Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh atribut perguruan tinggi, kepuasan informasi, kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi terhadap kepuasan memilih perguruan tinggi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 127 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dalam pengambilan data. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana dan berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi statistik IBM SPSS versi 24. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa dari empat hipotesis yang diajukan terdukung dalam penelitian ini. Pada bagian akhir penelitian ini juga membahas implikasi, keterbatasan dan saran untuk penelitian masa depan akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci:   Atribut Perguruan Tinggi, Kepuasan Informasi, Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem Informasi, Kepuasan Memilih Perguruan Tinggi

Abstract

The objective of the study was to provide empirical evidence about the effect offree cash flow, profitability, liquidity and leverage toward dividend policy. The population ofthis study was manufacture companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2004 2007. Thesampling technique used purposive sampling and the analysis method used was multipleregressions. The result of this study proved that the profitability of a company affected thedividend policy. The bigger company profit was, the bigger dividend share was. A companywhich had profit stability could settle on dividend payment rate certainly and signal the qualityof their profit. While, free cash flow, liquidity and leverage had no effect toward dividend.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to give empirical evidence, the infl uence of corporategovernance, profi tability, and fi rm growth to dividend policy. Population of study was fi rms whichwere followed survey by The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) in 2006-2008. Datawas collected by purposive sampling and multiple regression. The result showed there is no supportsubstitution that fi rm which had bad corporate governance mechanism would give dividend to investors.Firm profi tability and fi rm size gave positive infl uence to dividend policy, but fi rm growth gavenegative infl uence to dividend policy.

Abstract

Politics in organizations has been a concern for the job satisfaction of the employees. The minimum researchon how politics are in an organization plays an essential role in job satisfaction. In this context, organizationalpolitics are suspected of contributing to employees’ job satisfaction. However, there is limited research discussingpolitical skill as a ‘bridge’ variable between organizational politics and job satisfaction. The research examinedthe impact of moderation and mediation of political skill on organizational politics and job satisfaction in TernateCity government. It applied a quantitative method. The population was 240 employees from the middle to topmanagement in local government offices. With purposive sampling, 86 respondents working in the RegionalGovernment Work Unit of Ternate City were involved in the survey. The research used a hierarchical regressionanalysis as a statistical analysis and IBM SPSS statistics Version 24. The results show several results. First,organizational politics influences job satisfaction negatively. Second, organizational politics affect political skillpositively. Third, political skill strengthens the relationship between organizational politics and job satisfaction. Itmediates and moderates the full relationship between organizational politics and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Complexity and uncertainty has led organizations to sustaining the strategic operations for future challenges. Project management is expected to uplift its scope in managing complex projects into strategic level. The study aims to offer a prospective angle in realizing organization’s goals by managing a number of small projects that are reached through a competition of limited resources within an organization. Program management is suggested as methodological paraphernalia, particularly in refining pathways of strengthening an organization, including a higher education institution such as Khairun University. The study demonstrated a solution to manage small and separated projects concurrently.

Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous variables of the Occupational Safety and Health on Productivity Employee in Maluku diesel Power Sector Redwoods PT. PLN (Persero) branch Ternate. Model analysis used to test the hypothesis is Multiple Linier Regression and SPSS statistical test as a tool. The study found that: (1) Safety positive and significant impact on Employee Productivity, (2) Occupational Health positive and significant impact on Employee Productivity, (3) Occupational Safety and Health jointly positive and significant impact on productivity Employee.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of knowledge management on the performance of employees in the municipal environmental service in the islands. The sampling in this study is overall. The number of samples examined in this study was 43 employees. The data in this study were obtained by collecting primary data in the form of questionnaire. The entire data obtained is processed using SPSS 16 for Windows with multiple linear regression analysis and t test and f test. Based on the results of the study, it is known partially that the three independent variables have a positive effect on the independent variables. While simultaneously the two independent variables also have a positive influence on the dependent variable. Of the three research variables, personal knowledge is a research variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the satisfaction of information availability in mediating the relationship between attributes of and satisfaction in choosing higher education institutions for Universitas Khairun and IAIN Ternate. A total of 252 students from both institutions were involved in this survey, with an effective rate of return of 70%. A hierarchical regression analysis was run by using IBM SPSS version 24. The results showed that for Universitas Khairun, information satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between attributes and satisfaction in choosing a university. In contrast, for IAIN Ternate, information satisfaction is only an independent variable. The implications and suggestions for further research are also discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study examineS the influence of organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction. The population in this study was the overall employees who worked in the Ternate City Local Government. The total research sample was 103 respondents who worked at the Department of Industry and Trade (Disperindag) of Ternate City. Validity and reliability tests are used as part of instrument testing. This study used hierarchical regression analysis using statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as a statistical test tool for hypothesis testing. The results showed that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between organizational culture and performance at the Ternate City Industry and Trade Office (Disperindag).Keywords: Organizational Culture, Performance, Job Satisfaction
