Abstract

This study aims to find out how to improve the learning outcomes of the side kick by using the application of reciprocal teaching styles to class X students of Hang Tuah High School in the academic year 2015/2016. When the research was conducted in January 2016. Based on student learning outcomes in the pre-test after the first learning achievement test, it can be seen that the initial ability of students in doing Side Kick techniques is still low. From 30 students there are 20 people (67%) who have achieved mastery learning, while 10 people (33%) have not reached mastery learning. With an average value of student learning outcomes is 76. Whereas in the pre-testI can be seen that the ability of students to test the results of learning classically has increased. Of the 30 students there were 26 people (87%) who had achieved mastery learning, while 4 people (13%) had not reached mastery learning. With an average value of student learning outcomes is 80. Based on this it can be concluded that learning through the application of reciprocal teaching styles can improve learning outcomes of side kicks in class X students of Hang Tuah Belawan High School in the academic year 2015/2016.

Abstract

Power otot tungkai merupakan salah satu kebutuhan atlet pada cabang olahraga pencak silat. Latihan Plyometric yang memanfaatkan beban dengan berat badan sendiri (inner load) telah digunakan sebagai metode latihan terutama untuk mengembangkan kekuatan, kecepatan, dan power. Berdasarkan hal tersebut tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan Plyometric terhadap power otot tungkai. Populasi dan sampel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini sebanyak 8 atlet usia 12-15 Tahun klub pencak silat kecamatan Medan Helvetia, populasi yang berjumlah 8 diambil keseluruhan sebagai sampel. Untuk variabel bebas penelitian adalah latihan Plyometric, sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah power otot tungkai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen lapangan dan desain penelitian ini menggunakan Pre test – post test group design. Dari analisis menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil nilai nilai t hitung sebesar 1.957 > dari t tabel yaitu 1.894 dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < dari taraf signifikasi 0.05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh latihan Plyometric terhadap power otot tungkai atlet pencak silat kecamatan Medan Helvetia.Kata kunci: Plyometric, power tungkai, pencak silat

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Circuit Training training and beetroot giving to the improvement of endurance abilities in karate athletes. This research method using experimental methods. Population and sample were 10 athletes of Karate Dojo at SMA PAB 4 Sampali who were obtained by total sampling technique, then divided into two groups using matching pairing techniques, namely the Circuit Training training group and giving beets and without giving beets (control group). The research instrument for data collection using tests and measurements, namely the Bleeb test endurance test. The first hypothesis 0.120> 0.05, Ha is rejected, meaning that the first hypothesis Ho is accepted, there is no significant effect of Circuit Training training and Beetroot Training on the increase in athlete's endurance. The second hypothesis 0.183> 0.05, Ha is rejected, meaning that the conclusion of the second hypothesis Ho is accepted there is no significant effect of Circuit Training without giving beet fruit (control group) on the increase in athlete's endurance. The third hypothesis shows that the Sig. 0.757> 0.05, then Ha is rejected, that is, there is no significant difference between the average value of the post-training circuit training and the giving of beets between the experimental group without giving beets (control group).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is the development of teaching materials for motion learning based on android applications. ADDIE is a research model that researchers choose, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The results of the research as a whole are feasible by material experts and media experts on the components of content, language presentation, and graphics, it is obtained that an average percentage of 81.5% has very high criteria. Based on the overall assessment of the ease of using the product, the difficulty of understanding the material, and the difficulty of doing the questions, the average percentage is 84% in the very feasible category. The development of teaching materials for the development of motion learning development based on android applications is the result of this research. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the product developed is considered very feasible.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low level of dribble skills in the game of football in class VIII students of Budi Agung Private Junior High School, Medan. Based on this, the research objective was to determine the effect of playing methods on the dribbling ability of soccer games. The population and sample studied in this study were 30 students and the sample was taken using total sampling. This research is a field experiment research and the design of this study used a pre test post test group design. From the research results, it can be seen that the significance (0.010) is smaller than 0.05 and the t-test result (2.739) is greater than the t-table (0.3610), so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the playing method on the dribble ability of the game. football students of class VIII SMP Private Budi Agung Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study Horizontal Swing and Hexagon Drill Training on the ability to play table tennis. Experimental research methods. Participants were 12 male students of the SMK Negeri 1 Stabat class who took part in table tennis extracurricular activities. Sampling was done by purposive sampling of 6 students. Purposive Sampling technique was taken because of several considerations namely limited time, energy, and funds so that it cannot take large samples. Considerations in taking samples are old students who take extracurricular table tennis. The study was conducted for 6 weeks with a frequency of exercise 3 times each week. After the data is obtained, then the data is processed using regression analysis techniques. The results of the study that were approved by the Horizontal Swing Exercise on the ability to play tennis students obtained Fcount = 0.14 and Ftable = 7.71, then Fo <from Ftable, the regression conclusion is not significant and there is no Horizontal Swing Exercise exercise on the ability to play table tennis of male students. While Hexagon Drill Training on the ability to play table tennis students obtained Fcount 0.01 and Ftable 7.71 then F0 <Ftabel, the regression conclusion is not meaningful and there is no contribution of Hexagon Drill Training on the ability to play table tennis of male students. The results of the multiple regression assessment of Horizontal Swing and Hexagon Drill Training on the ability to play table tennis for male students of grade 1 at SMK Negeri 1 Stabat obtained Fcount of 0.02 and Ftable of 9.55, thus Fcount <Ftable, no one is expected. table tennis male student class of SMK Negeri 1 Stabat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini terfokus pada lima nilai karakter utama yang bersumber dari Pancasila, yang menjadi prioritas pengembangan gerakan PPK; yaitu religius, nasionalisme, integritas, kemandirian dan kegotongroyongan. Dalam hal pembentukan karakter, pendidikan mengambil peran yang penting dalam hal ini. Tujuan peneliti dalam penelitian adalah melihat hasil pembentukan karakter atlet pelajar di Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode experimen dengan pendekatan expost facto dengan atlet PPLP sumatera utara sebagai populasi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 16 orang atlet dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekhnik purposive random sampling . Penelitian ini tergolong dalam penelitian deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil olah data yang telah peneliti lakukan bahwa siswa yang berada pada lingkungan sekolah atlet pelajar mempunyai karakter rata – rata 89,75. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahawa hasil pembentukan karakter atlat pelajar di Sumatera Utara dikategorikan baik. Kata Kunci : Karakter. Atlet. Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

