Abstract

Marketing activity is important for the company, because each company are required to determine the right marketing strategy in order to grab consumers amid competition is increasingly competitive. One of the factors that determine the customer's decision is the quality of services that focuses on five dimensions: physical evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsive), assurance (assurance), attention (empathy). This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the Quality of Service which consists of five dimensions: Tangible, Reliability, Responsive, Assurance, and Empathy to the Decision of Customer Services Photo Studio FotoKita, and to determine the indicators are of the dimensions of Quality of Service of the most dominant and influential on Customer decisions on Services Studio Photos Kita.This research is a survey. The population in this study are all Customers who already use photos and photo printing services in these studios as many as 100 people were taken by using non-probability sampling decision. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis techniques.The results in this study show that: (1) tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy significantly influence the customer's decision; (2) physical form (tangibles) has a dominant influence on customer decisions.

Abstract

Costumer’s decision to buy the cellular card is influenced by the concept of AIDA while used to promote the advertisement, become the problems of company. Therefore, in this study, the writer chooses the title “Pengaruh Advertising Dengan Konsep AIDA Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kartu Perdana Merk simPATI (Studi Eksplanasi Pengaruh Advertising Dengan Konsep AIDA Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kartu Perdana Merk simPATI di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya ”.  This research conducted at University of 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. However, the study is aimed for knowing the influence of each free variable, such as attention, interest, desire and action to the costumer’s decision for buying SimPATI cellular card, and also for knowing the influence of variable which most dominant based on AIDA concept toward the costumer’s decision for buying SimPATI cellular card. As the result of this study, each free variable, such as: attention, interest, desire and action influence the purchasing order and action variable has the dominant influence to determine the purchasing.     Keywords: Attention, Interest, Desire, Action, Purchasing decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable price discounts and service quality on customer satisfaction partially, simultaneously and the variables that dominate. The method used in this research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The population used in this study is people who make purchases at PT SDA Indonesia Surabaya. The samples used were 100 respondents using accidental sampling techniques. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires.               This research produces (1) Partially shows the positive influence between the variable price discounts on customer satisfaction PT SDA Indonesia Surabaya (2) The variable service quality also has a positive effect on customer satisfaction PT SDA Indonesia Surabaya (3) Simultaneously also shows the price and service quality together positively to the customer satisfaction of PT SDA Indonesia Surabaya. Keywords: Discounted Prices, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

In tody’s era cnsomers prefer to shop online. From that the outhor wants to know the couse of consumers prefer online shopping from offline. To find out online sales of purchasing decisions. In this study is expected to be useful for the development and progress of enter preneur studies especially with regard to online. Add insight for writers and readrs. This research was aiimed to analyze the influence of trust variable, shopping orientation, and service quality, purchase decision in online fashion. This research was a causal comparative research the sample of this research were 100 respondent from 17 Agustus 1945 University student who ever buy online clothe. The teachnique used in this research was simple random sampling. The student showed that partially independent Trust variable (X1), Shopping Orientation variable (X2), Service Quality variable (X3). Abstract

Goals to be achieved in this study was to determine the effect of product quality to customerLoyalty cards Indosat IM3 student in Surabaya.              The research proves that F count> F table (14.108> 2,311) or in other words together performance, features, reliability, service ability can influence customer loyalty. While the test (R2) together - together amounting to 42.9% and the remaining 57.1% were influenced other variables outside the research. The study also proves that partially, performance, features, reliability, service ability significant effect on customer loyalty because each independent variable is the performance, features, reliability, service ability have thitung> tabel.

Abstract

Competition in the world of tourism business is very tight, this is known by the emergence of various new tourist attractions that provide facilities and meet the needs of visitors. Nowadays there are a lot of consumers who decide to visit tourist attractions because they follow a Lifestyle that is rife and growing. Viewed from the consumer side, communication contributes to the interest of visiting the community and as a decision maker in visiting. The marketing activity is part of the promotion of Word of mouth. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the variable Word of Mouth and Lifestyle on Decisions Visiting East Java Park 3. The advice that can be given to increase the visiting decision of consumers is to build a wider parking lot, give a cover on the parking lot so that visitors who come and walk from the parking lot are not exposed to heat or rain, add seats to wait for queues and add disney land rides , or adding a few tall trees and fountains in the parking area so that they are shady and cool can also be used as a place for new photos for visitors to be interested in visiting again. Keywords: Word Of Mouth, Lifestyle, and Visiting Decisions.

