Abstract

Tujuan utama dari Pelatihan dan Pendampingan penyusunaninstrument asesmen otentik adalah untuk (1) meningkatkan wawasan guru-guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Seririt tentang jenis-jenis asesmen, (2) meningkatkan wawasan dan keterampilanguru-gurusekolahdasardiKecamatanSeririt dalammengembangkan instrumen evaluasi asesmen otentik dalam pembelajaran tematik, dan (3) meningkatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan guru-guru sekolah dasar dalam mengimplementasikan instrument asesmen otentik dalam proses pembelajaran. Pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan instrument asesmen otentik ini akan dilakukan dengan dua metode secara sinergis, yaitu: metode diklat dan pendampingan/supervisi kelas. Metode diklat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahun dan wawasan tentang hakekat penilaian dalam kurikulum 2013 dan cara pengembangan instrumen asesmen otentik dalam pembelajaran tematik sekolah dasar sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013. Sedangkan metode supervisi kelas digunakan untuk mengevaluasi guru-guru sekolah dasar dalam mengimplementasikan instrumen evaluasi asesmen otentik dalam pembelajaran tematik.

Abstract

The main objective of this training is to increase the insight and skills of history teachers in Buleleng District in understanding the 2013 curriculum and the development and packaging of learning devices in accordance with the demands and needs of the 2013 curriculum. Thus, history teachers in Buleleng District have readiness and adequate ability to implement the 2013 curriculum in accordance with their nature. Training and mentoring for the development and packaging of this learning device will be carried out using two synergistic methods, namely: the method of training and class mentoring / supervision. The training method is used to increase knowledge and insight about the preparation and packaging of historical learning tools based on the 2013 curriculum and its assessment. While the classroom supervision method is used to evaluate the skills of history teachers in Buleleng District in implementing learning tools in their respective classes.

Abstract

The main objectives of this activity are: (1) Improving the professional development of teachers in the context of utilizing LMS (Schoology) media as online learning media (2) Improving the ability of teachers to compile and present learning materials and evaluations in LMS (Schoology) (3 ) Improving student learning outcomes by using the LMS (Schoology) application. The results of the activity showed that the teachers at SMP Negeri One Roof 3 Sukasada they did not have sources of information related to LMS (Learning Management System) media, especially schoology so that there was no attempt to update the online learning system, and only focused on using social media Whatshap; (2) teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Sukasada One Roof have done online learning but it has not been done optimally, this happens because most teachers use social media applications such as whatshaap and google classroom, and do not provide space for students to learn interactively; (3) most of the teachers complained about online learning because students had decreased interest in learning, this can be seen. Most of the students were late or did not submit their assignments for various reasons such as not having cellphones, damaged cellphones and network problems; (4) teachers at SMP SATAP Negeri 3 Sukasada have never received training on Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Schoology, so they do not know the advantages or disadvantages of the schoology
