Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze whether the dividend policy, managerial and institutionalownership had impact toward debt policy. The populations of this study were the go publicmanufacturers in BEI. The sample technique used was purposive sampling, and the analysismethod used was multiple regression method. The result showed that the dividend policy hadno impact toward the debt policy. This study failed to support statement that one of thealternatives could be chosen to reduce the agency conflict by increasing the dividend payoutratio. It was because there might be another factor influenced it, for example, the companyimplemented a stable dividend sharing policy which meant that the company should still paythe dividend although it was losing out or had debts. The managerial and institutional ownershiphad no impact toward the debt policy. Thus, this study failed to support a statement thatalternatives that could be chosen to reduce the agency conflict by increasing the managementsstockholding, and by increasing the institutional partys stockholding.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the chain of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) business failures in the West Halmahera Regency. BUMDes business is a village government business that is run to achieve the goals of profit and society welfare. Empirical facts show that after the Village formed BUMDes and made a sizeable Equity Participation in BUMDes, what happened was that BUMDes BUMdes businesses experienced suspended animation. As a result, until now, the existence of BUMDes has not been able to contribute to Village Original Revenue and improve the welfare of rural communities as expected by the Village and the Community. The researcher uses a qualitative approach with the Transcendental Phenomenology method to achieve this goal. The research information includes elements of the village government, BUMDes managers, and village communities who have been in contact with BUMDes. The study results provide evidence that the failure of the BUMDes business is caused by the high conflict of interest of the village head and the indifference of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) towards BUMDes. This research contributes theoretically to the development of regional financial management science and information material for the West Halmahera Regency Government to make it easier for local governments to break the chain of failure of the BUMDes business.

Abstract

AbstractThe main problem of employment includes the amount of open unemployment, the low quality of the workforce (low competency), low work productivity, and low welfare of workers, so workforce planning is needed that can be used as a reference by all stakeholders in picking up investments in North Maluku Province. The purpose of this study is to look into the strategy for establishing and expanding workforce competency in various investment priorities in North Maluku Province. The goal is to enhance worker competency in the short and medium term; consequently, the quality of Job Training Centers must be prioritized (JTC). Furthermore, downstreaming agriculture and fisheries is a critical investment priority for preparing its workforce for competence, because it is commensurate with the characteristics and potential of local resources, as well as geographical considerations and sustainability guarantees.Keywords: Employment, competitiveness, investment, inclusive growth, AHPPrioritas Kompetensi Tenaga Kerja Untuk Daya Saing Investasi Di Provinsi Maluku Utara Abstrak Masalah utama ketenagakerjaan diantaranya adalah besarnya pengangguran terbuka, rendahnya kualitas angkatan kerja (kompetensi rendah), rendahnya produktivitas kerja, dan rendahnya kesejahteraan pekerja, sehingga diperlukan perencanaan tenaga kerja yang dapat dijadikan acuan oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan dalam menjemput investasi di Provinsi Maluku Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga kerja pada berbagai prioritas pilihan investasi di Provinsi Maluku Utara. Menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP), hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prioritas untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga kerja di Maluku Utara dalam jangka pendek dan menengah, perlu memberi perhatian dan prioritas terhadap mutu balai latihan kerja (BLK). Selain itu, prioritas investasi yang sangat urgen untuk dipersiapkan bekal kompetensi tenaga kerjanya adalah hilirisasi pertanian dan perikanan, karena sesuai dengan karakteristik dan potensi sumber daya lokal, aspek geografis serta jaminan keberlanjutan (sustainability).           Kata kunci: Ketenagakerjaan, daya saing, investasi, pertumbuhan inklusif, AHP

Abstract

Politics in organizations has been a concern for the job satisfaction of the employees. The minimum researchon how politics are in an organization plays an essential role in job satisfaction. In this context, organizationalpolitics are suspected of contributing to employees’ job satisfaction. However, there is limited research discussingpolitical skill as a ‘bridge’ variable between organizational politics and job satisfaction. The research examinedthe impact of moderation and mediation of political skill on organizational politics and job satisfaction in TernateCity government. It applied a quantitative method. The population was 240 employees from the middle to topmanagement in local government offices. With purposive sampling, 86 respondents working in the RegionalGovernment Work Unit of Ternate City were involved in the survey. The research used a hierarchical regressionanalysis as a statistical analysis and IBM SPSS statistics Version 24. The results show several results. First,organizational politics influences job satisfaction negatively. Second, organizational politics affect political skillpositively. Third, political skill strengthens the relationship between organizational politics and job satisfaction. Itmediates and moderates the full relationship between organizational politics and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tambahan penghasilan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Total sebanyak 100 tanggapan yang berhasil dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) dan Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Provinsi Maluku Utara dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.3. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tambahan penghasilan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Employee engagement mampu memediasi secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh tambahan penghasilan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kota Ternate; (2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kota Ternate; dan (3) Mengegahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komepetensi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kota Ternate. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 70 orang pegawai. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda (multiple regression) dengan menggunakan statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) sebagai alat uji statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kota Ternate. Hasil ini berdasarkan pada nilai t hitung yang lebih besar dari nilai t tabel dan nilai signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari alpha; (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kota Ternate. Abstract

Anugerah Fasad Sejati; (2) Mengetahui dan Menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasional secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Anugerah Fasad Sejati; (3 Mengetahui dan Menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan secara positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional PT. Anugerah Fasad Sejati. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 30 orang karyawan. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan sederhana dengan menggunakan statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) sebagai alat uji statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan; (2) Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan; (3) Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional; (4) Pemberdayaan dan komitmen organisasional secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTObjective: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: the positive effect of compensation on job satisfaction; the positive effect of compensation on employee performance; and the effect of compensation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Community Health Center North Patani DistrictThe number of research samples is 78 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) as a statistical test tool.Methodology: The analytical model used are Structural Equation Modeling with SMART PLS as tools for the statistical test. Data collection tools used are questionnaires and interviews, and the number of respondents was 78 employee.Finding: H1, H2, and H4 are rejected, while H3 no accepted at the 5% confidence level. The results of the mediation test show that the t-statistic value of 2.019 is greater than the t-table of 1.96 and the p-value of 0.044 alpha (α) value of 5% (0.05).Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that: Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Compensation has no positive and significant effect on employee performance; and satisfaction fully mediates the effect of compensation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of: 1) job satisfaction on customer satisfaction; 2) employee performance on customer satisfaction; 3) job satisfaction on employee performance; 4) job satisfaction on customer satisfaction through employee performance as the mediating variable at PT Grand Dafam Bela Ternate. This study involved 65 employees as the research samples, aided with SmartPLS 3.0 as the statistical test tool. The results showed: 1) significant job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Grand Dafam Bela Ternate. (2) Job satisfaction is not fulfilled to Customer Satisfaction at PT Grand Dafam Bela Ternate. (3) Employee performance is not in accordance with customer satisfaction at PT Grand Dafam Bela Ternate. (4) Job Satisfaction is not to customer satisfaction through employee performance as a mediating variable at PT Grand Dafam Bela Ternate.