Abstract

A tourism must have their own strategy in running business both in terms of attractiveness, price, location, and so forth, so that consumers interested in visiting and satisfied after a visit. It is expected that these consumers can re-puchase and recommend to others to visit.This study aims to determine the effect of Atractiveness, Price, and Location of tourism to Consumer Satisfaction in Agrowisata Petik Jeruk Sumbersono. Population used in this research is all people who ever come to Agrowisata Petik Jeruk Sumbersono. The sample used by 100 respondents who ever come to Agrowisata Petik Jeruk Sumbersono by using accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed by visitors who cameto Agrowisaata Petik Jeruk Sumbersono and interviewed to the manager related to company profile. Data analyze using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multicolinierity Test, Multiple Regression Test, Correlation Test, Partial Test (t), Simultaneous Test (F), and Determination Coefficient Test (R2).The results of this study indicate that the Attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, and Location has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Agrowisata Petik Jeruk Sumbersono. Attractiveness, Price and Location simultaneously influence on Customer Satisfaction of Agrowisata Petik Jeruk Sumbersono. The Location has a dominant influence on the Customer Satisfaction of Agrowisata Petik Jeruk Sumbersono.Keywords: attractiveness, price, location, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze influence the variable of brand image, service quality and price to the variable of customer loyalty in a partial, simultaneous and variables that dominate it. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression.Population in this research is consumers who use the services of lasika production . The sample used in this study as much 100 respondents drawn from customers of the Event Organizer which works together with Lasika Production by purposive sampling. The results of the research found that Brand Image has positive and significant effect on customer loyalty is partially acceptable. Service quality has positive and significant effect to customer loyalty partially. The price has positive and significant effect to customer loyalty partially. Brand image, service Quality and Price simultaneously significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

One of the important activities conducted by each company is employee payroll. This study aims to determine the internal controls in the payroll system which has been implemented by the company. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis technique to describe the internal control system implemented in the company's payroll.The results showed the company has not yet implemented the control system so well that may arise fraud management employee salaries. Implications arising fraud in the calculation of working time of employees; the employee time data manipulation; and errors in the payment of salaries of employees.Improvements that can be made form of accounting and finance division and division personnel; implementing authority systems and procedures in both the recording. Another improvement is the presence of accounting functions which authorize the salaries of employees before paid. Keywords: Systems, Payroll, Internal Control

Abstract

Produk madu telah lama dikenal masyarakat Indonesia  sebagai food supplement yang berkhasiat menjaga kesehatan, namun produksi madu Indonesia belum mampu memenuhi permintaan nasional.. Untuk itu dibutuhkan peran Analisis SWOT (strengh, weakness, opportunity, and threat) sebagai alat bantu dalam menetapkan strategi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian. Analisis Internal Factor Evaluation  (IFE) menghasilkan kekuatan utama kegiatan promosi iklan melalui media cetak dan brosur yang di edarkan secara berkala, sedangkan untuk kelemahan utama yang dimiliki adalah peralatan pengolahan yang masih sederhana. Analisis External Factor Evaluation (EFE) menghasilkan peluang utama yang dapat dimanfaatkan yaitu program pemerintah bagi UMKM dalam bentuk Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), sedangkan ancaman utama adalah berkurangnya jumlah areal pakan lebah akibat konversi lahan. Analisis matriks Internal-Eksternal (IE) menetapkan posisi dalam kuadaran V (Jaga dan Pertahankan).  Analisis SWOT menghasilkan beberapa strategi yang dapat diterapkan: (1) Inovasi kemasan ekonomis, (2) Meningkatkan kegiatan promosi, (3) Membina hubungan baik dengan peternak binaan, (4) Menambah modal kerja melalui pinjaman Kredit Usaha Rakyat, (5) Meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, (6) Memperbaiki kinerja dan Meningkatkan teknologi produksi, (7) Memperbaiki sistem manajemen perusahaan, (8) Meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada konsumen, (9) Mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas produk, (10) Memperluas pangsa pasar. Hasil dari pengolahan QSPM (quantitative strategic planning matrix), menghasilkan prioritas utama inovasi kemasan ekonomis. Kata kunci: analisis swot, strategi pemasaran, madu
