a significant positive effect on performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance, leadership style has nosignificant effect on performance through work discipline, work environment has not significant effect on performance through work discipline.

Abstract

Currently, the era of globalization, development and growth of the global economy today has an impact on increasingly competitive service companies. To win and to remain competitive in this competition, companies must develop the right plan, by trying to satisfy customer needs and desires, provide the best service and provide facilities according to customer needs. So that the company's goal is to obtain maximum profit, and to achieve customer loyalty and form strong relationships with consumers. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Service quality, Distribution channels and Facilities on Customer loyalty at the Iwan Jaya Fertilizer and Agriculture Shop in Cermee, Bondowoso Regency through Consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The populations in this study were customers of the Iwan Jaya Fertilizer and Agriculture Shop. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used Structural Equation Analysis - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0, show that Service quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer satisfaction. The Distribution channels have a positive but not significant effect on Consumer satisfaction. Facilities have a significant positive effect on Consumer satisfaction. The Service quality has a significant positive effect on Customer loyalty. The Distribution channels have a positive but not significant effect on Customer loyalty. The Facilities have a significant positive effect on Customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Customer loyalty. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that Service quality, Distribution channels, and Facilities have a positive but not significant effect on Customer loyalty through Consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Investors assess the performance of a company through its Stock price. The number of requests and offers for shares that occur in the capital market affects the high and low prices of company shares. If the company's performance is in good condition, then the company's shares will be in demand by investors so that the share price will be high. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the factors that influenced stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with Dividend policy as an intervening variable. The sampling technique in this study was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-Partial Least Square Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test show the following results. Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive but not significant effect on Dividend policy. Net Profit Margin has a negative but not significant effect on Dividend policy. Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative but not significant effect on Stock prices. Net Profit Margin has a significant negative effect on Stock prices. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on Stock prices. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has a positive but not significant effect on Stock prices through Dividend policy. Net Profit Margin has a negative but not significant effect on Stock prices through Dividend policy.

Abstract

Marketing significantly influences consumer purchases of the products or services offered for marketing success, both in product and service marketing. This study aimed to analyze and test the effect of price, product quality, purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction. The population in the study was KN brand water products in Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of testing the direct effect hypothesis using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that price has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Price has a positive but insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product quality has a positive but insignificant effect on Customer satisfaction, Decision has a significant positive effect on Customer satisfaction. The results of testing the hypothesis of indirect influence show that the variable price on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect, and product quality on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of capital structure and financial performance on firm value in textile and garment companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)for 2019-2021 period with financial distress as an intervening variable. The population in this study is all textile and garment companieslisted on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), involving 22 companies in 2019-2021 period. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling by selecting 10 samples of data analysis. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study use Smart PLS 3.0 application.The results of this study show that capital structure has no significant effect on financial distress, while financial performance has a significant negative effect on financial distress. Capital structure, financial performance and financial distress do not have a significant effect on firm value. Capital structure and financial performance do not have a significant effect on firm value through financial distress.

Abstract

An Situbondo Regency is one of the small regencies located in the eastern part of the island of Java. This district has inadequate infrastructure, including companies that have been built and established. One of the companies that stands out is CV, an individually owned company that manages event organizer and wedding organizer services. This study analyzed the effect of competence and work conflict on employee performance with work motivation as a moderating variable in CV Avindo Mandiri Situbondo Regency employees. The number of samples used in this study was 52 CV—Avindo Mandiri Situbondo Regency employees, other than the leadership. The sampling technique used was the Saturated Sampling Technique. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The direct influence hypothesis test results using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that the variable Competence on Employee Performance CV. Avindo Mandiri has a significant positive effect, the effect of work conflict on employee performance CV. Avindo Mandiri has a negative effect that is not significant—competency variables on employee performance CV. Avindo Mandiri mode, rated by Work Motivation, has a negative effect that is not significant. The variable work conflict is on employee performance CV. Avindo Mandiri, with moderated Work motivation, has a positive effect that is not significant.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, business development is now increasing rapidly, one of which is the cafe business. The cafe business in Indonesia becomes one of the most promising businesses that is able to attract people's attention along with people's lifestyles, especially among teenagers and adults. This research aimed to find out the influence of word of mouth and service quality on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at All In One cafe in Panarukan District. The population in this study was all consumers of All In One cafe. The sampling method used simple random sampling with a total of 98 consumers as respondents. The data analysis method applied Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 application indicated that word of mouth has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, word of mouth has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on repurchase intention, consumer satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on repurchase intention. The results of indirect effect hypothesis test showed that word of mouth does not significantly influence repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction, service quality does not significantly influence repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction.
