Abstract

Achievement motivation of employees at PT Yanmar Jaya Electrik can appear when their work ethic and if they have good responsibilities towards their work. However, the high and low achievement motivation can also be influenced by a good work environment. The results of this study used a sample of 100 permanent employees who had worked for 5 years and the results showed (1) the significant level of work ethic variable of 0.025 was smaller at = 0.05. So from the test results it is stated that partially the work ethic variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee achievement motivation (Y) at PT Yanmar Jaya Electric, (2) Position Responsibilities Variable with a significant level of 0.029 is smaller at = 0.05 then Partially, the Job Responsibility variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee achievement motivation (Y) at PT Yanmar Jaya Electric (3) Moderate 1 Variable (X1*Z) with a significant level of 0.016 is smaller at = 0.05. It means that the moderating variable of the work environment can moderate the relationship between work ethic and achievement motivation. (4) Moderate variable 2 (X2*Z) has a significant level of 0.423 which is greater at = 0.05. So it means that the moderating variable of the work environment is not able to moderate job responsibilities on achievement motivation

Abstract

The use of digital media, which is currently a necessity for almost all human activities, creates many positive things that are useful for humans but also creates various negative consequences such as fraud, disturbed privacy and incorrect information (hoaxes) which are considered a serious problem in the digital era. . This indicates the low digital literacy of the community. The problems that arise are the large number of Internet users and the high frequency of people accessing information content and social media, especially among students and the millennial generation not accompanied by sufficient skills and knowledge which can result in losses for users, the rise of emerging online shopping applications is currently a phenomenon that changes the pattern of transactions from those that used to be offline now can be done by shopping, but this change in pattern has consequences for the seller and buyers in the form of losses and fraud that might occur if users of this application do not properly understand the ins and outs of it. This community service uses training and counseling methods as well as practices on how to use digital media as a way to shop online for students (students) so they can understand and be wise in utilizing digital media through increasing understanding of digital literacy with digital skills, digital culture, digital ethics, and digital safety

Abstract

The demands and needs of the community for banking product services are increasing, however, in a situation of banking competition, banks need to work hard to get prospective customers and retain them, efforts to get customers are largely determined by the company's ability to provide quality services. One way to create quality service is that banks can differentiate themselves by consistently delivering higher quality than their competitors, the bank interacts with customers accompanied by control feedback and measures of success. Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kemampuan pemeriksa dan kewajiban hierarki terhadap sifat LKPD Medan.Eksplorasi semacam ini adalah pemeriksaan kuantitatif. Populasi dan uji dalam kajian ini berjumlah 54 evaluator di Kantor Inspektorat Medan. Metode pemeriksaan informasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rendisi SEM-PLS 0.4 dengan tahapan external model dan internal model. Konsekuensi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan inspektur mempengaruhi sifat LKPD kota Medan memiliki koefisien way 0,668 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa jika semakin tinggi kemampuan evaluator maka semakin tinggi sifat LKPD Kota Medan. tanggung jawab hierarkis yang mempengaruhi sifat LKPD kota Medan memiliki koefisien way sebesar 0,754. penelitian ini memberikan saran-saran terhadap dampak-dampak dari ringkasan anggaran yang lebih berpengaruh dan tanggung jawab berwibawa menunjukkan bahwa para evaluator mengabdikan diri pada pekerjaan dan mempertahankan prinsip-prinsip umum isntansi dalam melihat laporan fiskal.

Abstract

This study supposed to analyze the influence of communication and organizational culture on job satisfaction. Population in this study employees at PT. Mitra Agung Swastika, with a total of 80 respondents. Data collection methods using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression. The results showed that communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, communication and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and the coefficient of determination of the variation of the dependent variable is communication and organizational culture has a contribution to job satisfaction at PT. The Grand counterpart of the Swastika in the category of strong.

Abstract

The organization has human resources, which is an essential factor as a driving force for the continuity of an organization; an organization can progress and develop if it has quality and reliable resources; as a measuring tool, it can be seen from employee performance where employee work can be used as an assessment of quality employees or not, then it can also be seen from employee performance whether employees are professional in their work or not. This type of research is quantitative research. The research population is permanent PT Pesona Inti Rasa employees, totaling 80 employees; the sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The study's results stated that work discipline does not affect employee performance; giving rewards affects employee performance.

Abstract

Study This aims To know to influence Debt to equity Ratio And Debt Assets Ratio to Return On Equity with the title Influence Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio Return On Equity for companies in the food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017 – 2022. Type research used studies quantitative The type of data used researcher is secondary data in the form of quantitative Population in the study This consists of all company manufacturers in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2017 – 2022 i.e. as many as 43 companies. And the sample in research This uses the technique of purposive sampling totaling 10 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that meet the characteristics of the For done research. Data analysis techniques in research This uses the regression test multiple and hypothesis testing using SPSS V. 25 software. The results study This is the influence of DAR on ROE obtained 2.505 > 2.001. And have a number significance of 0.006 <0.05. the effect of DER on ROE obtained 2,472 > 2,001. And have a number significant of 0.002 <0.05. Based on the results the can Debt to equity ratio is influential positive and significant to return on equity. kindly simultaneous is known mark F count of 8.402 > F table 3.15 with significant 0.005 <0.05 then H an accepted. It means There is an influence Which positive and significant in a manner together from whole variable free Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio to variable bound return on equity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence online customer reviews and affiliate marketing against impulsive buying on products in the Shopee marketplace. This type of research is qualitative research, population and sample of this study amounted to 135 people have made purchases of products on Shopee. Data analysis techniques of this study using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that Online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying on products in the Shopee Marketplace. At 0.799 this means that 79.9% of the variance in the value of impulsive buying on products in Shopee Marketplace is determined or explained by independent variables, namely online customer review and affiliate marketing, while the remaining 20.1% is influenced by other variables that are not studied in this study product promo, product quality and others.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of financial literacy on Gen Z Consumptive Behavior in Medan City. This type of research is Qualitative. The population was 896 people and the sample used accidental sampling as many as 100 Gen Z who were respondents in this study, the data analysis technique used multiple regression tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on Consumption Behavior on Gen Z products in Medan City. The results of the determination test above show that the coefficient of determination (seen from R Square) is 0.560, this means that 56% of the variance in the value of Consumption behavior on Gen Z in Medan City is determined or explained by the independent variable, namely Financial Literacy, while the remaining 44% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as economy and occupation
