Abstract

Abstrak: Coronavirus Disease atau COVID-19 saat ini telah banyak menginfeksi populasi manusia di dunia dan telah menyebabkan morbiditas serta motalitas yang sangat banyak. Namun, walaupun berada di masa pandemik, Posyandu merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya di bidang kesehatan yang berbasis masyarakat yang salah satu tujuannya memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam mendapatkan layanan kesehatan dasar ibu dan anak harus tetap berjalan. Untuk itu, penting bagi kader posyandu mempunyai persepsi dan kepatuhan yang baik tentang penerapan protokol pencegahan COVID-19 agar dapat menerapkannya sehari-hari khusunya pada saat menjalankan tugas sebagai kader. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti persesi dan kepatuhan kader posyandu tentang penerapan protokol pencegahan COVID-19. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh kader posyandu balita di Kota Denpasar dengan jumlah sampel 127 orang yang diambil menggunakan purposive sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskripsif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa seluruh responden mempunyai persepsi positif dengan nilai median 31, nilai minimal 23 dan nilai maximal 40, standar deviasi 3.416 dan kepatuhan yang baik dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan pencegahan COVID-19. Diharapkan kader posyandu dapat memberikan contoh nyata bagi ibu dan balita dalam menerapkan protocol kesehatan  sehingga diharapkan mampu menekan laju perkembangan covid-19.Kata kunci: Persepsi, kepatuhan, kader posyandu Abstract: Coronavirus Disease or COVID-19 has infected a lot of the human population in the world and has caused a lot of morbidity and mortality. However, despite being in a pandemic period, Posyandu as one of the community-based health efforts that one of the aims was to provide convenience for the community to obtain basic health services, especially to improving maternal and child health, must continue to run. For this reason, it is important for posyandu’s cadres to have good perceptions and adherence about the implementation of the COVID-19 prevention protocol so they can apply them on a daily basis, especially when carrying out their duties as cadres. This study aims to examine the perception and compliance of posyandu’s cadres regarding the application of the COVID-19 prevention protocol. The population in this study were all cadres of Posyandu in Denpasar City with a total sample were 127 people who were taken by using purposive sampling. The data collection’s tool was questionnaire and the data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis. The results show that most of the respondents have a good perception and compliance about the implementation of the COVID-19 preventive health protocol. It is hoped that posyandu’s cadres can be role models for mothers and toddlers to implementing health protocols so to be able to suppress the rate of development of COVID-19.Keywords: Perception; complience; posyandu's cadres