The principal is expected to be able to increase the motivation of teachers to be able to become professional teachers and be able to compete in the world of education. The purpose of this study was to study the motivation of principals' leadership, and the motivation of vocational high school level teachers in Serdang Bedagai District. With a total sample of 30 physical education teachers from 30 schools in Serdang Bedagai Regency. Research uses quantitative with the method of Ex-Post Facto to find out and uncover data from past events and then study the factors that can cause these events. The results of the analytical research stated (1) the Relationship between Principals' Leadership to Teacher Performance by 0.539, (2) the effect of teacher's work motivation on Teacher Performance by 0.397, (3) there was a direct relationship between Principal's Leadership and Teacher's work motivation to Teacher Professionalism with total influence amounted to 0.753. The conclusion is the low performance of Physical Education at the Vocational School level in Serdang Bedagai Regency is supported by many factors including good Principal Leadership, and high Teacher Work Motivation. Abstrak Kepala sekolah yang baik diharapkan mampu meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru agar mampu menjadi guru profesioal dan mampu bersaing di dunia pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan motivasi guru tingkat sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang guru pendidikan jasmani dari 30 sekolah di Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif denganmetodeExt-Post Facto untuk mengetahui dan mengungkap data dari peristiwa-peristiwa yang telah lalu kemudian mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat menimbulkan kejadian tersebut. Hasil penelitian analisis jalur menyatakan bahwa (1) pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru sebesar 0,539, (2) terdapat pengaruh Motivasi Kerja guru terhadap Kinerja Guru sebesar 0,397, (3) terdapat hubungan langsung antara Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi kerja guru terhadap Profesionalisme Guru dengan pengaruh total sebesar 0,753. Kesimpulannya bahwa tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru Penjas tingkat SMK di Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai didukung oleh banyak faktor antara lain Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah yang baik, dan Motivasi Kerja Guru yang tinggi. Abstract

This COVID-19 pandemic situation is considered unfavourable for some parties due to several factors such as restrictions on activities outside the home and sometimes feeling overwhelmed with many tasks while at home. So the purpose of this research is to see the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on physical activity and student achievement. The subjects in this study were students who voluntarily filled out a questionnaire distributed through social media. A total of 124 respondents were collected. The 124 students were divided into five categories of levels of physical activity. There are 26 students in the shallow category, 67 students in the low class, 23 in the medium category, eight students in the high sort and 0 in the very high category. The intensity of physical activity during the pandemic in a week shows five students do not do physical activity at all a week, 74 students do one physical activity a week, 25 students do 2 or 3 times physical activity a week, ten students do 4 or 5 times physical activity a week, and ten students do 6 or 7 times of physical activity in a week. While the student achievement of 124 students seen as many as 98 students are in a complete category or the percentage of 79.03%, and as many as 26 students are in the incomplete category or the rate of 20.97%. The average value of student learning outcomes in physical education subjects is 80.60. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that students' physical activity during the COVID-19 period was included in the low category with an intensity level of physical activity once a week. The student achievement is at a high level of completeness
